Abstract

Technology, Information and Communication (ICT), which is growing rapidly today, must be recognized as having an impact on all aspects of human life, including education, so that the implementation of the National Assessment using a computer-based system is called the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that SDN Puger has implemented a computer-based national assessment (ANBK), school readiness starts from preparation, implementation and implementation process. In the implementation, there are several obstacles faced, including the lack of infrastructure, inadequate network and lack of student understanding of ANBK question material. There are suggestions in overcoming these problems, namely teachers lending laptops for computer shortages at school, adding wifi at school so that the signal is stable when implementing ANBK and the school holds additional lessons outside of school hours that discuss AKM questions and the school also develops sapa litersi innovations (welcome morning literacy).

Abstract

This study examines the values of character education contained in the Introduction to Islamic Studies. The values of character education are very important to facilitate students in an effort to form a noble, ethical, and berakhlaqul karimah personality. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. Data collection was carried out from the results of research that had been published in the period 2015–2023 in accredited national journals (Sinta 4, sinta 3, and Sinta 2) and internationally reputable journals. The results showed that there are several character education values in the study of Introduction to Islamic Studies, including: 1) Love to Allah SWT., the universe and its contents; 2) responsibility, discipline, and independence; 3) honest; 4) respect and courtesy; 5) compassion, care, and cooperation; 6) confident, creative, hard work, and never give up; 7) justice and leadership; 8) kindness and humility; and 9) tolerance, love of peace, and unity. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada kajian Pengantar Studi Islam. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam upaya membentuk pribadi yang luhur, beretika, dan berakhlaqul karimah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SLR (Sistematik Literatur Review) dengan panduan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2023 pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi sinta 4, sinta 3, sinta 2 sampai dengan jurnal bereputasi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kajian Pengantar Studi Islam, diantaranya; 1) Cinta kepada Allah SWT., semesta beserta isinya; 2) tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan mandiri; 3) Jujur; 4) Hormat dan santun; 5) Kasih Sayang, Peduli, dan Kerja sama; 6) Percaya Diri, Kreatif, Kerja Keras, dan Pantang Menyerah; 7) Keadilan dan Kepemimpinan; 8) Baik dan Rendah Hati; dan 9) Toleransi, Cinta Perdamaian, dan Persatuan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu melakukan  analisis efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) X Bantul, Yogyakarta pada tahun 2022. Efektivitas merupakan salah satu prinsip dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan, sehingga perlu dianalisis dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS di MI X pada tahun 2022. Penelitian studi lapangan ini menggunakan teknik wawancara serta analisis dokumen dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan dua teknik analisis efektivitas pembiayaan pendidikan, yakni: (1) membandingkan prosentase alokasi dana yang direalisasikan dengan yang dianggarkan; dan (2) menganalisis tingkat efektivitas pembiayaan berdasarkan teori value for money. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS pada tahap 2 lebih efektif dibandingkan pada tahap 1. Selisih prosentase realisasi biaya terhadap anggaran awal pada tahap 2 bernilai 0,02% dan pada tahap 1 bernilai 16,22%. Artinya pembiayaan pada tahap 2 lebih tepat sasaran daripada tahap 1. Sementara itu, berdasarkan analisis efektivitas menurut teori value for money, pembiayaan pendidikan di madrasah masuk dalam kategori efektif. Meskipun masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum bisa mendapatkan dana BOS karena kendala administrasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu referensi teknik analisis efektivitas dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di madrasah, khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Daya gerak suatu organisasi menjadi lebih maju atau mungkin menjadi semakin mundur sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana pemimpin mempengaruhi pergerakan organisasi tersebut, melalui hubungan antara pemimpin itu sendiri dengan orang-orang yang ada dalam organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan merupakan masalah manusia yang bersifat unik, masalahnya tidak sekadar menyentuh kehidupan manusia sebagai individu, tetapi juga sebagai makhluk sosial. Terdapat berbagai kelompok sosial dalam masyarakat kita, karena pada dasarnya manusia adalah makhluk sosial. Menjadi seorang pemimpin dalam lembaga pendidikan memanglah tidak mudah, selain harus memahami betul siapa dirinya dan siapa yang dipimpinnya, seorang pemimpin harus mengetahui fungsinya sebagai pemimpin, mengerti situasi dan kondisi yang sedang terjadi, berusaha dengan sungguh-sungguh, bekerjasama, memberikan penghargaan terhadap bawahan yang memiliki kinerja tinggi, tetap fokus pada tujuan yang akan dicapai

Abstract

The position of Hadith in Islamic Religious Education is the basis and basis for the concept, framework and design of Islamic religious education, considering that Hadith provides more concrete reasons regarding the implementation of various activities that must be developed in Islamic life and the framework of life. The concept of Islamic education in the review of educational hadith includes: basic education, learning obligations, educational goals, educational institutions, educational materials (tarbiyyah), learning methods, educators (teachers), pupils (students), women's education, and learning assessment. Abstract

This study investigates the interplay between sociology and education, focusing on Islamic education from a sociological perspective. The objective is to elucidate the sociological dimensions of Islamic education, employing library research for data collection and analysis. This approach facilitated an objective examination of the existing literature, uncovering the multifaceted perspectives within the sociology of education, akin to the diversity in sociological studies. The research underscores the importance of a sociological approach in understanding religious teachings and their social implications, particularly in the realm of Islamic education. It reveals that social issues significantly influence religious teachings, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of social sciences within religious communities. The findings indicate that the sociology of education in the context of Islam incorporates individual, social, and interactional approaches. The individual approach examines personal religious experiences and their educational impact, the social approach considers the influence of societal norms on educational practices, and the interaction approach investigates the interplay between individual beliefs and social contexts in educational settings. This tripartite framework enriches the understanding of Islamic education, highlighting the role of sociological insights in analyzing and interpreting educational phenomena within religious contexts. The study advocates for the integration of sociological theories in educational research, especially for religious education, to unravel the complex interactions between society and education. It proposes that a sociological perspective is essential for a nuanced understanding of Islamic educational practices and theories, urging further research in this interdisciplinary field. The conclusion emphasizes the need for continued exploration of the sociological aspects of education, particularly in Islamic contexts, to foster a more comprehensive and holistic approach to educational studies.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable aspect in any organizational environment, including educational institutions. Effective conflict management is crucial for maintaining a harmonious and productive school environment. This research aims to identify effective strategies in optimizing conflict management in the leadership of MI school principals. The research method employed was a field study, involving direct observation and interviews with MI school principals who have successful experience in conflict management. Participants were selected based on their experience and reputation in conflict resolution. The results of this research reveal the presence of effective communication strategies, fair conflict resolution, and the development of an inclusive school culture as important factors in optimizing conflict management in the leadership of MI school principals. Principals who demonstrate the ability to listen empathetically, communicate clearly and openly, and build respectful relationships can create a harmonious school environment. Collaborative approaches, mediation, and emphasis on common interests contribute to fair conflict resolution. Additionally, building an inclusive school culture that encourages active participation from all stakeholders is essential. This research provides a significant contribution to our understanding of conflict management in the context of MI school principal leadership. The findings of this research can serve as a guide for MI school principals in addressing and resolving conflicts, as well as enhancing the quality of their leadership. Furthermore, this research provides a foundation for further studies in this field to develop more specific and effective strategies in optimizing conflict management in the leadership of MI school principals.
