Abstract

This study aimed to find out what preventive methods are used by families at home to reduce the negative impacts of technological developments in the digital era. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive approach involving 9 parents of children aged 4-8 in Sukoharjo. Semi-structured interview techniques were used for data collection. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that parents' preventive efforts to mitigate the impact of technology on children include making rules of use by setting time limits on the use of electronic devices, providing healthy and wise examples in using technology tools, encouraging children's outdoor activities, monitoring content consumed by children, encourage open communication with their children by talking about the dangers and benefits of technology openly, teaching digital literacy by teaching children about privacy, online security, and digital ethics, making a daily schedule that balances screen time and other activities, promoting their hobbies and interests, and keeping pace with technological developments.

Abstract

The aim of community service is to equip training participants with question item analysis and test taker ability analysis. The service was carried out at PP Budi Utomo with a total of 35 participants. The service method uses presentations, discussions and simulations, the supporting instruments needed for service are training materials and pre-test and post-test instruments. Data resulting from understanding the training material were analyzed using tests to see the effectiveness of the training. The results of the training showed a significant increase in understanding before and after training regarding evaluation. Post-training recommendations are expected for participants to be able to apply understanding from training activities in their respective schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of the principal's leadership style on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan, to describe the effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan, to find out how much influence the principal's leadership and the performance of Islamic Religion teachers on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan. This research uses descriptive correlational research method with quantitative approach. In this study, there are independent variables (X), namely principal leadership or X1 and Islamic Religion teacher performance or X2 and the dependent variable (Y), namely student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan from August to October 2023. The population in this study were all students at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling technique because the research sample was randomly selected from the entire population, namely 50 samples. Data collection techniques using closed questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the principal's leadership has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan, showing t count = 2.122, so the effect of X1 (Principal Leadership) on Student Learning Outcomes is significant. Islamic Religious Education Teacher Performance has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jogonalan, showing t count = 2.079, then the effect of X2 Teacher

Abstract

This community service aims to illustrate the implementation of Community Service (PKM) between Mamba'ul 'Ulum Islamic Institute Surakarta and Mojogedang Public High School, Karanganyar Regency. The main focus is on strengthening the Pancasila student profile through religious activities, particularly the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, held on Friday, October 6, 2023. The community service method involves the active participation of students in various spiritual, academic, and social activities. The results indicate that the integration of religious values with Pancasila can shape students with balanced and integral characters. This community service provides a positive contribution to the students' development and strengthens the bond between educational institutions and the community.
