Abstract

Jumbara (Jumpa Bakti Gembira) merupakan acara bakti sosial yang diselenggarakan oleh Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). Acara ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan seperti bakti sosial, pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan kegiatan sosial lainnya. Kegiatan Jumbara PMI, seperti halnya kegiatan sosial lainnya, dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi lingkungan, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Out Bound beralamatkan Di Jl. Durin simbelang A, Kecamatan Pancur Batu Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Observasi ini dilakukan pada hari Jum’ at, 13 Oktober 2023 pada pukul 10:00-12:00 Wib. Populasi dapat diartikan sebagai keseluruhan objek ataupun subjek yang terdapat disuatu tempat untuk dilakukannya penelitian. Oleh karena itu untuk penelitian kali ini populasi yang peneliti gunakan yaitu peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan jumbara.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan jumbara ini juga berkonstibusi dalam pelestarian lingkungan dengan diadakannya kegiatan Melalui kegiatan-kegiatan seperti penanaman pohon, pembersihan lingkungan, dan workshop daur ulang, Jumbara dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Language teaching in primary schools plays a key role in developing language skills, including reading, writing, speaking and listening. However, listening skills are often overlooked, even though they are important for understanding and good communication. Listening lessons in elementary school are an important part of learning Indonesian because listening is the functional basis for expressing word symbols to other people. This study uses a literature study method to collect data from various related literature. The results show that advanced listening skills involve understanding complex information and extracting deeper meaning. Advanced listening learning methods include direct, communicative, integrative, thematic, constructivist and contextual methods, each with its own goals and characteristics in developing listening skills. Advanced listening skills are very important for students as they help in understanding subjects and overall development of language skills. Therefore, language teaching in elementary schools must pay attention to the importance of listening skills as an integral part of holistic language learning.d

Abstract

The area of developing facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is very important to support the achievement of learning objectives.  Learning activities will run smoothly if educational facilities and infrastructure are adequate.  The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study.  The results of the research show that the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration aims to strive for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure through comprehensive planning and procurement systems, seeking appropriate and efficient use of school facilities and infrastructure.  The principles in the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration include the principle of achieving goals, the principle of efficiency, the principle of administration, the principle of clarity of responsibility and the principle of cohesiveness.  The scope of the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance and disposal.

Abstract

In this research, researchers will create a learning development media, namely a comic, which will discuss nutritional problems that occur in elementary school children. In Indonesia, knowledge about balanced nutrition, especially for children, is still low. This means that Indonesia is still facing nutritional problems which can result in malnutrition, stunting, excess nutrition and obesity. Because nutrition education must be provided starting from an early age. In providing nutrition education, the role of the media is very important to help convey the message to the target (students). The media that researchers created to convey nutrition education is comic media. The aim of this research is to find out nutritional problems or disorders that are often experienced by students. Such as the unhealthy habit of snacking out in elementary school children, which can cause health problems such as stomach ache (diarrhea), poisoning, and so on, the lack of understanding and awareness of children about the negative impacts of the habit of snacking out, the absence of or the lack of education and nutrition education programs related to the dangers of snacking outside for elementary school children. A review using a systematic literature review was carried out to analyze information from several selected journals that researched nutritional disorders in elementary school children, and the influence of comic media for delivering education about nutrition. According to the researcher, the media used by the researcher is good and clear, and also the media created by the researcher is valid/suitable for the problem being taken. According to researchers, by using comic media, students will be more effective and enthusiastic when listening to explanations of this problem.
