Abstract

Misconceptions are misunderstandings or inequalities in solving mathematics learning problems by understanding concepts that are in accordance with mathematical rules or scientists' concepts. This journal aims to find out misconceptions about teaching arithmetic series that occur among students based on misconception indicators. The method used in this writing is qualitative-descriptive. There were 18 research subjects carried out at PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra. There are often or still are some students who experience misconceptions about arithmetic series material, both from conceptual, strategic and systematic misconceptions, but in translation there are no more misconceptions. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaire questions. The results of the analysis that has been carried out are that in the process of learning arithmetic series, there are still some misconceptions among students due to a lack of understanding of the concept and not being careful in determining strategies for arithmetic series material, resulting in errors in solving problems.

Abstract

In order to achieve educational goals optimally, effectively and efficiently, the educational process cannot be separated from education management. Education management is divided into several fields, one of which is the field of educational personnel. Personnel are all members of the organization who work for the benefit of the organization, namely to achieve the goals that have been determined. The field of personnel development is also called the entire structuring process that is related to the problem of obtaining and using labor to achieve the goals of the school that have been predetermined. The purpose of the field of educational personnel is to utilize labor effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum results, which is in the form of a result, product or production. Personnel administration consists of two types, namely educational personnel and non-educational personnel. The importance of personnel management in improving the quality of education is the main key to the success of achieving educational goals. Personnel are required to know the potential that exists around them and utilize them effectively and efficiently to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan suatu kajian literatur tentang implementasi teknik gamifikasi dalam suatu pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mencari tahu dampak, manfaat, implementasi dan tren yang terkait dengan penerapan teknik gamifikasi dalam sistem pendidikan. Kajian literatur ini mengidentifikasi beberapa keuntungan yang signifikan dari implementasi teknik gamifikasi di dunia pendidikan. Tren terkini dalam kajian literatur tentang gamifikasi di dunia pendidikan mencakup penggunaan teknologi baru, seperti kecerdasan buatan, realitas virtual, dan realitas yang diperluas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknik gamifikasi dengan kurikulum tradisional dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan retensi materi pelajaran. Dalam rangka memaksimalkan manfaat gamifikasi di dunia pendidikan, kajian literatur ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan pedagogik yang kuat, kolaborasi antara master dan desainer permainan, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan perancangan gamifikasi. Penelitian lebih lanjut dibutuhkan untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang dampak jangka panjang dari implementasi teknik gamifikasi di dunia pendidikan serta strategi terbaik dalam mengatasi tantangan yang terkait dengan implementasinya.
