Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the comparison of financial performance of BUMN and BUMS Infrastructure Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used in this study consists of two types, namely Quantitative Analysis and Descriptive Statistics. The population used in this study were BUMN and BUMS infrastructure sector companies with a sample of 41 companies. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were differences in financial ratios. In general, BUMS is superior in liquidity ratios, Asset Management and Debt Management. While BUMN excels in profitability ratios. However, both BUMN and BUMS experienced a decline in financial performance in 2020. Overall, BUMN is better than BUMS

Abstract

This study is to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of banks before and after the merger as measured using the rasio of banking financial performance observation period of 2 years before and 2 years after the merger (2017-2021). The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and the Paired Sample T test difference test to determine the difference with data that are normally distributed. The results of the descriptive analysis in this study showed an increase in the ratio of BOPO, CAR, and NPL, while the ratio of NIM, LDR, ROA, and ROE tended to decrease. The results of the Paired Sample T test at Bank Oke Indonesia showed that only the NPL ratio showed a difference between before and after the merger, while the results of the Paired Sample T test at Bank IBK Indonesia showed only the CAR and LDR ratios which showed a significant difference. between before and after the merger, as well as the results of the Paired Sample T test at Bank Danamon Indonesia showed that only the BOPO, ROA, and LDR ratios showed a difference between before and after the merger.

Abstract

This study investigates the social responsibility practices of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Specifically, this study aims to analyse the influence of firm characteristics on the social responsibility disclosure of manufacturing companies. As a census study, this study covers all manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX). The results show that the social responsibility disclosure made by manufacturing companies is relatively low, while the characteristics of the company provide a diverse impact on social responsibility practices.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas Pengaruh Celebrity Endorsement, dan Online Customer Review Melalui Minat Beli Skincare Scarlett Terhadap Kepercayaan di Online Shop Tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa/mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 200 responden. Alat olah data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan aplikasi/software SmartPLS 4.0 dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equitation Model). Fenomena yang ada pada penelitian ini yaitu terjadinya pemboikotan. Boikot merupakan sebuah tindakan atau strategi yang dilakukan individu, kelompok, atau masyarakat untuk mengekspresikan ketidak setujuan atau protes terhadap suatu entitas, seperti perusahaan, produk, layanan, atau individu, dengan cara sengaja menolak terlibat secara aktif dengan entitas tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu data sekunder dan data primer. Berdasarkan data yang telah diolah, hasil menyimpulkan bahwa celebrity endorsement berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan minat pembelian ulang, online customer review berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan minat pembelian ulang, dan minat pembelian ulang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara Content Marketing dan Kolaborasi Brand (variabel independen) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (variabel dependen) dan Minat Beli (variabel intervening). Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpose sampling sehingga di tetapkan jumlah sampel 200 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM dengan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing dan kolaborasi brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, content marketing dan kolaborasi brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen aeostreet di kranji bekasi barat.

Abstract

Employee engagement has been widely discussed in the study of human resource management in an effort to reduce turnover rates in a company. This article aims to review and synthesize a review of related literature on coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership, employee engagement and to see the results of research on these variables. variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of 20 international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee engagement study in this literature review article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can increase employee engagement, namely coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah metode PSY bisa menjelaskan terjadinya gelembung harga properti di pasar properti komersial Jabodetabek untuk kelompok perkantoran, retail, apartemen dan area industri dan semua kelompok pada tahun 2007-2015. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan alat ukur statistik berupa uji akar unit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memang terjadi gelembung harga properti untuk kelompok perkantoran dan retail serta secara keseluruhan kelompok. Namun khusus kelompok apartemen dan lahan industri mengalamami bubble yang ekplosif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan mahasiswa/mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 190 responden. Alat olah data yang digunakan adalah aplikasi/software structural equitation model (SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS versi 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa; 1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli; 2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli; 3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 4) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 5) Minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. Findings – The results of this research are that: 1) Employee education influences employee performance; 2) Work experience influences employee performance; 3) Employee education influences employee loyalty; 4) Work experience influences employee loyalty; and 5) Employee performance influences employee loyalty. Research limitations/implications – The limitations of the data used in this research make the results less than optimal. Practical implications – This research is useful for company management in seeing whether employee education levels influence employee performance and employee loyalty.
