Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. Prima Fixed Lestari, this research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample and a population of 60 employees. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. The analysis method uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that career development (X1) influences job satisfaction (Y) by obtaining the regression equation Y= 6.748 + 0.744 X1. Hypothesis testing shows a calculated t value of 13.503>2,001 or a sig probability of 0.000<0.5. Meanwhile, the correlation value is 0.871, which means it has a very strong influence. The determination value is 75.9% while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other factors. Compensation (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y) by obtaining the regression equation Y = 5.239 + 0.796 X2. Hypothesis testing shows a calculated t value of 15.586>2,001 or a sig probability of 0.000<0.5. Meanwhile, the correlation value is 0.898, which means it has a very strong influence. The determination value is 80.7% while the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other factors. And career development (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) by obtaining the regression equation Y=4.097 + 0.319 X1 + 0.510 X2. Meanwhile, the correlation value is 0.918, which means it has a very strong influence. The determination value is 84.3% while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable (152.601 > 2,001), this was also strengthened by the probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership styles in improving the performance of PT Dana Pensiun Jiwasraya employees. The research method used in the research is a qualitative descriptive method and the research instruments used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research show that the leadership style in improving the performance of employees at PT Dana Pensiun Jiwasraya applies a transformational leadership style, seen from the leader making decisions according to his beliefs, but without prior discussion with the employees, it is contradictory to the employees and the impact of these results can be seen from the performance indicators, namely quality, quantity, responsibility, cooperation, initiative from these five indicators, many employees complain that the portion of responsibility is very heavy due to excessive work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at Ciputat sub-district office, South Tangerang. This research method uses quantitative methods with an associative causal approach.. Data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used the Jenuh technique, as many as 65 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 26 program. The analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. Partial hypothesis testing of competence variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (4,900 > 1.670) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that placement (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The partial hypothesis test for the work environment variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (5.651 > 1,669) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the training (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 12.258 + 0.296X1 – 0.429X2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > fable (18,100 > 3,15) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that placement (X1) and training (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained R Square of 0,369, meaning that the variables of competence and work environment together have an influence contribution of 36,9% on employee performance. While the remaining 63,1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Directorate of "Senior High School" Development, Directorate General of Basic Education, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, South Jakarta. The total sampling method was used to obtain 73 samples. Multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 26 was used in this research. The results show that work compensation and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous positive effect on performance. Linear regression equation for work compensation on performance Y = 21,282 + 0,374X1 the calculated t value is 2,905> t table 1,666, the correlation value is 0,501 and the coefficient of determination is 0,240. Linear regression equation for work motivation on performance Y = 20,723 + 0,336 X2 the calculated t value is 2,619> t table 1,666, the correlation value is 0,485 and the coefficient of determination is 0,224. Work compensation and work motivation also have a fairly strong positive relationship with performance. These results show that if compensation and motivation are increased, employee performance will also increase. The multiple linear regression equation Y = 15,092 + 0,253X1 + 0,211X2,  the calculated F value is 16,284, the correlation value is 0,563 and the coefficient of determination is 0,298.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Delapan Sembilan Sentosa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausal asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah karyawan kontrak PT Delapan Sembilan Sentosa sebanyak 64 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliailitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis rergresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh penilaian kinerja secara parsial terhadap turnover intention pada PT Delapan Sembilan Sentosa hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (9,298) > ttabel (1,999) dan sig (0,000) < 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,764 + 0,569x tingkat hubungan kuat serta memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 60,3% dan sisanya 39,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Terdapat pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap turnover intention pada PT Delapan Sembilan Sentosa hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (4,002) > ttabel (1,999) dan sig (0,000) < 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,818 + 0,412x tingkat hubungan kuat serta memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 23% dan sisanya 77% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Terdapat pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention pada PT Delapan Sembilan Sentosa hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (66,406) > Ftabel (3,15) dan sig (0,000) < 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y =  4,331 + 0,512x1 + 0,258x2 tingkat hubungan kuat serta memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 68,5% dan sisanya 31,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Senior High School Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative. This study was conducted on 60 employees using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis test which were analyzed using SPSS 24 program. The results of the study are as follows: The results of simple regression test showed that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14,535 + 0,587 X1, the correlation value is 0.597, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 35.6%. The partial hypothesis test of the work environment variable obtained Tcount>Ttable, namely 3,017> 2,002. Thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. The analysis of the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15,811 + 0,555 X2. The correlation value is 0.559, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 31.2%. The hypothesis test obtained Tcount>Ttable, namely 2,200> 2,002. Thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of The Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The third analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 10,910 + 0,398 X1 + 0,293 X2. The correlation value is 0.638, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 40.7%, while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount > Ftable or (19,549 > 3.16). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Depok City Education Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by utilizing the research instruments used, the data analysis used was quantitative/measurable with the aim of testing previously established hypotheses. In this study, the samples were 58 employees at the Depok City Education Office. The regression equation concludes that there is an influence between X1 and Y. The correlation coefficient is 0.787, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of influence. Thus, H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between X1 and Y. That variable X2 influences variable Y by 78.9% while the remaining 21.1% is influenced by other factors. Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between the level of relationship is very strong with Y. The R-Square value is 0.795, so it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work motivation influence employee performance variables by 79.5% while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.
