Abstract

Salah satu rangkaian kegiatan dalam pendidikan guru penggerak adalah pendampingan dalam kegiatan lokakarya calon guru penggerak. Pendampingan ini dilakukan sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan peran yang baik dalam mewujudkan visi pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan lokakarya untuk membangun dan merancang visi perubahan di lingkungan belajar dalam mewujudkan nilai, peran dan visi guru penggerak. Kegiatan lokakrya dilaksanakan di SDN Percontohan Langsa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan evaluasi dan kolaborasi antara pengajar praktik dan calon guru penggerak. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan lokakarya di SDN Percontohan efektif dalam membangun visi perubahan lingkungan belajar calon guru penggerak. Selama kegiatan tersebut, calon guru penggerak dituntut untuk bekerja secara berkelompok dan mandiri dalam menyelesaikan setiap aktifitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan lokakarya guru dapat menjelaskan dan perkembangan prakarsa perubahan yang sudah dilakukan serta merancang penerapan disiplin positif di sekolah. Guru juga mendapatkan pemahaman secara langsung dalam memandu pembuatan keyakinan kelas serta mempraktikkan segitiga restitusi dalam penerapan disiplin positif di sekolah. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, kreativitas, kolaborasi, kemandirian serta pemecahan masalah. Diharapkan, kegiatan dapat diterapkan dan dibagikan secara luas di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This activity is carried out on the implementation of an merdeka curriculum based on the needs and characteristics of students. Teachers are required to be able to design learning tools that differentiate all aspects of students by utilizing digital technology. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in compiling diagnostic assessments and compiling digital-based differentiated teaching modules. The implementation of this activity was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Tualang Cut, Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency involving 23 participants. This activity was carried out using two methods, namely providing seminars on diagnostic assessment and differentiated learning concepts and training in developing digital-based differentiated teaching modules. The results of the activity showed a positive impact in improving the ability of teachers to compile learning documents. This activity has achieved the success indicator, namely the teacher has a good understanding of the material presented by getting a score of 91.13. In addition, teachers have also been able to compile digital-based differentiated teaching modules by getting an average score of 91.67. This proves that there is an increase in teacher knowledge about diagnostic assessment and differentiated learning and teacher skills in preparing digital-based differentiated teaching modules in elementary schools. One of the implications of this activity is that teachers can implement differentiated learning in accordance with the learning documents that have been prepared.

Abstract

This research emerged on the basis of problems in learning mathematics has not emphasized the indicators of student learning motivation. The effort to overcome these problems with innovative learning is STEAM-based learning. This study aims to analyze the application of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematic (STEAM) based learning to increase motivation to learn mathematics on the material of the nets of blocks and cubes in class IV SDN 13 Langsa. The method in this study used Classroom Action Research (PTK) involving 28 students. The research method steps starting from the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection methods include questionnaires of students' math learning motivation, observation and documentation. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis was used to measure the success of math learning motivation and the quality of the learning process. The results showed that math learning motivation increased after the application of STEAM-based learning. In the pre-cycle, the value of math learning motivation obtained an average of 2.64 with student learning success of 18%. In cycle I, the value of math learning motivation obtained an average of 3.14 with student learning success of 68%. In cycle II, the value of mathematics learning motivation obtained an average of 3.84 with student learning success of 100%. Recommendations are the need to strengthen teacher creativity, develop learning innovations and improve student abilities to improve the overall quality of learning.
