Abstract

Rak penyimpanan rekam medis adalah tempat untuk penyimpanan berkas rekam medis pasien agar tetap terjaga kerahasiaannya dan juga untuk mempermudah petugas untuk menyimpan dan mengambil berkas rekam medis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang hasilnya merupakan deskripsi atau menggambarkan rak penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Plaju Palembang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala rekam medis dan Petugas rekam medis. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan mengunakan total sampling sehingga semua petugas rekam medis tersebut dijadikan sebagai reponden penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Plaju Palembang dan pembahasan mengenai tinjauan kebutuhan rak penyimpanan berkas rekam medis tahun 2018- 2020 dengan menggunakan 100 sampel berkas rekam medis bahwa Puskesmas Plaju memang membutuhkan penambahan rak penyimpanan. Kata kunci : Rak Penyimpanan,Kebutuhan Rak

Abstract

Washing your hands with soap is a sanitation action where humans clean their hands and fingers using water and soap to make them clean and break the chain of germs. This is done because hands are often agents that carry germs and cause pathogens to move from one person to another, either by direct or indirect contact. Health Education and Promotion of Hand Washing Methods Hand Washing with Soap aims to provide knowledge about how to wash hands properly and correctly using soap. The target of the counseling is students in Classes I, II and III of Tamalanrea State Elementary School 6. It is hoped that students will have the knowledge and practice as early as possible how to wash their hands correctly. This PkM method is health education and promotion of the correct way to wash hands by explaining what washing hands is, what is needed to wash hands, when to wash hands, the benefits of washing hands, and how to wash hands correctly. The results showed that after carrying out the PkM activities, the children at Tamalanrea State Primary School 6 were able to say, although not in detail, about washing their hands, what tools were used to wash their hands, and how to wash their hands correctly. The conclusion is that the outreach activities for the Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Program, especially Washing Your Hands with Soap, which were carried out for students at Tamalanrea State Elementary School 6, were quite successful because they were able to increase students' knowledge regarding Washing Your Hands with Soap before and after the Health Education and Promotion.

Abstract

Cigarettes are an industrial product and international commodity that contain around 300 chemical ingredients. The purpose of this research is to determine smoking behavior among students at Makassar State Middle School. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach using total sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents to see frequency distribution. The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of respondents about the dangers of smoking was in the good category, namely 57 people (71.2%), while people's attitudes about the dangers of smoking were in the positive category, namely 16 people (20.0%), for the influence of society in handling the dangers. smoking in the good category, namely 57 heads of families (71.2%). From the results of this study, it was concluded that the knowledge, attitudes of students and community influences regarding the dangers of smoking were quite good. To increase students' knowledge, it is necessary to conduct counseling and seminars about the dangers of smoking to help increase students' knowledge.
