Abstract

Peningkatan pelanggan Internet  tentunya harus diikuti dengan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Peningkatan pelayanan ini tentunya sebagai salah satu cara agar dapat bertahan diantara persaingan antar provider. Telkom sebagai salah satu provider berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang lebih kepada pelanggan. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan tersebut adalah ditentukannya Quality of Service atau kualitas pelayanan . Kualitas pelayanan yang dihitung ini adalah rata-rata nilai trafik pelanggan online. Fuzzy logic sebagai bagian dari ilmu kecerdasan buatan mampu membuat prediksi terhadap sesuatu hal. Dibandingkan dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan yang mampu membuat prediksi , fuzzy logic lebih unggul disebabkan tidak perlu adanya pelatihan data untuk menentukan output. Dengan menggunakan fuzzy logic untuk  model penduga trafik pelanggan online maka dapat segera diketahui nilai dari Quality of Service . Model penduga yang digunakan adalah menggunakan fuzzy logic . Variabel input yang digunakan ada 3 buah variabel dan masing-masing variabel mempunyai 3 buah himpunan keanggotaan. Variabel output yang digunakan adalah Quality of service, ada 3 himpunan dalam varibael tersebut yaitu apakah dibawah QOS, sama dengan QOS dan diatas QOS. Untuk sistem ini digunakan 27 aturan. Metode penalaran yang digunakan adalah metode Mamdani dan defuzzyfikasi yang digunakan adalah metode centroid. Hasil uji cochran menghasilkan nilai Q sebesar 33.33 dengan degree of freedom (df)=10 dan nilai probabilitas 0.0000. Hasil ini juga menyatakan bahwa jawaban 1 dianggap sukses yang artinya banyak yang memilih ya. Artinya bahwa hipotesa diterima yaitu aplikasi fuzzy logic dapat membantu divisi BSPQM untuk analisa kinerja jaringan. Kata Kunci: Quality of Service, fuzzy logic, uji cochran

Abstract

Cloud computing adalah sebuah mekanisme yang memungkinkan kita “menyewa” sumber daya teknologi informasi ( software, processing power, storage, dan lainnya ) melalui internet dan memanfaatkan sesuai kebutuhan kita dan membayar secukupnya pula. Dengan konsep ini , maka semakin banyak orang yang bisa memiliki akses dan memanfaatkan sumber daya tersebut, karena tidak harus melakukan investasi besar-besaran. Apalagi dengan keadaan ekonomi sekarang ini , setiap organisasi akan berpikir panjang untuk mengeluarkan investasi tambahan disisi Teknologi Informasi. Terlebih hanya untuk mendapatkan layanan-layanan yang mungkin hanya dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu saja. Keberadaan komputasi awan jelas akan menimbulkan perubahan dalam cara kerja sistem teknologi informasi dalam sebuah organisasi. Hal ini karena komputasi awan melalui konsep virtualisasi, standarisasi dan fitur mendasar lainnya dapat mengurangi biaya Teknologi Informasi (TI), menyederhanakan pengelolaan layanan TI, dan mempercepat penghantaran layanan. Secara umum arsitektur komputasi awan terdiri dari (1) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) (2) Platform as a Service (PaaS) dan (3) Software as a Service (SaaS). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang konsep penerapan cloud computing di usaha kecil menengah, sehingga dengan adanya teknologi cloud computing ini, bisa dimanfaatkan oleh UKM untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya tanpa harus terkendala biaya investasi teknologi informasi.   Kata Kunci : Information Technology, Cloud Computing

Abstract

Cloud computing bukanlah hal yang baru dan tak hanya popular dinegara besar. Intel pun meyakini jika teknologi ini juga akan banyak diadopsi negara –negara berkembang, dipasar berkembang  dengan kondisi yang memungkinkan orang – orang membangun data center baru,infrastruktur baru, tanpa terkendala masalah hukum yang besar, mereka akan cenderung membangun infrastruktur yang paling efisien. Virtual Private Server ( VPS ) adalah teknologi virtual dimana kita bisa memiliki sebuah server virtual yang resource CPU, RAM dan Storagenya dialokasikan secara pasti tanpa harus memiliki server fisik.Teknologi ini memungkin kita untuk memiliki akses root dan meng-custom server sesuai dengan kebutuhan kita. Dalam layanan VPS ini, satu server induk dengan spesifikasi yang tinggi (Dual Processor – Multiple Core) dibagi – bagi resourcenya menjadi beberapa server virtual ( virtual private server / VPS ) dimana antar server virtual bekerja secara bersamaan, bahkan dengan OS yang berbeda-beda tanpa adanya kemungkinan untuk saling mengganggu satu sama lain.

