Abstract

Humans are an important asset in any organization or company. As a valuable resource, humans are assets that need to be managed properly. Therefore, a human capital strategy is needed to improve the quality of human resources. This study uses a systematic literature review approach to analyze human capital strategies for improving the quality of human resources. The data collected through Google Scholar and Mendeley.com was analyzed, summarized, described, and concluded. This research has contributed to providing guidance for organizations or companies to develop a human model strategy. The limitation of this research is that it only uses limited references collected from the search engine used so that researchers in the future can research more deeply about human capital strategies for a certain sector or several sectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the actual situation of social phenomena that occur among young people, using Indonesian and English. Today's children, better known as Generation Z, have experienced many significant changes in their increasingly advanced modern evolution. One of these is the communication style of Gen Z children, who are accustomed to using multiple languages. In Indonesia, it is common for everyone to use Indonesian for communication. However, it is very unfortunate that over time, changes have occurred in language styles in society, especially among young people. Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to provide qualitative insights and descriptions that the variables related to employee engagement, employee turnover and employee retention are important for organizations to be used as a foundation, as well as for other interests. Qualitative research methods can provide valuable insights in analyzing employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover. A qualitative approach is focused on understanding an individual's experiences, perceptions, and behaviors and can help uncover the reasons and motivations behind them. One approach in qualitative research in this context can be done through in-depth interviews with employees to explore their perceptions of the factors that affect employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover, the strategies implemented must be holistic, involve various dimensions of human resource management, and be directed to create a work environment that motivates and supports career development and overall employee well-being.

Abstract

The scientific literature review article entitled Concept of International Trade: Analysis of Letter of Credit, Custom Bonds and Export-Import Regulations is in the domain of operational management science. The purpose of this article is to formulate a hypothesis regarding the relationship between various aspects, which will then be used as the basis for further research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data used in this study comes from previous studies that are still relevant to this study. Information was collected from leading scientific online platforms, such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and the Sinta journal. The results obtained from this study are presented as follows: 1) Letter of credit influences the Concept of international trade; 2) Custom bonds influence the concept of international trade; and 3) Export import regulations influence the concept of international trade.
