Abstract

ERNI KARTA KAHARUDDIN, 2022. Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian iPhone (Studi kasus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar). Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Tujuan penelitian guna mengetahui apa pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara citra merek, kualitas produk dan gaya hidup pada keputusan pembelian iPhone. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 100 mahasiswa program studi manajemen. Data dikumpulkan mempergunakan metode angket serta Observasi. Mempergunakan teknis analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier berganda mempergunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial citra merek berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Serta secara simultan ketiga variable bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Makassar City National Land Agency (BPN) as many as 63 people. And the sample in this study is the entire population, namely 63 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents at BPN Makassar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment variable (X1) with a significance of 0.005 and Compensation (X2) with a significance of 0.000 on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Workload and Work-Family Conflict on employee performance. This research used three data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Water Utilization Network Implementation Unit (PJPA) of the Pompengan Jeneberang River Area Center in Makassar City with a population of 103 people and a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that workload hurts employee performance, and work-family conflict hurts employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of the Samsat Office UPT Regional Income Makassar 1 regionally partially and simultaneously. The samples used were 40 employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.
