Abstract

The movement of sharia investment has experienced a significant increase of sharia investors in East Java at the 3 rank of investor national, however students at the Surabaya University only distribute their funds to Islamic banks to the point or limit of saving accounts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sharia banking learning, sharia financial literacy, and risk tolerance towards investing behavior with gender as a moderating variable in State University Students in Surabaya. The type of research used is a quantitative research. This research uses 200 respondents with collections technique uses questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS approach by the WarpPLS 6.0 application. The result shows that Islamic banking learning has no effect, Islamic financial literacy and risk tolerance have a highly significant effect on investment behavior at Islamic banks of State University Students in Surabaya, then gender cannot moderate the learning of Islamic banking on investment behavior but simultaneously gender influences on investment behavior, gender can moderate sharia financial literacy in a weakly significant manner and significantly risk tolerance towards investing behavior in Islamic Banks at State University Students in Surabaya.[Pergerakan investasi syariah mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah investor syariah   di Jawa Timur yaitu berada pada urutan ke-3 skala nasional, namun mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Surabaya hanya menyalurkan dananya pada bank Syariah sebatas rekening tabungan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran perbankan syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, dan risk tolerance terhadap perilaku berinvestasi dengan gender sebagai variabel moderating pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS berbantuan aplikasi WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran perbankan syariah tidak berpengaruh, literasi keuangan syariah dan risk tolerance berpengaruh highly significant terhadap perilaku berinvestasi di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya, kemudian gender tidak dapat memoderasi pembelajaran perbankan syariah terhadap perilaku berinvestasi akan tetapi secara simultan Gender berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berinvestasi, gender dapat memoderasi literasi keuangan syariah secara weakly significant dan risk tolerance secara significant terhadap perilaku berinvestasi di Bank Syariah pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya.]

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of income and knowledge of Islamic banking on interest in saving in Islamic banks with religiosity as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research using data techniques through questionnaires. The population of this study were students at 3 State Universities in Surabaya, namely Sunan Ampel State Islamic University Surabaya, Surabaya State University, and Airlangga University. The sample of this research is 100 students of the Sharia economics study program at 3 State Universities in Surabaya. Technical analysis of the data used the multivariant statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partile Least Square (PLS) and calculated using the Warp PLS 6.0 computer program. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely by using special criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The results of this study are that there is a positive effect of disposable income on interest in saving, knowledge of Islamic banking has an effect on interest in saving, religiosity cannot moderate disposable income on interest in saving, and knowledge of Islamic banking is moderated by religiosity on interest in saving.

Abstract

Careers for graduates of accounting education study programs are not only limited to accounting teacher but also careers in islamic banking. The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of the variables of islamic banking knowledge and religiosity on career Interest in islamic banking, reinforced by the moderating variable of the attitude. The subject or population of this study is students of State University of Surabaya, accounting education study program. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 158 respondents. The questionnaire is a data collection method used. The results of data analysis through WarpPLS show that knowledge of islamic banking directly, positifly, and significantly influences career interest in islamic banking. Religiosity does not directly affect career interest in islamic banking. Attitude can strengthens the influence of islamic banking knowledge on career interest in islamic banking but cannot moderate the influence of religiosity on career interest in islamic banking.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 merubah sistem perkuliahan secara tatap muka menjadi daring. Sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak memiliki buku ataupun e-modul yang menunjang perkuliahan daring. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan e-modul interaktif perbankan syariah sebagai bahan ajar alternative dalam menunjang perkuliahan daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang diawali dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan, menganalisis kelayakan dan tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap e-modul interaktif Perbankan Syariah. Hasil penilaian validasi ahli, materi, grafis, dan bahasa didapatkan persentase rerata sebesar 85,5% dengan interpretasi sangat layak untuk digunakan. Rincian aspek yaitu uji ahli materi mencapai hasil 83,96 % berada pada kategori sangat layak. Uji ahli grafis mendapatkan hasil 81,11 % dalam kategori sangat layak. Uji ahli bahasa memperoleh hasil 91,43 dalam kategori sangat layak. uji coba secara terbatas kepada 20 mahasiswa mendapatkan 96,84% menunjukkan interpretasi sangat layak untuk digunakan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa produk e-modul interaktif yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Hasil Hasil uji coba terbatas menghasilkan tanggapan yang sangat baik dan menunjukkan bahwa e-modul interaktif yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam proses perkuliahan daring Perbankan Syariah.

Abstract

Abstract

The development research produced a scientific approach textbook on the subject of Sharia Financial Instution Services based on QR Code and integrated kahoot for student XI class in semester I of sharia banking expertise. The purpose of study is to determine the development process of textbook, the feasibility of textbook dnd students responses of textbook wich is using BSNP standard. The 4-D model (Define, Design, Develope, Disseminate) from Thiagarajan was used as a development model of textbook. The results of the feasibility of islamic financial instution service textbook show an average material, language and graphic worth of 86,72% with very valid criteria. The result of product trial showed a precentage of 95,6% with veriy valid criteria. Thus, Sharia Financial Instution Service textbook is declared to be very valid and can be used in the learning process.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v13i22020p84

Abstract

Many factors influence student interest in investing, including knowledge about investment, motivation to invest, and pocket money. In addition to the benefits obtained from investment, it is also a reason for a student to invest. The purpose of this research was to know investment understanding effect, motivation, as well as pocket money, interested in investing on the Islamic capital market with investment risk as an intervening variable. The population in this study were students of the State University of Surabaya and the State Islamic University of Surabaya quota sampling technique is used in research. This research data collection uses primary data in the form of a question questionnaire that already has answer choices. Results obtained of this research is indicate that there is a direct influence between knowledge, motivation, and pocket money then interesting to lnvestment. Investment risk is an intervention variable between investment knowledge then pocket money on investment interest. Investment risk is not an intervention variable between motivation and investment interest.

Abstract

Teacher's unfamiliarity in analyzing items is one of the factors causing teacher to be reluctant to do item analysis. While the item analysis is needed to establish the problem as an evaluation tool to measure the level of students' understanding of the material being studied. The purpose of this training is to (1) provide teacher understanding about the item analysis (2) to provide assistance in analyzing the items, (3) to provide assistance to teachers in practicing the analysis of items using software anates. The subject of this study is the teacher of Vocational High School in Jombang regency. With object study training analsis item using Anates software. The results of the training were very effective as evidenced by the majority of participants being able to practice the item analysis, but some participants were reluctant to analyze the items due to age and lack of time and effort.

Abstract

Training Objectives in Community Service is to (1) provide teachers understanding about TOD; (2) provide mentoring of Classroom Action Research proposal formulation; (3) provide teacher assistance on study of Classroom Action Research proposal made by teacher. Subject in this Community Service is SMP teacher who are incorporated in the Economic Teacher in Surabaya. The object of this Community Service is training preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal. Community Service implementation method is broadly divided into 2 activities, namely training of Classroom Action Research proposal preparation with varied lecture method and Practice preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal with simulation and presentation method. The results obtained in Community Service are quite effective (1) participants have enthusiasm in listening to material explanation as much as 92%; (2) Participants who attended Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing Training from start to end of training as much as 98%; (3) Participants who are able to Practice Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing in accordance with the available time of 85%; (4) Participants who have interest in doing Classroom Action Research when in school as much as 100%.
