Abstract

Ikatan perkawinan merupakan ikatan suci yang dilandasi nilai-nilai ketuhanan untuk membentuk keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. Ikatan perkawinan merupakan ikatan batin dan lahiriah antara suami dan istri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran konselor dalam penerapan etika profesi dalam layanan bimbingan pernikahan di KUA Kecamatan Medan Tembung. Penelitian ini mengulas tentang peran fungsional konselor agama Islam dalam memberikan bimbingan pranikah kepada calon pengantin serta memahami proses pemberian bimbingan pranikah dengan menerapkan etika profesi konselor di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Tembung. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peran penyuluh agama adalah berusaha mewujudkan terlaksananya profesi yang baik dalam memberikan konseling perkawinan kepada masyarakat dengan harapan agar calon pengantin menjadi keluarga yang sakinah, mawwadah, warahmah dengan memberikan bimbingan perkawinan dengan materi yang sesuai. dengan ajaran Islam. Proses Pembinaan Pranikah dilaksanakan oleh Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Medan Tembung, setelah yang akan menikah telah mendaftar ke Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) dengan melengkapi dokumen-dokumen yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of students learning abilities through guidance and counseling. Writing uses the literature review method (library research), namely a writing method that is based on expert opinions and the results of previous research. Guidance and counseling in schools is very necessary and not only to overcome students' difficulties but also has the function of helping school leaders, teachers and parents get to know their students more deeply so that guidance and counseling is more systematic and of high quality because guidance and counseling also have a function. understanding, prevention, alleviation, maintenance and development. The function of a guidance and counseling teacher is: 1) Providing assistance to students to develop their potential optimally, 2) Having the function of understanding, preventing, eradicating, maintaining and developing the self of counselees (students) through various types of guidance and counseling support services and activities, 3 ) Providing assistance to parties who have an interest in the client's level of development and life (namely parents, educators or other educational personnel, and third parties) and 4) Planning function, for example helping students make difficult choices who are continuing their studies or careers right.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of PAI learning innovation and its opportunities and challenges in facing the era of society. More specifically, the problem formulation studied in this research is about PAI learning innovation in the era of society, the media form of PAI learning innovation in the era of society, and the opportunities and challenges in implementing PAI innovation in the era of society. This research is qualitative research with a literature review, whose data can be analyzed relevantly and interpretatively. The findings of this study show that the era of society greatly impacts PAI learning innovation. The e-learning application with various learning activities that make it easy for teachers and students to access learning online is a type of PAI learning innovation media that is developing in today's society. Besides e-learning, there are other supporting learning media available such as Skype and Zoom, Google Meet, Discord, and Edmodo. PAI learning innovations today present opportunities and challenges, as for the opportunities: (1) train critical thinking and problem-solving skills, (2) train communication skills, (3) train creativity and innovation skills, in addition to opportunities there are also challenges in implementing PAI innovation media in the era of society, including (1) declining moral values, (2) digital literacy, (3) method innovation, (4) qualified human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the madrasa curriculum in building human resources (HR) with character, to prepare the Golden Generation in 2045. Using the literature study method, this research examines various relevant sources, including reputable journals, books, and education policy documents. The findings reveal: (1) the madrasa curriculum shapes character and competence through intracurricular and extracurricular activities, Pancasila student profiles, local content, and project-based learning; (2) challenges in developing the curriculum include internal issues such as suboptimal implementation of eight standards, limited HR in Islamic educational institutions, and the impact of technological changes on character education, leading to moral degradation, and external challenges such as future demands, societal views, and technological advancements; (3) effective strategies for implementing a character-building curriculum involve creating a competitive approach that integrates general and Islamic education, and developing religious education strategies both inside and outside the madrasah.

Abstract

Perilaku komunikasi beracun seringkali terjadi dalam hubungan pertemanan antar teman sekelas. Hal tersebut bisa ditinjau dari segi bahasa yang digunakan kurang baik dan disertai perilaku yang buruk. Hubungan pertemanan yang seharusnya baik menjadi rusak yang menyebabkan timbulnya sikap apatis. Perilaku komunikasi beracun tidak bisa dianggap sepele karena merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain yang menyebabkan seseorang kurang percaya diri, memiliki perasaan cemburu yang berlebih bahkan trauma. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku komunikasi beracun yang terjadi diantara mahasiswa bimbingan penyuluhan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deksriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian dengan upaya mengungkap realitas atau kenyataan fenomena sosial. Adapun diambil sampel dari mahasiswa BPI UINSU 2022-2023 sebanyak 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi literature. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku komunikasi beracun diklasifikasikan dalam beberapa indicator yaitu pengkritik, tidak ada empati, keras kepala dan selalu bergantung. Selain itu perilaku komunikasi beracun menimbulkan dampak kompetisi yang berlebihan, pengkhianatan, kecemburuan, balas dendam, kemarahan, depresi dan insecure. Perilaku komunikasi beracun perlu diatasi agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian lagi dengan cara menetapkan batasan, langsung bicara dan menjauh.
