Abstract

Suatu organisasi atau perusahaan harus beradaptasi dalam segala aspek organisasi dalam zaman modern saat ini yang dijumpai dengan perkembangan yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bily Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bily Indonesia, adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi berganda dan alat pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan temuan dalam penelitian ini, implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan untuk perusahaan yaitu instansi terkait perlu memperhatikan perihal disiplin kerja serta motivasi kerja. Perlunya pelatihan serta pemberian reward bagi karyawan yang menjadi teladan akan memotivasi karyawan untuk menjadi yang terbaik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with using SIMPEG application and evaluate the user interface design to improve the user experience. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Researchers decided to involve as many as 100 participants in this research. To collect data and information based on system requirements, researchers collect data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. In designing the evaluation at application, researchers used a user-centered design approach and the heuristic evaluation method. Based on the research results, it was found that in the UCD approach, it often experiences bugs and errors, whereas in application there is no mobile application available, which aims to make it easier for employees to access the application anywhere and anytime. It is currently only available on a web basis. The UCD approach shows that the application has uses and functions that meet employee expectations with an average percentage of 70%, falling into the attractive category. The end result of the UCD approach emphasizes the importance of clearly understanding users and providing better user experiences. Meanwhile, the HE approaches helps identify problems with the application and focuses attention on usability issues in the HE aspects. In an effort to improve the quality of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in application, the evaluation that has been carried out shows that improvements need to be focused on the appearance and use of the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of customer care offered online so that users can keep using the e-banking system as they see fit. In order to gather data for e-banking system study, involved parties' questionnaire responses, interviews, and observations are used. Furthermore, it is necessary to perform a literature evaluation pertaining to this topic. Researchers both directly and indirectly distributed questionnaires as part of the data collection process. In the first stage, non-probability sampling is performed, and in the subsequent stage, purposive sampling is used based on predetermined criteria. 100 people made up the sample in this study. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was the data analysis technique used in this study. The study's findings demonstrated that users of the e-banking system were more likely to trust the caliber of the services offered. Customers can feel satisfied and assured when using the e-banking system because it provides what they need. Because the e-banking system's quality service has a relatively high value in relation to the probability value of its variable values, clients can feel confidence when transacting with it. The e-banking system is able to make clients feel content, hence it has a major influence on customer loyalty, even though the value is fairly tiny compared to the likelihood values for other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to learn how to create and implement a web-based knowledge management system to enhance worker productivity. This study uses literature reviews, interviews, and observation to collect data. The system development methodology used in the research was called Rapid Application Development (RAD). The study's findings suggest that knowledge management and documentation have significantly benefited from this research. The employee knowledge documentation process can be centrally and methodically recorded thanks to implementing the knowledge management system (KMS) used in this study. This improves the efficiency of the time spent conducting knowledge searches. The findings of this study allow staff members to log into the system directly. This technology will enable employees to organize, store, and transfer knowledge effectively. In line with the established key performance indicators (KPIs), having a knowledge management system improves employee performance overall. Employees can access knowledge from anywhere with flexibility when a web-based knowledge management system is implemented, thanks to MySQL database storage and PHP programming. Workers have access to and can contribute to the organization's information, which encourages high flexibility and supports worker mobility. In general, it is intended that the creation of this knowledge management system will serve as a valuable means of advancing knowledge management. Implementing this system is expected to increase employee productivity and performance while optimizing the use of knowledge owned by the company.
