Abstract

Development is needed to manage existing resources well. Empowerment activities aim to help the community achieve social and economic prosperity. One potential empowerment strategy is to build the tourism sector according to potential in the social, economic and cultural fields so that it has implications for increasing the usefulness of resources for all parties involved in it, both government and society. Through tourism at the tourist attractions in Cibiru Wetan Village, the industry will develop more rapidly with the goal to be achieved, namely programs that are beneficial to the community, the community is involved starting from the planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation process, as well as maximizing resource potential. owned, whether human (society), natural (natural potential) or economic (bugdet funds or donations) resources. Apart from that, tourist villages offer new experiences, living at one with rural nature, breathing fresh air, far from pollution and noise, experiencing and being involved in local community activities, in the sense that tourists don't just see the beauty of nature, but can live in it. Tourists can fully experience and enjoy the natural and social culture of the village. The stages of the service method are (1) Problem analysis, (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners to determine the priority scale, (3) Training and Mentoring, (4) Development of Infrastructure, (5) Monitoring and Evaluation and Program Sustainability. The target output of this activity is, in addition to increasing the skills of partners, also publication in the SINTA 3 National Journal, West Java Tribune Mass Media and publication of video content of the implementation of the activity as well as additional output in the form of IPR. The service technology readiness level is at level 2 leading to level 3. The results of the activities are: increasing the knowledge and skills of partners through training and mentoring, fulfilling the development of infrastructure, and establishing university and village partnerships.

Abstract

The challenges of MSMEs in the digital era through the use of digital platforms in transactions are an excellent opportunity to expand marketing which is expected to increase sales revenue. The digital platform in the form of a marketplace provides various features that can be utilized by MSMEs in the form of online shop features, product promotions, product management and delivery services as well as various payment features that provide convenience and convenience for customers to shop. However, not all MSME actors are able to take advantage of various features in the marketplace with various obstacles faced by MSMEs, including a lack of understanding of the various features available and the benefits that will be obtained as well as a reluctance to learn and operate the various features provided both on the website platform and those that are available. is mobile. The purpose of socializing the use of websites and mobile commerce is expected to help increase market expansion and increase sales revenue as well as increase digital literacy from MSMEs. The method used is through counseling and training as well as the practice of using various features available on the marketplace including product management and packaging and promotion. Further processes, especially those related to increasing income and financial management, are still needed in the utilization of this website and mobile commerce.

Abstract

Diberlangsungkannya penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN Jabatan Fungsional Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan, yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan sampel seluruh pegawai ASN pada Jabatan Fungsional DKPP Kota Bandung sebanyak 58 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan iaplikasi SPSS version 25.0. Dalam penelitian menghasilkan output variabel pengembangan karir pada kondisi parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Jabatan Fungsional DKPP Kota Bandung. Motivasi Kerja dengan kondisi parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja ASN Jabatan Fungsional DKPP Kota Bandung. Lingkungan dengan kondisi parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja ASN Jabatan Fungsional DKPP Kota Bandung. Hasil pengaruh secara simultan menunjukan pengembangan karir (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN DKPP Kota Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style, workload and work discipline on the productivity of Employees at the Building Store of Ahmad Yani Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was all employees at the Ahmad Yani branch of RKM building store, with a total of 40 employees. SampWork Environmental Engineering used in this study is a non-probability Work Environmental technique. The method used in this study is Quantitative Method with data collection techniques used is interview and distribute questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is double linear regression with SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that: (1) the dreaming style has a significant positive effect on productivity. (2) the workload has a significant effect on productivity. (3) the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on productivity. (4) In simultaneous testing of leadership styles, workloads and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity in the building store of Ahmad Yani branch. The magnitude of leadership style, workload and Work Discipline is shown by the Adjustable R Field value of 79.9% and the remaining 21.1% are affected by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

Every company must have goals that must be achieved, one of the strengths possessed bya company to achieve goals is to increase employee productivity. PT ABS , which is engaged in the garment sector, is inseparable from the human resources in the company, needs to pay attention to aspects to increase productivity, self-esteem, appreciation and work ethic of the company so thatcompany activities run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SelfEsteem, Appreciation and Work Ethic on Employee Productivity of PT ABS Production Division. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches. The results showed that: (1) Work Productivity of employees of PT ABS Production Division in thecategory of less good. (2) Employee Work Self-Esteem of PT ABS Production Section in the category of less good (3) Awards of PT ABS Production Section in the category of less good. (4) The Work Ethic of PT ABS Production Section is in the poor category (5) Partially Self-esteem has a positive influence on Employee Work Productivity. (6) Partially, appreciation has a positive influence on employee productivity. (7) Partially Work Ethic has a positive influence on Employee Productivity.(8) Partially Simultaneously Self-Esteem, Appreciation and Work Ethic have a positive influence onWork Productivity.
