Abstract

Teachers as the main component in the learning process play an important role. The role of the teacher is to educate, teach, guide and train and motivate students, so that they are able to be disciplined, so that they are successful in pursuing education. Teachers have a big role in educating students because teachers can train students' discipline at school so that good character is formed in children. The aim of this research is to explain the role of teachers in implementing student discipline at MIN 1 Medan. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation with MIN 1 Medan teachers. The results of the research show that the role of teachers in applying learning discipline to students at MIN 1 Medan is good because with teachers being role models of discipline for their students, the teachers there have displayed and provided examples of good attitudes in implementing students' disciplinary character.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the effect of library design and service quality on student interest in visiting the MAN 1 Medan library. The method used is qualitative research method used to create a comprehensive and complex picture of library services and library design at MAN 1 MEDAN. The results showed that attractive library design has a significant positive influence on student visitation interest. Modern and ergonomic design, the use of bright colors, and layouts that facilitate accessibility are important factors that increase student comfort while in the library. Meanwhile, high service quality also has a significant effect on visitation interest. Friendly service, fast lending process, and the availability of competent staff are key in increasing user satisfaction.

Abstract

Manajemen perkantoran yang efektif adalah faktor krusial dalam meningkatkan produktivitas staf administrasi dan guru di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi-strategi manajemen perkantoran yang dapat diterapkan untuk mencapai peningkatan produktivitas yang signifikan di institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen perkantoran dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas pada staf dan tata usaha yang ada di MTSs AL-WARDAH tembung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada MTSs AL-WARDAH tembung menerapkan penataan ruang kantor yang baik, otomatisasi proses administratif, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang efektif, serta manajemen data yang efisien, lembaga pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja staf dan mencapai tujuan akademik dan administratif dengan lebih baik.
