Abstract

Student administration management has a very important role, because student administration management can develop the abilities and potential of quality students in accordance with educational goals. This article analyzes the implementation of student administration management at the SD IT Islamic Center school with a study formulation, namely first, student administration management at the SD IT Islamic Center, second, library services at the SD IT Islamic Center. The purpose of writing this research is to examine the extent of the implementation of student administration management at the Islamic Center IT Elementary School. To obtain research results, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection instruments, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show firstly, the management of student administration at SD IT Islamic Center, where there are five student administration management which are important points, including the acceptance of new students, coaching students, grouping students, data collection on student learning progress, and guidance. and student counseling. Second, there are three library services at the SD IT Islamic Center, including library material lending services, reference services, and reading room facilities/circulation services.

Abstract

The incidence of injuries is increasing every year, both acute wounds and chronic wounds. A recent study in America showed that the prevalence of patients with wounds was 3.50 per 1000 population. The majority of wounds in the world's population are wounds due to surgery/trauma (48.00%), foot ulcers (28.00%), decubitus wounds (21.00%). In 2009, MedMarket Diligence, a wound association in America conducted research on the incidence of wounds in the world based on disease etiology. Data obtained for surgical wounds were 110.30 million cases, trauma wounds 1.60 million cases, abrasions there were 20.40 million cases, burns 10 million cases, decubitus ulcers 8.50 million cases, venous ulcers 12.50 million cases, diabetic ulcers 13.50 million cases, amputations 0.20 million per year, carcinoma 0.60 million per year, melanoma 0.10 million, skin cancer complications there are 0.10 million cases. Injuries that occur in all our daily activities. Abrasions due to falls, injuries from sharp objects such as knives, nails and so on are considered minor injuries.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis penerapan punishment untuk menumbuhkan disiplin siswa di MIN 4 Medan Barat dengan rumusan kajian yaitu pertama, bentuk-bentuk punishment, kedua penerapan punishment, dan ketiga pengaruh punishment terhadap siswa yang indisiplin. Untuk mendapatkan hasil riset, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama bentuk-bentuk punishment di antaranya punishment fisik seperti membersihkan sekolah bagi peserta didik yang melanggar peraturan sekolah berupa terlambat datang ke sekolah dan tidak memakai pakaian yang tidak sesuai peraturan sekolah, berdiri di depan kelas bagi peserta didik yang tidak mengerjakan tugas selama proses belajar langsung kurang lebih selesai pergantian mata pelajaran. Punishment non fisik dalam bentuk menghafal atau menjelaskan apa yang sudah dipelajari, punishment ini bagi peserta didik yang tidak mendengarkan penjelasan guru. Kedua, penerapan punishment di MIN 4 Medan Barat diharapkan program hukuman atau punishment mampu menjadi jembatan antara proses dan usaha dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan bagi siswa dan dapat berguna bagi siswa yang belum disiplin terhadap peraturan sekolah. Ketiga, pengaruh punishment terhadap siswa yang indisiplin di MIN 4 Medan Barat yaitu banyak siswa tiba di sekolah sebelum bel berbunyi, sudah memakai pakaian yang sesuai dengan peraturan, siswa mengerjakan tugas dengan tepat waktu dan dapat mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru.

Abstract

In the learning process every learner is always directed to become an independent student, and to become independent an individual must learn, so that learning independence can be achieved. This article analyzes the role of teachers in increasing students’ learning independence at SDN 064976 Medan. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. It was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the role of teachers in increasing students' learning independence at SDN 064976 Medan is by carrying out their professional duties of teachers who have multiple roles contained in teaching and learning activities. The role of the teacher as a mentor must be more important, because the presence of a teacher in school is to guide students to become good adult humans who are capable, skilled, virtuous and noble.
