Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on the productivity of apprentice employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCU Harapan Indah Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. Partially, the training variable affects employee work productivity with a t-count> t-table value. Based on the test results and data analysis, the partial test calculation results show a value of 4.496 (t-count) > 2.022 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, the work motivation variable has an influence on employee productivity with a t-count> t-table value. Based on the test results and data analysis, the partial count results obtained show a value of 2.491 (t-count) > 2.022 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this study from the training and work motivation variables, a value of 10.392 (f count)> 3.24 (f table) has been obtained.

Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of Brand Imgae, Trust on La Omvi Product Purchasing Decisions. This research is a quantitative research where the objects used are consumers who have purchased La Omvi products. The data used in the research are primary data using a questionnaire and secondary data sourced from books and journals by looking at the results of previous research. Determining the number of samples in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of having purchased La Omvi products. The number of samples used in this research was 81 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS version 25 for Windows data analysis software. The results of this research show that Brand Image and Trust simultaneously influence the decision to purchase La Omvi products. The variable that has a more dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the Trust variable, this is shown by the Trust regression coefficient which is greater than the regression coefficient on Brand Image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the quality of population administration services in Medan Satria Village, Bekasi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was Probability Sampling with Random Sampling, namely 76 respondents. The data processing tool used in this research is using SPSS version 27. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially the organizational culture variable has a positive effect on the quality of population administration services which shows a value of 3.633 t-count> 1.993 t-table with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. In addition, the interpersonal communication variable partially has a positive effect on the quality of population administration services which shows a value of 5,367 t-count> 1,993 t-table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. and based on the simultaneous results obtained from this study, the organizational culture and interpersonal communication variables have a positive effect on the quality of population administration services by obtaining a value of 56,123 f-count> 3.12 f-table.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of personality and work environment on the quality of work of employees in Pekayon Jaya Village, Kec. South Bekasi. This research uses quantitative research and uses primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods and used a saturated sample method because it was taken from all 55 employees in Pekayon Jaya District. To find out the research results, the data was processed using SPSS version 26 software. The data analysis techniques used in this research were validity tests, reliability tests and reliability tests. Classic hypothesis testing, linear regression testing, hypothesis testing and correlation coefficient. The results of the research show that personality has a positive influence on the quality of employee work by showing a calculated Tvalue of 4.321 > Ttable 2.008 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, and for the work environment it has a positive influence by showing a calculated t value of 3.811 > 2.008 t with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together, personality and work environment have a positive influence on the quality of work of employees in Pekayon Jaya District, South Bekasi, by displaying a table of calculated Fvalues > Ftable, namely 43.064 > 3.18 and has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And in the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R Square results obtained were 62.4% which could be explained by personality, work environment and work quality variables, while the remaining 37,6% could be explained by other variables for reasons other than the variables in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of occupational health and workload on work life balance at PT Citra Mediatama Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. Partially, the occupational health variable has a significant influence on work life balance with the calculated t-value > t-table. Based on the test results and data analysis, partial test calculation results were obtained which showed a value of 9,536 (t-count) > 1,992 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the workload variable has a significant influence on work life balance with a t-value < t-table. Based on the test results and data analysis, partial calculation results were obtained which showed a value of -6,418 (t-count) < 1,992 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this research, the occupational health and workload variables have obtained a value of 72,942 (calculated f) > 3.12 (table f).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the school environment and interpersonal communication on the creativity of civil servant teachers at SDN Teluk Pucung, North Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 27 application. Partially the training variable influences teacher creativity with t-count < t-table . Based on the test results and data analysis, partial test calculation results were obtained which showed that the calculated t value > t table (2.798 > 2.039) with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Partially, the School Environment variable has a positive influence on teacher creativity with a t-value < t-table. Based on the test results and data analysis, partial calculation results were obtained which showed a value of 3.177 (t-count) > 2.039 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this research, the communication and work discipline variables have obtained a value of 22.329 (calculated f) > 3.30 (table f).

Abstract

How to make teachers comfortable working in English Special Training (EST) tutors. How to maintain the quality of education. To know the quality of management at the Educational Institution course. To know how to maintain the quality of education In this study, The author will use qualitative research methodology in accordance with the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the study. Therefore, this study will focus on descriptive analysis in the form of narratives with the aim of understanding about HR Development Analysis in English Special Training Course Education. According to (Sugiyono, 2010) qualitative research methods as a philosophically based research approach used in scientific settings (experiments) where researchers play a role As an instrument, data collection methods and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning.

Abstract

Working capital is to finance the company's daily operations, such as paying salaries, buying raw materials, paying transportation, paying debts, paying electricity accounts, and paying other costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of data on profitability, liquidity, and leverage variables on working capital. Quantitative methods emphasize aspects of measurement and calculation. The manufacturing company used a research method, namely purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data sourced from the statement of financial position and profit and loss in the company's annual report. This study was conducted to determine whether each independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Working Capital. Based on the results of partial panel data analysis, the Profitability variable has a negative effect on Working Capital. The Liquidity variable has a positive and significant effect on Working Capital. Leverage variable has a negative effect on Working Capital.

Abstract

Determinants of Capital Structure of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. The success of a company can be seen from its capital structure. By evaluating achievements by analyzing Return On Assets, Company Size and Company Growth, it can be concluded whether these factors are able to influence the capital structure well or vice versa. This study aims to ROA, Size and Growth whether they have an influence on the capital structure (DER) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2023 period. This study uses secondary data as a data source, and a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2023 period. The results of this study indicate that ROA, Size and Growth have a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure, ROA has a positive and insignificant effect on Capital Structure, Size has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, and Growth has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure

Abstract

Gen Z values experiences over material possessions. They prefer spending on activities that offer memorable experiences, such as attending events, dining out, and travel. This preference for experiences also translates into their shopping behavior, where they seek immersive and engaging retail experiences. Explore the consumer behavior of Gen Z in Bekasi, specifically their hedonic tendencies, and to provide actionable insights for H&M's marketing strategy. By understanding the unique characteristics, preferences, and values of Gen Z in this region, H&M can tailor its offerings and marketing efforts to effectively engage this influential demographic. The method of quantitative approach with the survey results found is 149 respondents with the statistical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Understanding the hedonistic influences driving impulsive buying among Gen Z in Bekasi allows H&M to craft targeted strategies that cater to this demographic's desires while promoting sustainability. By balancing trendiness with environmental responsibility, H&M can build lasting brand loyalty and contribute positively to the global fashion landscape. This paper provides a roadmap for H&M to navigate the complex interplay of hedonism and sustainability, ensuring relevance and growth in the competitive market. Strategi yang dapat di lakukan oleh perusahaan adalah mempertahankan sifat tiba-tiba activities dari konsumen gen z seperyi embience store penataan new collection seasoning untuk tetap mempertahankan ketertarikan terhadap koleksi brand H&M. By examining the psychological and social factors that drive Gen Z in Bekasi towards impulsive purchases, this research provides valuable insights and ongoing suggestions for H&M's managerial strategies. It emphasizes the importance of balancing the "Buy Now, Think Later" concept with sustainable practices to foster long-term brand loyalty and environmental responsibility.
