Abstract

Extracurricular activities have a strategic role in developing students' social skills. Social skills are valuable provisions for students to interact effectively, build positive relationships, and contribute optimally in society. This research aims to examine the role of extracurricular activities in developing students' social skills. This research uses a type of research approach in the form of a literature study (library research) where heritage studies are a study used to collect information and data with the help of various kinds of materials in libraries such as documents, books, magazines, historical stories and others.. The results showed that social skills are the ability to interact with others in a social context in a way that is socially acceptable and valuable. These skills include the ability to communicate orally and in writing, solve everyday problems, understand, evaluate and work with others. And extracurricular activities are activity programs that take place outside of programmed school hours. Researchers realize that there are many shortcomings in the articles that have been compiled, so researchers expect suggestions from readers to improve this article. And the researcher hopes that this article is useful for all readers

Abstract

Ethics in education and training has an important role in forming individual character, morals and discipline, especially for teachers and educators. This research aims to examine ethics in education and training management (Diklat), ethics in education and training management, principles of education and training (diklat). This research uses a qualitative approach, which is also a literature study or library research method. Library research, also known as library research, is a type of research that involves collecting library data through a systematic process to collect, process, and summarize information with the aim of finding solutions to problems related to literature. This research approach is in line with previous research which used a library institution approach. Before reviewing library materials, researchers must know exactly where they will get scientific information from. The research results illustrate that ethics in education and training management is that the application of ethical principles is very important to create an educational environment that is fair, effective, and supports the development of all parties involved. Ethics in education and training management includes honesty, integrity, fairness, and professionalism, all of which contribute to transparency and trust in the educational process.

Abstract

The strategic management process plays an important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing an effective strategic management process, schools can identify and implement appropriate steps to achieve the desired educational goals. The research results show that implementing an effective strategic management process can help schools identify potential and challenges in achieving their educational goals. This process involves steps such as formulating a clear vision and mission, identifying specific educational needs, establishing priority strategies, allocating resources effectively, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation. This research aims to understand how the strategic management process can be implemented effectively in schools in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used is a case study by taking one school as a sample. Data was collected through interviews with teachers through direct observation in the school environment.
