Abstract

Studi membahas peran komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif, penulis mengeksplorasi bagaimana komunikasi dan kepuasan dalam bekerja memiliki korelasi dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Temuan studi memberikan wawasan dalam tentang pentingnya peran komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, membangun komunikasi yang baik dalam organisasi dan peran kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta implikasinya bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan memahami peran komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja, organisasi bisa mengembangkan strategi lebih efisien untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Meningkatnya kinerja karyawan dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam kemajuan perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam lingkungan bisnis kompetitif dan tidak stabil.

Abstract

Da'wah can be interpreted as a process of conveying or inviting someone consciously to embrace, study, and practice religious teachings, so as to awaken, restore the potential benefits of others that literally every human being should have. (Hilmi Sha'bani et al., 2024). Rapid technological development, the delivery of da'wah is intensively carried out through social media such as YouTube. Its broad scope of messages can be conveyed by reaching out to many masses from different cultures and religions. The author tries to "Analyze the Content of Delivering the Message of Da'wah Tolerance" #LogInCloseTheDoor on Youtube Deddy Corbuzier hosted by Habib Ja'far and Onad, in the last episode by inviting 6 religious leaders, namely Islam, Buddhism, Catholicism, Christianity, Confucianism, and Hinduism. Aims to explore an objective understanding of the value of delivering the message of da'wah tolerance of various religions in Indonesia through Youtube on the Log-in podcast. The research uses qualitative approach methods, with descriptive techniques, through the application of documentation data collection, literature studies and content analysis. With the results to provide an understanding of how the message of tolerance in each religion in Indonesia can show the value of togetherness, diversity, and unity, explaining the role of YouTube social media in Log-in content is an upgrade of the way of preaching with a relaxed language style can have a positive impact on society.

Abstract

The emergence of gas through chimneys in Cilegon City, especially in the Ciwandan Area, has driven social, social and monetary transformation. The rapidly growing industry has changed the social and monetary order of an area that has been recognized as an agrarian culture into a modern culture. The existence of large organizations that utilize natural resources in Ciwandan has increased the hopes of the surrounding community for an increase in wages, through the Corporate Social Obligation (CSR) program. Therefore, the examination tries to uncover elements of CSR implementation in the PT. Chandra Asri area. This investigation is driven by interpretation techniques with emotional thinking as a context-oriented examination. Data collection is carried out through hierarchy collection, integrated discussions, and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the sources of the research include pioneers of the city corridor, city and regional government officials, pioneers in the areas around the current area, and CSR implementers of PT. Chandra Asri, The results of the examination show that CSR training has been carried out by PT for some time. Chandra Asri at least when he was still under joint administration with medical staff, especially those related to assistance in the field of government, including health, education, social and activities in the field of government. The desperation of this examination gave rise to problems that occurred at PT. Chandra Asri, will be fully responsible for things that hinder the environmental climate. Because after air pollution by these substances occurs, its occupants experience diseases such as shortness of breath, weakness, stability and disease. The purpose of this study, researchers can understand and know the response of PT. Chandra Asri, to the surrounding community affected by chemicals and gas leaks carried out by PT. Chandra Asri.

Abstract

The reaction to the development of information and communication technology gave birth to new media that succeeded in becoming an interesting object as a means of communication and entertainment that became an addiction for its users, social media such as having an attachment to the social aspect of humans, Tiktok became one of the most attractive social media for its users, the emergence of Tiktok encouraged acceleration globalization era. Generation Z is the generation born in 1995-2010. The popularity of tiktok, which can be found on other social media such as Facebook, Instagram and others, is a part that contributes to user interest. Addiction to tiktok content is not immediately seen as an experience for users to receive justifiable information. The attachment to social media tiktok seems to have become a new medium in the life of generation Z. Users see the reality of the world based on what information is on tiktok social media, this is a development as a new form that has existed before in print media, columns, billboards, billboards, traditional media and so on. The purpose of this research is to see the experience of tiktok users in generation Z as a form of self-concept for its users. The research was conducted qualitatively with an audience ethnography method using a constructivist paradigm with an interpretative type. The interpretative paradigm is used to see the point of view of facts as something different that has context and meaning, looking at the experience of tiktok social media users on the user's self-concept.

