Abstract

Abstract Buying and selling is one of the forms of mumalah allowed based on the Qu'ran, Al-Hadith, and Ijma of the Ulama. To obtain goods and simultaneously sell them, it is necessary to have an Akad, this study aims to analyze the perspective of sharia economic law on buying and selling transactions in the social context through the implementation of the Istishna contract. Within the framework of Islamic law, buying and selling transactions have an important social dimension to note. Akad Istishna' is a form of transaction that can be used in a social context, where buyers and sellers interact with each other with the aim of achieving welfare and social justice. This study uses an analytical approach of Islamic economic law to understand the legal basis, legal requirements, and social implications of buying and selling transactions through the Istishna contract. The results showed that the implementation of the Istishna contract in buying and selling transactions can make a positive contribution in achieving socio-economic goals in Islam, such as wealth redistribution and community empowerment. However, it is important to ensure that the execution of the Istishna' contract is carried out in compliance with the provisions of Islamic law and the principles of social justice. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics in understanding the relevance and social implications of buying and selling transactions using Istishna' contracts in the context of Islamic economic law.

Abstract

One strategy that can support success in the banking business is to try to offer quality services with good and qualified service quality. Customer service is carried out as well as possible to provide comfort to customers so that the customer experience during transactions is better and can meet customer expectations in terms of service. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between customer service and customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. This research is a type of quantitative research using questionnaires and observation methods. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and questionnaires or questionnaires to obtain data on customer service (X) and customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang (Y). This study took a population of 113 customers (who had direct contact with customer service during the first quarter of 2023) Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang with a total research sample of 57 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the customer service variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. This is based on the results of the t-test with a sig value <0.05 and based on the results of simple linear regression analysis which has a positive or unidirectional regression coefficient value so that it can be interpreted that better customer service will increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Productive waqf is the main choice when people are in a slump of acute poverty. With productive waqf, it means that the existing waqf gets the main priority aimed at more productive efforts. Productive waqf is a medium to create economic justice and welfare, reduce poverty, develop social security systems, provide health care facilities, and develop education. This phenomenon makes the discussion of waqf productive, especially if it is associated with improving the economic welfare of the community which is very important to do. In this study, a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach is used. Meanwhile, the study method used is a method in the form of an analytical explanatory descriptive study. With this approach, the researcher tries to understand the model of productive waqf empowerment in Indonesia, in empowering the economic welfare of the community. The models that will be studied from the empowerment of productive waqf in Indonesia are: the model of productive waqf empowerment in the management of investing Waqf Assets, Waqf investment has great potential to be developed in Indonesia. Because with this waqf model, the mobilization reach will be much more evenly distributed to community members compared to the traditional-conventional waqf model, namely in the form of physical property that is usually carried out by relatively capable families.   Keywords: Waqaf,; Welfare; Community; Economic Transformation;

Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Dawung Sari Kecamatan Cilawu Garut memiliki beragam potensi lokal yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi lokal sumber daya alam di Desa Dawung Sari, Kecamatan Cilawu Kabupaten Garut, dalam upaya mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip madzhab ekonomi syariah; Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa ini memiliki beragam potensi sumber daya alam yang dapat dioptimalkan, seperti pertanian, perkebunan, dan peternakan. Melalui penerapan konsep ekonomi syariah yang menekankan pada prinsip keadilan, tolong-menolong, dan keberlanjutan, masyarakat desa dapat mengembangkan usaha-usaha produktif berbasis sumber daya lokal. Hal ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dan kesejahteraan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi pemanfaatan potensi lokal dengan pendekatan ekonomi syariah dapat menjadi solusi dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa.