Abstract

Teknologi Colud Computing ramai dibicarakan oleh para penggiat teknologi. Cloud Computing yang dalam bahasa Indonesia diterjemahkan menjadi komputasi awan--beberapa tahun terakhir ini telah menjadi buzzword terpanas di dunia teknologi informasi (TI). Dalam Cloud Computing biasanya file/data disimpan di Awan, memang bukan benar-benar menaruh data di atas awan (atau menaruh segala barang-barang di awan). File sebenarnya disimpan di dalam server yang tersebar di seluruh dunia. Ketika anda melakukan update pada suatu file di sebuah komputer maka file anda akan otomatis diupdate secara real time pada server tersebut sehingga antara data di komputer dan server terjadi sinkronisasi. Dengan adanya file di server maka anda bisa mengakses filenya dari mana saja dan kapan saja selama ada koneksi Internet. Dengan konsep ini , maka semakin banyak orang yang bisa memiliki akses dan memanfaatkan sumber daya tersebut, karena tidak harus melakukan investasi besar-besaran. Apalagi dengan keadaan ekonomi sekarang ini , setiap organisasi akan berpikir panjang untuk mengeluarkan investasi tambahan disisi Teknologi Informasi. Terlebih hanya untuk mendapatkan layanan-layanan yang mungkin hanya dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu saja. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to process the data of receipt of goods at PT Transmart Central Park, analyze the existing database in the information system of receipt of goods to get the necessary information and design the data warehouse to integrate the existing data so that obtained information to take a decision. Business Intelligence (BI) is one of information technology that can be solution to collect, store and analyze company data. Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) consists of a set of tools in use to help the process of analysis and comparison of data in the database. OLAP tools and methods help users analyze data in a data warehouse by providing a variety of dynamic graphical display data. The data warehouse design method is implemented by applying the 9 steps (Nine-Step Methodology) used by Ralph Kimball in designing the star scheme. The results achieved are data warehouse that provides the desired information and provide summary information in the form of tables and charts, can be compared between the purchase order data with receiving report is global, relevant, and integrated that can be seen from various points of view so useful for the leaders to make a decision.Keywords: Bussines Intelligent; Data Warehouse; OLAP; Nine-Step Methodology

Abstract

STMIK Library Indonesia has a growing number of book collections, and the increasingly diverse types of library collections become very troublesome when it comes to compiling and grouping them with manual methods. But the large collection of books will also make it difficult to manage the location of books in the library so that there are several books that are illegible and not borrowed. Then to solve the problem, a clustering technique will be applied using the K-Means and Suffix Tree methods in the management of books in the library. Clustering technique is a technique of grouping a number of data / objects into clusters (groups) so that in each cluster will contain data as similar as possible Clustering techniques will group book titles according to their categories. Shelving collections or books are activities that organize / put back collections that are finished / read / borrowed on bookshelves that are available based on the prescribed systematic order. The systematic ordering of books generally refers to the classification system used. Abstract

Choosing a major for students is a positive step taken to focus students according to their potential, this is considered important as a department, students are expected to be able to develop academic abilities according to their field of expertise. In previous studies, majors in SMA are currently still done manually and have a tendency to look at students' academic scores only. If the student's score meets the KKM standard (Minimum Completeness Criteria) set by the school, it can be determined that the student will enter one of the existing majors. Meanwhile, to see student interest, students are usually asked to fill out a questionnaire manually. The manual method is less practical and takes a long time, prone to errors in examination and assessment so that errors can occur in determining the value. Mistakes in choosing a major will be detrimental to students, both in terms of cost and time. The decision support system for selecting majors in high school uses the K-Means Clustering and the Algoritma Topsis was built to help schools make it easier to determine major recommendations. The criteria used are students' academic scores and student interests.

Abstract

Development is needed to manage existing resources well. Empowerment activities aim to help the community achieve social and economic prosperity. One potential empowerment strategy is to build the tourism sector according to potential in the social, economic and cultural fields so that it has implications for increasing the usefulness of resources for all parties involved in it, both government and society. Through tourism at the tourist attractions in Cibiru Wetan Village, the industry will develop more rapidly with the goal to be achieved, namely programs that are beneficial to the community, the community is involved starting from the planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation process, as well as maximizing resource potential. owned, whether human (society), natural (natural potential) or economic (bugdet funds or donations) resources. Apart from that, tourist villages offer new experiences, living at one with rural nature, breathing fresh air, far from pollution and noise, experiencing and being involved in local community activities, in the sense that tourists don't just see the beauty of nature, but can live in it. Tourists can fully experience and enjoy the natural and social culture of the village. The stages of the service method are (1) Problem analysis, (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners to determine the priority scale, (3) Training and Mentoring, (4) Development of Infrastructure, (5) Monitoring and Evaluation and Program Sustainability. The target output of this activity is, in addition to increasing the skills of partners, also publication in the SINTA 3 National Journal, West Java Tribune Mass Media and publication of video content of the implementation of the activity as well as additional output in the form of IPR. The service technology readiness level is at level 2 leading to level 3. The results of the activities are: increasing the knowledge and skills of partners through training and mentoring, fulfilling the development of infrastructure, and establishing university and village partnerships.

Abstract

This paper presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of 120 academic documents sourced from the Scopus database, which analyses the efficiency of crop watering systems utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology controlled via Google Assistant. The review explores key advances in IoT-based irrigation systems, highlighting how real-time data from sensors and voice-controlled automation improve water efficiency and user experience. The findings reveal that IoT systems can reduce water wastage by 25-30%, optimise plant health, and offer convenience through voice commands. However, challenges such as connectivity issues, high implementation costs, and system maintenance complexity also need to be addressed. This paper discusses potential future research directions, including scalability, AI integration, and cost-effective solutions to expand the adoption of these technologies in agriculture and horticulture.
