Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Competence of HR in Puteran Village, 2) Management of Puteran Village Funds, 3) Knowing the influence of HR competence on the management of Puteran Village funds.There are two variables in this study, namely the competence of human resources (X) as the independent variable and the management of village funds (Y) as the dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data used are primary data (observations, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (library studies and documentation studies). The data analysis technique used is simple regression.Based on the results of this study, it shows that: 1) HR competence is in the very good category, namely 479) village fund management is in the very good category, namely 314) the influence of HR competence on village and village management is 0.875 which means very strong, while the coefficient of determination is 76, 6%, the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, pemasaran melalui digital marketing telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak dapat diabaikan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan. Digital marketing memberikan banyak keuntungan dan peluang baru bagi perusahaan untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan mereka dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para UMKM dalam meningkatkan pemasaran dengan menggunakan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung dengan pendekatan praktikum. Para UMKM diberikan materi dan pelatihan teknik -teknik digital marketing. Pelatihan ini merupakan suatu inisiatif dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran dengan menggunakan digital marketing di Desa Manggungjaya Kecamatan Rajapolah, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Pada era pemasaran digital, peran media sosial sebagai platform pemasaran yang efektif menjadi semakin penting, terutama bagi sektor usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam berbisnis di media sosial, pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan era digital menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya pengembangan SDM dalam konteks pemasaran digital, khususnya untuk kemajuan sektor UMKM di media sosial. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh UMKM UMKM dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan menerapkan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang tepat, UMKM dapat memperoleh manfaat yang signifikan seperti peningkatan kreativitas, adaptasi terhadap perubahan tren, dan kemampuan untuk bersaing di era pemasaran digital. Dalam konteks pengembangan sumber daya manusia di era pemasaran digital, untuk memajukan sektor UMKM, pelatihan khusus dan akses terhadap informasi dan sumber daya terbaru merupakan strategi yang penting untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

This study examined the role of social interactions, the work environment, and work motivation in influencing job satisfaction among employees at the Sekretariat Daerah Pontianak. The findings revealed significant relationships and provided insights into the dynamics of these variables. The results indicated that social interactions had a direct and significant impact on job satisfaction. Positive interactions, such as effective communication and collaboration, enhanced job satisfaction levels. Similarly, the work environment was found to influence job satisfaction, with factors such as physical conditions, organizational culture, and leadership practices playing a significant role. Work motivation was identified as another crucial factor affecting job satisfaction. Employees who were motivated and engaged in their work reported higher levels of job satisfaction. However, the study found that work motivation did not fully mediate the relationships between social interactions, the work environment, and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Sekretariat Daerah Pontianak prioritize fostering positive social interactions, improving the work environment, and promoting work motivation as separate but interconnected factors in enhancing job satisfaction. The study provides valuable insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to understand the factors influencing job satisfaction. By addressing social interactions, the work environment, and work motivation, the organization can create a more satisfying work experience and ultimately improve employee well-being and performance.
