Abstract

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the role of the headmaster as an educational leader in MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this research emphasize the importance of the headmaster in providing effective leadership, formulating a clear vision, mission, and goals, as well as planning educational activities in accordance with Islamic values. Leadership strategies include selecting qualified students and teachers, using innovative teaching methods, developing relevant curriculum, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of educational outcomes. The essence of headmaster leadership involves comprehensive management, positive influence on individuals and groups, and building good relationships with relevant stakeholders. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the role, strategies, and essence of headmaster leadership in improving the quality of education in MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada pengembangan desain perpustakaan sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa di SMK Tritech Informatika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan desain perpustakaan ini adalah menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk aktif dalam membaca dan menggali literatur. Diharapkan desain ini mampu memicu minat baca siswa, memperluas cakupan pengetahuan mereka, dan meningkatkan keterampilan literasi. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan akan lahir kontribusi signifikan dalam mengembangkan model perpustakaan sekolah yang menjadi pusat promosi budaya literasi dan pembelajaran yang interaktif di SMK Tritech Informatika.
