Abstract

This study aims to identify effective learning management in elementary schools in preparing interesting learning plans. Teachers really determine the success of students, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process, and are the component that has the most influence on the creation of quality educational processes and results so that teachers are required to have competence or ability, quality and professionalism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where in-depth interviews and observations are carried out on the research subjects. The research results show that effective learning management in elementary schools requires a learning implementation planning strategy. A teacher is required to have a learning implementation plan in order to create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere which of course will also create effective learning. This study also identified factors that make the learning process ineffective, one of which is the way a teacher teaches. By preparing a learning implementation plan, effective learning management in elementary schools can be realized. This research also has implications in the broader context of primary school education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The digital divide is a gap in the field of Information and Communication Technology for both individuals and certain groups. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with literature study. The research results show that in the current digital era, educational tools also create gaps in education. Several factors that influence the digital divide are socio-demographic factors, digital literacy factors, and needs factors. Some solutions that can be taken include improving internet infrastructure and digital technology in remote and rural areas, increasing teachers' ability to use technology for learning, and increasing access. students to quality digital educational content.

Abstract

Planning in educational administration is a key element in achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. This article discusses various aspects of planning in the context of educational administration, as educational planning has several characteristics such as continuous intellectual development, problems, needs, situations, formulating policies and outlining educational strategies and so on. Meanwhile, the principles include interdisciplinary, objective, flexible, comprehensive and others. Educational planning has several types, including macro, meso and micro planning. Apart from that, there are also short-term and long-term planning. Educational planning is very important and useful as a guide, direction, concept in achieving a goal. Through literature reviews and case studies, this article explores planning strategies and methods used by educational institutions to improve the quality of education. The research results show that systematic and structured planning can improve school performance, increase staff involvement, and improve student learning outcomes.
