Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua mengenai penerapan sekolah secara hybrid learning terhadap kesiapan orang tua dalam menghadapi sekolah masa transisi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu cross sectional dengan menggunakan hasil survei dari google form dengan kriteria subjek penelitian yaitu wali murid sekolah dasar yang sedang menjalani sistem pembelajaran hybrid learning dan berdomisili di Kalimantan Selatan dengan jumlah 84 responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 92,2% orang tua setuju diberlakukannya sistem pembelajaran hybrid learning, (2) 92,2% orang tua setuju keoptimalan hybrid learning, (3) 91,2% orang tua setuju anak merasakan kebosanan pada kegiatan belajar secara online, (4) 92.9% orang tua setuju anak lebih bersemangat dalam belajar menggunakan sistem hybrid learning, (5) 82,1% orang tua setuju bahwa masa transisi pasca pandemi COVID-19 adalah waktu yang tepat untuk anak dalam beradaptasi kembali ke sekolah dengan sistem hybrid learning, (6) 94% orang tua pasrah dan mempercayakan kepada anaknya untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, (7) 60% orang tua ragu terhadap karyawan dan guru yang ceroboh dalam menjaga berjalannya protokol kesehatan di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat ditentukan bahwa sebagian orang tua memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan sistem hybrid learning. Abstract: This study aims to determine parents' perceptions regarding the implementation of hybrid learning schools on the readiness of parents to face the transitional school period after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is cross sectional using survey results from google form with the criteria of the research subject being the guardians of elementary school students who are undergoing a hybrid learning learning system and domiciled in South Kalimantan with a total of 84 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) 92.2% of parents agree with the implementation of a hybrid learning learning system, (2) 92.2% of parents agree that hybrid learning is optimal, (3) 91.2% of parents agree that children feel bored on online learning activities, (4) 92.9% of parents agree that children are more enthusiastic in learning using a hybrid learning system, (5) 82.1% of parents agree that the post-COVID-19 transition period is the right time for children to adapt return to school with a hybrid learning system, (6) 94% of parents surrender and entrust their children to comply with health protocols, (7) 60% of parents have doubts about employees and teachers who are careless in maintaining health protocols at school. Based on the results above, it can be determined that some parents have a positive perception of the implementation of teaching and learning activities with a hybrid learning system. Abstract

Surgical wound infection is a serious problem in patient care in hospitals. This infection can cause increased morbidity, mortality, increased length of stay as well as costs and patient demands. This can be closely related to the quality and services of hospitals, which will also affect the credibility of health services. Nurses are the people who have the most contact with patients, therefore nurses' behavior is very influential in implementing procedures to prevent surgical wound infections. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and length of work with nurses' behavior in efforts to prevent surgical wound infections at Gatot Soebroto Hospital in 2023. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design approach. Using a total sampling technique of 60 people. Data collection was carried out by assessment using knowledge questionnaire instruments and intra-operative behavior checklists. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Spearman rho test correlation technique. The research results showed that 21 nurses (35%) had less knowledge. Nurses who have worked for less than 6 years are 37%, nurses who have worked for more than 10 years are 40%. Nurses with bad behavior had a higher number of 53.3%. The results of the Spearman rho test showed that (1) there was a relationship between nurses' knowledge of the behavior of preventing surgical wound infections with a p value = 0.000, meaning p > 0.05 (r = 0.616), (2) there was a relationship between the length of service of nurses and the behavior of preventing wound infections. operation with a p value = 0.006 means p > 0.05 (r = 0.349). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of nurses and there is a significant relationship between length of service and behavior of nurses in efforts to prevent surgical wound infections. The research suggestion is for hospital management to increase nurses' knowledge in the form of training, workshops and regular supervision,