Abstract

The role of social media which has a big role in political communication strategies for voter participation and how the relevance of political communication is increasing on social media platforms, implies the development and change of traditional political communication by converging information technology with more modern political communication so as to achieve novelty much more effectively to interact with the community. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive narratives aimed at providing explanatory results that are easy to understand by describing and understanding social phenomena from the perspective of the subject under study. Subjects in research are individuals involved in the object of research based on information and data. The use of social media platforms can be systematically planned and programmed to develop identity politics, it is important to ensure interactive interactions on social media platforms. It is concluded that social media can be a forum as well as a facilitator and play a role for an interest and has the potential to have benefits in political campaigns. Through platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and TikTok political candidates can interact with the public and successfully win the hearts of the people.

Abstract

It is now December 2023 that the Indonesian people will hold general elections for candidates for DPRD members, DPR-RI, DPD-RI, presidential and vice presidential candidates. It is approaching the 2024 election in less than 75 days that the Indonesian people will hold a democratic party to vote directly honestly fair transparently in determining the future of the nation and state of Indonesia for the next five years where the current election participants are dominated by gen z and permanent voters, people are now digitally aware where before voting they see the digital track record of legislative and judicial executive candidates where is their contribution to the nation and state love for the homeland love for the Indonesian people so that the community and gen z do not hesitate not hesitate in choosing candidates for DPRD, DPR-RI, DPD-RI, Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates for Indonesia five years to come period 2024-2029. The research that the author uses research with qualitative descriptive methods to analyze phenomena, events, or social conditions. The results obtained from this research are how the community is objective and selective in the democratic party of the general election of 14 February 2024.

Abstract

Communication strategies are key in dealing with complex challenges rooted in historical, social and regulatory factors. Stigma and discrimination, low understanding of the needs of people with disabilities, non-comprehensive regulations, budget and infrastructure limitations, lack of coordination and collaboration, and cultural and social challenges are the main obstacles in realizing inclusive accessibility. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to examine the background of these problems and identify potential solutions to improve the accessibility of public services for people with disabilities in Serang City. Comprehensive and sustainable solutions are needed to address the root causes and build an inclusive city for all.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has introduced social media to support marketing activities and make business easier. Instagram has great potential for promoting a business. It will be easier for the public to find out information about a business through information that is spread on social media. One business actor who uses Instagram as an online promotional medium is JRNY Coffee and Records. This research aims to find out how to increase the number of consumers through the JRNY Coffee and Records Instagram media as marketing communication. The marketing communication strategy used by JRNY Coffee and Records uses social media marketing theory through Instagram, which includes online communities, sharing of content, credibility, interaction and accessibility. This type of research also uses qualitative methods by analyzing or observing social media accounts. With the results, getting content uploaded on Instagram, as well as the facilities offered, are not boring. And it shows that promotional activities on Instagram are able to create an increase in the number of consumers.

Abstract

Internal communication can be understood as the foundation and building blocks of an organizational culture. The existence of an organizational culture that is firmly adhered to by employees will greatly support the process of achieving the company's main goals (Agustini & Purnaningsih, 2018). This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, which is descriptive in nature and Human Relations Theory. The data collection method was carried out using in-depth interviews and observation methods. (Isniyunisyafna, & Isfiantie S, 2020). For employees, the role of effective internal communication in improving good and sustainable relationships is very important. Because good internal communication can strengthen social relationships, increase collaboration, solve problems, develop leadership skills.This research explores the urgency of internal communication in building a strong organizational culture, strengthening social relationships, and improving company performance. Carried out using a qualitative approach and Human Relations Theory, with in-depth interview and observation methods.The importance of internal communication in building a strong organizational culture and supporting the achievement of company goals. The role of internal communications in improving social relationships, collaboration, and leadership skills. A qualitative approach and Human Relations Theory are used to understand the role of internal communication in organizational culture. Data collection methods through in-depth interviews and observation.Analyze the urgency and role of internal communication in building a strong organizational culture. Abstract

Social media plays an important role as a means for carrying out various communication activities, including marketing communications, where this platform provides the ability for brands to interact directly with their audience. Tiktok is a platform that plays a role in facilitating digital marketing. TikTok has recently received a lot of attention from social media users and has had a significant impact on the entrepreneurship industry. Tiktok has become an application that is popular with many individuals, which has given rise to various new business ideas. The Originote is one of the imported skincare brands that will enter the Indonesian market in 2022. This brand became very popular on TikTok social media when it first appeared in Indonesia, to be able to beat competitors who have survived longer. In conducting this research the author used a qualitative description method with data collection techniques through literature study. This method was chosen because of its ability to explore deep meaning and understanding of complex phenomena through diverse perspectives. The results of the research show that TikTok social media has an important role in the marketing communications process, by utilizing the features on TikTok and the role of influencers who can help influence consumer buying interest. This shows that the use of TikTok social media is an effective tool in carrying out marketing communications.
