Abstract

Al-Adah al-Muhakkamah yaitu adat adalah hukum. Secara etimologi kata al-Adah berarti pengulangan baik berupa perkataan atau perbuatan. Secara terminologi al-Adah berarti sebuah kecenderungan berupa ungkapan atau pekerjaan pada suatu obyek tertentu sekaligus pengulangan akumulatif pada obyek pekerjaan dimaksud, baik dilakukan oleh pribadi maupun kelompok. Terdapat beberapa macam kaidah turunan dari al-Adah al-Muhakkamah yang masing-masing berorientasi pada adat kebiasaan masyarakat yang dapat dijadikan landasan hukum. Namun tidak semua adat dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan hukum. Hanya adat yang tidak bertentangan dengan syariat dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan hukum dalam hukum Islam.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study explores the practices and understanding of zakat, specifically agricultural zakat, among rice farmers in Kecamatan Marioriawa, Kabupaten Soppeng, South Sulawesi. Utilizing a phenomenological, syar'i, and juridical approach, the research focuses on how these farmers interpret and implement the Islamic obligation of zakat. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, following an interactive method of data analysis. The study reveals a significant gap between the theoretical principles of zakat in Islam and its practical application among the farmers. Many do not accurately understand the regulations concerning nisab (the minimum amount of agricultural produce that necessitates the payment of zakat), haul (the period for zakat collection), and the percentage of zakat to be given. This misunderstanding results from inadequate education and mobilization efforts by local zakat management authorities and religious leaders. The research further discusses the variations in zakat practices, with some farmers calculating zakat incorrectly or choosing zakat recipients subjectively. This discrepancy highlights the urgent need for better education and a more proactive approach from zakat collectors (amil zakat) in educating and collecting zakat from rice farmers. The study suggests that local government and religious institutions should collaborate to provide training and workshops to enhance farmers' understanding and proper practice of zakat according to Islamic teachings. Additionally, the formation of village or sub-district zakat teams is recommended to facilitate the collection and distribution of zakat in a more structured, transparent, and accountable manner, ensuring the optimal function of zakat as a tool for economic empowerment and poverty alleviation in the community.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of teachers in educational leadership. The method employed is qualitative, specifically descriptive, utilizing data sources from the Islamic Schools Headmasters and teachers. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and sequential conclusion drawing and verification. The findings reveal that: 1) Teachers' understanding of educational leadership influences their roles and interactions at MI Manggarupi. Teachers with a strong understanding tend to be more effective in enhancing learning quality, motivating students, fostering positive relationships, and collaborating with the school. 2) A harmonious relationship between teachers and the Islamic school Headmaster plays a crucial role in the teachers' position within educational leadership. The teachers' leadership position is reinforced through active involvement in decision-making and professional development programs. 3) Teacher involvement in decision-making at Islamic schools reflects their position within educational leadership. The implications of this research are: 1) It is imperative to enhance teachers' understanding of educational leadership. 2) There should be a strengthening of the relationship between teachers and the Islamic school's Headmaster to achieve effective cooperation, thereby ensuring each teacher holds a leadership position. 3) Teachers should be involved in decision-making within the Islamic schools' programs, which can improve trust and motivation among teachers and strengthen their position within educational leadership

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedududkan kepemimpian seorang guru dalam pembelajaran abad 21 di MTs Manggarupi di Yayasan Pendidikan Sungguminsa-Gowa.serta tanggung jawab guru dalam pembelajaran ini menjadi fokus penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library Exploration) sebagai pendekatannya. Hasil temuan masih ada sebagian guru yang menyalahgunakan kedudukannya dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. pada hal Kedudukan guru dalam pembelajaran sebagai pembimbing memberi tekanan kepada tugasnya memberikan bantuan kepada peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapinya, tugas ini merupakan aspek mendidik sebab tidak hanya berkenaan dengan penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan, melainkan juga menyangkut nilai-nilai dan prilaku para peserta didik. tanggung jawab guru dalam kepemimpinan pembelajaran memberi tekanan kepada tugasnya memberikan bantuan kepada siswa dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapinya, tugas ini merupakan aspek mendidik sebab tidak hanya berkenaan dengan penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan, melainkan juga menyangkut nilai-nilai dan prilaku para peserta didik. tanggung jawab seorang guru selain mengembangkan profesi guru adalah panggilan dan tuntutan untuk selalu mencintai, menghargai, meningkatkan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang tidak bisa di laksanakan oleh orang lain, kecuali oleh dirinya dan dituntut untuk bersungguh-sungguh menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pekerjaan utama bukan sambilan.

Abstract

Regarding the philosophical approach to education, of course it contains many aspects and is verycomplex in nature. Because of its complex nature, there is no sufficient limit to explain the nature of education in its entirety. Limitations on the Philosophical Approach to Educational approaches made by experts vary, and their content sometimes differs from one another. These differences mayoccur because of differences in orientation, the basic concepts used, the analytical technique in writing this journal is thematic, where the results of the research show that there will be many benefits if you understand the philosophical foundation of education.

Abstract

Analisi perencanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh serta proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan evaluasinya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Karakter di SMA Negeri Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian di Kota Bima, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Kemudian teknik pengolahan data ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persiapan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh dimulai dengan menyiapkan media perangkat pembelajaran sementara pelaksanaannya terdiri dari pengenalan kegiatan, inti kegiatan dan kegiatan Menutup setelah itu berulah dievaluasi kegiatan dengan mengacu pada aspek kognitif, efektif dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

After the proclamation of Indonesian independence in 1945, Islamic education played a significant role in the formation of national identity and the development of Indonesian society. This research aims to provide insight into the development of Islamic education in post-independence Indonesia and the relevance of policy in maintaining the existence of Islamic education within the national education framework. The research method used is qualitative with library research. Data analysis uses content analysis content. The main findings include the goals of Islamic education to shape religious and national character, improve the quality of Islamic education, encourage tolerance between religious communities, produce a generation that makes positive contributions, and develop research in the Islamic context. The policies implemented after independence recognized the importance of Islamic education in forming the character of citizens in accordance with the values of Pancasila. During the Old Order, the government focused on regulating nationalist values and the ideology of national and state life through education.
