Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic changed the habits and workings of the business world and the industrial world with a digital technology approach, which has the potential to threaten various professions and employment opportunities. Graduates add to unemployment rates. Prospective workers need digital literacy competencies to compete in the current world of work. This study seeks to measure the extent and importance of digital literacy competence for the Gen-Z workforce of higher education graduates facing the world of work. This study uses an explanatory method with a sure approach. Data collection was done using a Likert scale 1-5 questionnaire, distributed to 133 respondents selected by the researchers, and targeted the workforce of college graduates aged 24-29 (Gen-Z) in the South West Java region with a simple random sampling technique. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equations, such as structural equation modeling. Digital literacy competence, including knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values, has a positive effect on the work readiness of Generation Z in rural South West Java. Further research is needed to develop human resources in these areas

Abstract

The digital entrepreneurship-based human resource development program has been implemented in Wargamekar Village with the aim of enhancing the potential of cassava tape gastronomic tourism. This article addresses the challenges faced by cassava tape entrepreneurs regarding their limited understanding of the importance of digital technology adoption and branding in business development. The implementation method encompasses activities such as introducing the concepts of gastronomic tourism, digital entrepreneurship, social media marketing, as well as field mentoring. Consultation sessions and coaching provide personal guidance in developing digital skills and branding strategies. The program evaluation results indicate a high level of participant satisfaction. Participants have gained an understanding of gastronomic tourism concepts and the utilization of digital technology to optimize cassava tape businesses. Field mentoring enriches the history of cassava tape and enhances participants' comprehension of local cultural values. Consultation sessions and coaching have successfully developed a stronger brand identity and branding strategy. Recommendations for further activities include expanding field mentoring and broadening the topics covered in consultation and coaching. This program is expected to continue benefiting cassava tape entrepreneurs in Wargamekar Village and enhancing the potential of cassava tape businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Kompleksnya permasalahan perdagangan manusia yang bersifat transnational (global), menyebabkan banyak upaya dan usaha serta kerjasama untuk membasmi kejahatan serius ini yang saat ini tidak hanya menjadi domain nasional. Kerjasama secara regional dan multilateral juga termasuk komponen penting. Hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang dituangkan UN Women bahwa setiap tahunnya tidak kurang dari 225.000 perempuan dan anak-anak diperdagangkan di Asia Tenggara. ASEAN’s Political Security Community (APSC)  dibentuk untuk mencapai solidaritas wilayah dalam menciptakan komunitas negara yang damai, kuat dan akuntabel yang siap menyelesaikan masalah keamanan, termasuk didalamnya masalah pemberantasan perdangan manusia.Namun demikian, pencegahan perdagangan manusia belum terimplementasi secara sukses. Fakta menunjukan bahwa tidak semua negara – negara ASEAN yang tergabung dalam ASEAN’s Political Security Community (APSC) mampu meratifikasi komitmen dalam memerangi perdagangan manusia. Hal ini juga mencerminkan bahwa pada akhirnya APSC masih berupa sebatas ide intelektual yang belum tercipta sebagai implikasi-transformatif apapun.Negara yang seharusnya menjadi benteng utama dalam penanganan kejahatan atau ancaman-ancaman yang menyerang, masih belum bisa menjamin akan kedamaian dan keteanangan warga negaranya. Studi keamanan kritis (Critical Security Studies) ini seharusnya mampu menjadi solusi bagi setiap negara atau organisasi untuk dapat menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi menggunakan pendekatan studi keamanan yang kritis. Kata Kunci : Human Trafficking,  ASEAN’s Political Security Community, Keamanan Global, Critical Security Studies.

Abstract

This study aims to to measure and explain the practice of implementing Sustainable HRM to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior by using the variables of Quality of Work-Life (QWL) and Affective Commitment, especially in the automotive retail industry. Data analysis uses a path to show a specific relationship between exogenous variables, which are variables (X), endogenous variables which are effect variables (Y), and implicit variables (ϵ). This data was collected through an array of questions to be answered by replies from as many as 59 motorcycle automotive retail company employees. The QWL and affective commitment have a favourable and considerable impact on OCB in employees. External influences still need to be followed up by further research, which can complement the determination of OCB in addition to QWL and Affective Commitment. Subsequent research focuses on environmental performance management, the design of training and development, and environmental organizational culture.

This study aims to determine the role of the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion at the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in improving tourism in Indonesia. The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is regional cooperation that seeks to promote the ASEAN region as an international tourist destination.The research method used is a qualitative method through literature reviews on official government documents, scientific articles, and news.The results show that the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a means or media for Indonesia to attract foreign investors to invest or invest in cooperation in developing tourism in Indonesia, as well as the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion media to attract foreign tourists to tourist destinations in Indonesia.
