Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui, mengidentifikasi, serta melakukan analisis penerapan kebijakan dan praktik sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Batu IX Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Proses ini melibatkan mengumpulkan referensi, membaca dan membuat catatan, serta melakukan wawancara untuk mengetahui penerapan kebijakan dan praktik sumber daya manusia pada Bank Mandiri Cabang Batu IX Kota Tanjungpinang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Bank Mandiri Cabang Batu IX Kota Tanjungpinang memiliki prosedur seleksi yang bervariasi, melibatkan ujian tertulis, wawancara, dan psikotes. Pelatihan 6 bulan mencakup simulasi kerja, materi diversifikasi, dan penempatan di Indonesia. Evaluasi kinerja menggunakan KPI dan IDP, dengan penilaian berdasarkan tingkat performa yang dibagi menjadi beberapa kategori.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper seeks to examine the effect of remuneration and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Central Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) Tanjungpinang City. Methodology/approach – The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was all employees totaling 96 respondents. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of questionnaires, and literature studies. The analytical techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests with JASP. Findings – It was found that, remuneration affects employee performance and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Overall, the variables of remuneration and work discipline affect employee performance. Novelty/value – As an employee, remuneration and work discipline are important factors in Tanjungpinang Rudenim in maintaining the performance of its employees.

Abstract

Giant Bee Gallery is one of the galleries that can be visited by tourists in Malacca, Malaysia. Giant Bee was founded in 1978 by Mr Ong Kang Peng. The aim of establishing the Giant Bee Gallery is that apart from selling various types of honey, the Giant Bee Gallery also aims to spread knowledge to visitors about bees and their habitat. This service activity was carried out on October 31 2023 and was attended by a service team of 14 students along with 2 accompanying lecturers. The method of implementing this service activity is carried out through several stages, namely initial and preparatory activities, implementation of activities, and evaluation of activities. The result of this service activity is that the service team was able to learn a lot about bees and beekeeping and buy several delicious and healthy honey products. The types of honey in Giant Bee consist of royal jelly, propolis, bee venom honey, pupa, pollen, bee's wax, trigona honey, super honey, apple vinegar honey. Each of the 9 honeys has its own benefits.
