Abstract

Stunting pada anak balita merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia, khususnya di Jayapura. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang gizi seimbang dan pencegahan stunting melalui kampanye yang dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa S1 PGSD Universitas Terbuka Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan gizi, lokakarya, dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif dengan melibatkan para orang tua dan pengasuh balita. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang dan langkah-langkah pencegahan stunting. Pembahasan menggarisbawahi peran penting pendidikan gizi sejak dini dan kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dengan masyarakat dalam menangani isu stunting. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa kampanye gizi seimbang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat, yang pada gilirannya dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan stunting pada anak balita di Jayapura.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the essential role of the rule of law within the framework of a nation's constitution. Its focus lies in how the constitution provides a solid foundation for safeguarding the rights of citizens. The research objective is to gain a deeper understanding of how the rule of law ensures justice, freedom, and the protection of human rights for all citizens. This endeavor will aid in identifying the strengths and weaknesses within existing systems of constitutional law. Employing a thorough approach to legal and constitutional analysis, the study involves critical reviews of constitutions, legal regulations, and court decisions related to the protection of citizens' rights. Data will be gathered from primary and secondary sources, including legal documents, academic literature, and judicial rulings. The expected outcome of this research is to provide better insights into how the rule of law can function as a guardian of justice and human rights enforcement. This in-depth analysis is anticipated to lay the groundwork for further debate on the role of the rule of law in building a fair and inclusive society.

Abstract

Social media has become a major platform for the public to express their views on various issues, including the judicial system. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, particularly Twitter, on public perception of the judicial system in Indonesia. The method used in this research is sentiment analysis applied to thousands of tweets related to judicial issues. Data were collected using data mining techniques and analyzed to identify positive, negative, and neutral sentiments towards the judicial system. The results show that the majority of sentiments expressed by the public on Twitter tend to be negative, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction with the judicial system. Positive sentiments emerged in the context of policy reforms and legal transparency, while negative sentiments were often linked to issues of corruption and injustice. In conclusion, social media, especially Twitter, significantly influences public perception and can serve as an important source for understanding public opinion on the judicial system.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Penyuluhan Taat Pajak ini adalah memberikan edukasi bagi masyarakat maupun Pelaku usaha UMKM di Distrik Biak Utara untuk menmberikan pengetahuan akan kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat mentaati pajak dan bagaimana sanksi yang berlaku. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemandirian bagi masyarakat untuk dapat membuat kesadaran dalam taat pajak bagi masyarakat terkhusus para pelaku usaha di distrik biak utara, kabupaten biak, Provinsi Papua. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode partisipatif. Abstract

Sistem perdagangan dan ekonomi yang semakin bebas dan terbuka akan mengharuskan pelaku-pelaku ekonomi Indonesia mempersiapkan diri secara matang agar kelak mampu bersaing melawan pesaing asing bukan saja di pasar dalam negeri melainkan juga di pasar dunia. Dalam medan perdagangan bebas pemerintah Indonesia telah bersikap tegas yakni tidak akan lagi menggunakan sistem proteksi dalam pengembangan dunia usaha. Bertitik tolak dari kondisi seperti itu, apakah manajemen koperasi mampu membuat koperasi bersaing dalam pasar bebas, mampukah manajemen koperasi mengantisipasi persaingan global yang bercirikan buyer's market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, explain and understand the application of science and technology to intellectual property rights in process patents and to analyze, explain and understand legal protection for process patents. The type of research used is empirical legal research because it is motivated by the idea that law cannot be separated from people's lives in the form of values and attitudes/behavior, but law can be studied from its empirical aspect, namely how the law is in reality in people's lives. The results of this research reveal that the application of IPTEKS and Intellectual Property Rights in the patent process means that Indonesian society as a society does not respect Intellectual Property Rights. The reality in society still shows that there are many violations of Patent Rights and it is suspected that they have reached a dangerous level and can damage the order of life in society in general, especially creativity to give birth to new discoveries. Meanwhile, legal protection for process patents developed by indigenous Papuans according to the Patent Law is granted on the basis of an application. And until December 2021, through the Trade and Small and Medium Industry IPR Consultation Clinic, the Papua Province Industry and Trade Service, several inventions regarding traditional medicines have been registered at the Patent Office in Jakarta. The form of legal protection can be seen from the application of Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents
