Abstract

Matrimony represents an esteemed avenue for structuring family life, welcoming children, fostering mutual acquaintance, and establishing a foundation for reciprocal support. The institution of marriage establishes explicit shared rights and responsibilities between spouses, as well as between parents and offspring. In practice, not all adherents of Islam adhere to contemporary procedures or regulations, evident in the persistence of individuals opting for clandestine unions. Islamic jurisprudence has elevated the motives and objectives of matrimony to a loftier and more dignified plane. While previous adherence to Islamic doctrines limited the purpose of marriage to biological needs and life necessities, Islamic law now designates it with the intent of fulfilling sunnatullah, directed toward the ultimate goal of 'worshipping Allah SWT

Abstract

KKM UNIBA Group 63 provided assistance in the design and development of packaging for pindang fish crackers in Sukajadi Village, Carita District, Pandeglang Regency as part of efforts to empower the local community economy with a focus on increasing the added value of local products. Pindang fish crackers, as one of the leading products from the village, has a wide market potential, but the main challenge faced is the packaging design that is less attractive and not in accordance with modern marketing standards. This service aims to provide support in terms of packaging design and development of pindang fish crackers to increase market attractiveness and expand distribution reach. The methods used include packaging design needs analysis, packaging design training, and new packaging implementation. The training process involved understanding the design concept, selecting appropriate packaging materials, and printing techniques. The results of the mentoring showed that the new packaging design successfully increased the visual appeal of the product, clarified product information, and improved quality perception in the eyes of consumers. The newly designed packaging also provides better protection to the product during the distribution process. With the attractive and functional packaging, sales of pindang fish crackers have increased significantly, and the product has successfully entered a wider market both at the local and regional levels.

Abstract

The role of social media which has a big role in political communication strategies for voter participation and how the relevance of political communication is increasing on social media platforms, implies the development and change of traditional political communication by converging information technology with more modern political communication so as to achieve novelty much more effectively to interact with the community. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive narratives aimed at providing explanatory results that are easy to understand by describing and understanding social phenomena from the perspective of the subject under study. Subjects in research are individuals involved in the object of research based on information and data. The use of social media platforms can be systematically planned and programmed to develop identity politics, it is important to ensure interactive interactions on social media platforms. It is concluded that social media can be a forum as well as a facilitator and play a role for an interest and has the potential to have benefits in political campaigns. Through platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and TikTok political candidates can interact with the public and successfully win the hearts of the people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Menganalisa dan menganalisa faktor-faktor korupsi yang merupakan suatu kejahatan yang merusak sendi-sendi kehidupan. Perbuatan korupsi meracuni kehidupan rakyat. Rakyat akan sengsara dibuat koruptor yang merampok uang Negara untuk kepentingan pribadi dan kelompoknya, merampok hak hidup dan hak kesejahteraan yang diperuntukkan bagi rakyat. Korupsi memang sudah ada sejak zaman dahulu (Mesir Kuno) dan biasanya korupsi dilakukan oleh pejabat yang mempunyai pengaruh dan dapat menekan rakyat demi kepentingan pribadi dan golongannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jack Bologne dengan GONE Theory yang menguraikan tentang, Keserakahan (Greed), 2. Kesempatan (Opportunity), 3. Kebutuhan (Need). 4. Pengungkapan (Expose). Dengan melakukan korupsi, Negara akan bangkrut, rakyat sengsara, pembangunan tidak akan berkembang dan rakyat akan menjadi bodoh. Di Indonesia pelaku korupsi diancam dengan pasal 2 & pasal 3 UU No 31 Tahun 1999 jo UU No 20 Tahun2001 (UU Tipikor), tapi pelaku korupsi terus berkembang dari tahun ketahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hukum Normatif (Normative Law Research) dimana kajiannya berupa produk hukum. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa korupsi menimbulkan masalah dibidang ekploitasi sumber daya alam yang berlebihan, pelayanan yang tidak optimal kepada rakyat, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai dan terjadinya kemiskinan absolut. Beberapa pendapat, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa korupsi menyengsarakan rakyat, pembangunan tidak berjalan dengan semestinya dan pembodohan kepada rakyat. Hukum yang ada tidak membuat pelaku korupsi menjadi jera dan akan menimbulkan berbagai cara baru untuk melakukannya sehingga dapat mengelabui petugas pemberantasan korupsi (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi).

Abstract

Communication strategies are key in dealing with complex challenges rooted in historical, social and regulatory factors. Stigma and discrimination, low understanding of the needs of people with disabilities, non-comprehensive regulations, budget and infrastructure limitations, lack of coordination and collaboration, and cultural and social challenges are the main obstacles in realizing inclusive accessibility. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to examine the background of these problems and identify potential solutions to improve the accessibility of public services for people with disabilities in Serang City. Comprehensive and sustainable solutions are needed to address the root causes and build an inclusive city for all.

Abstract

The case of not achieving the amount of community participation in the 2020 elections in Serang Regency in accordance with the planned target of 75% has become a concern for election organizers. To overcome this case, one of them is by involving the community as subjects in political activities and can utilize the role of the media as a means of increasing political participation. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the role of the media and political participation. While the method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which provides information through seminar activities and two-way question and answer discussions about the role and impact of the media and types of political participation. The results of these activities are that the community is less aware of the role of the media as a means to increase political participation, a source of knowledge information and as a means of criticism, suggestions and responses. Also, participation is not only as an object but also as a subject of change. On this basis, the government and other stakeholders need to develop a sustainable political education program to increase awareness of political participation and form social groups concerned with democracy.Kasus tidak tercapainya jumlah partisipasi Masyarakat pada Pemilihan Tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Serang sesuai dengan target yang direncanakan yakni 75%, menjadi peerhatian penyelenggara pemilu. Untuk mengatasi kasus tersebut salah satunya dengan pelibatan Masyarakat sebagai subyek dalam kegiatan politik serta dapat memanfaatkan peran media sebagai sarana meningkatkan partisipasi poltik. Adapun tujuan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman perihal peran media dan partisipasi politik. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yakni memberikan informasi melalui kegiatan seminar serta diskusi tanya jawab secara dua arah tentang peran dan dampak media serta jenis partisipasi politik. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut yakni Masyarakat kurang menyadari peran media sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik, sumber informasi pengetahuan serta sebagai sarana kritik, saran dan tanggapan. Pun partisipasi tidak hanya sebagai obyek namun juga sebagai subyek perubahan. Atas dasar demikian, pemerintah serta stakeholder lainnya perlu menyusun program Pendidikan politik secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran partisipasi politik serta membentuk kelompok sosial peduli demokrasi.
