Abstract

Learning Arabic as a foreign language certainly requires a strategy that can make students interested in learning it. In addition, there are strategies to help teachers overcome boredom in learning so that it is hoped that the learning that will be created will be much more interactive and fun. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze innovative learning strategies for learning istima' and kalam in learning Arabic at Islamic elementary schools. The results obtained from our research include several activities that support innovative istima and kalam strategies, namely: (1) active learning, (2) technology-based learning, (3) structured speaking exercises, (4) using relevant material, (5) using language games, (6) support discussion, (7) use of Multimedia, (8) Collaborative learning. This activity is considered effective for increasing students' understanding both in terms of knowledge and skills

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of interactive teaching medias in increasing student’s motivation to learn in the Islamic Cultural History Subject. The results of this research were obtained by in-depth analysis of various relevant sources in the form of articles or other studies that are similar to the problem to be discussed. The History of Islamic Culture is one of the important subjects in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum as an effort to shape student character. As an important subject, the Cultural History Subject learning process must run well and should be fun, one of which can be achieved by choosing the right teaching medias. Along with the development of science and technology, teachers can use it to develop teaching medias according to their needs. Technology-oriented learning will make learning easier for students in receiving all information. The results of using interactive teaching medias in the form of animation videos, interactive game, and technology-based learning applications have been proven to be more effective and attracts more students' attention, so that it can foster learning motivation in students.Keywords - Interactive Teaching Material’s, Student’s Learning Motivation, SKI subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian yang berjudul “Peran Mahasiswa Dalam Program KKN 172 UINSU Terhadap Pengembangan Masyarakat Di Desa Bukit Sari Langkat”. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) terhadap 26 mahasiswa kelompok KKN 172 UINSU merupakan salah satu kegiatan kontribusi mahasiswa kepada masyarakat didesa dalam suatu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di desa tersebut. Dalam artikel ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan data-data informasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa peserta KKN 172 UINSU, perangkat desa, dan warga di Desa Bukit Sari. Program KKN 172 UINSU yang dilaksanakan untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan akademis ke dalam konteks pengembangan masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Bukit Sari. Kelompok KKN 172 merancang berbagai program yang mencakup pendidikan, pemberdayaan ekonomi, kesehatan, dan penguatan nilai-nilai religius serta sosial. Melalui pendekatan menyeluruh, program pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap desa bukit sari.
