Abstract

This study is based on an effort to improve the quality of education by implementing assessment standard management in the teaching and learning process. The focus of this research is the implementation of assessment standard management to improve the quality of Islamic education for high school graduates in South Tangerang. While the purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, problems faced, and standard assessment solutions to improve the quality of high school graduates in South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative naturalistic approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques are conducted utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study are as follows: (1). Management of assessment standards was prepared through the planning stage, which describes the Learning Implementation Plan. (2). Organizing describes the role of principals, educators, educational personnel, learning load management, attitude value determination, knowledge value determination, and skill value determination. (3). The implementation stage outlines the principles of value, assessment procedures, assessment techniques, assessment time, learning completion, and competence of graduates. (4). The evaluation phase outlines the assessment standards, class increase criteria, implementation and reporting of assessments by education units, and remedial, enrichment, and graduate criteria. (5). The problem faced is that educators have difficulty in determining Minimum Completion Criteria, Class Ascension Criteria, and Graduation Criteria. (6). Efforts are made to conduct a lot of socialization and training on assessment standards and assessment guidelines, especially related to Minimum Completion Criteria, Class Increase Criteria, and Graduation Criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of public awareness of the earthquake victims that occurred in the Cianjur Regency. Want to analyze the educational process of the Cianjur earthquake victims and want to know the empowerment of each volunteer for the earthquake victims. The research method used is qualitative which describes the phenomena that occur in the research location. Data collection techniques in the form of direct observation of the community and environment around the disaster. Interviews with the victim community, officials, and other volunteers who were met at the research location. Documentation studies from various sources, such as the internet, information from fellow volunteers, and various Watch-Ap groups. Conclusion: (1). The implementation of the level of concern from all the people of West Java, Jakarta, and Banten are very enthusiastic to help and assist, as evidenced by the various institutions, communities, and vehicles carrying supplies in the form of funds as well as food and clothing, thronging the earthquake victim area. (2). Implementation of education directed at school-age children in the form of volunteers in the form of Trauma Healing in the form of reading the Koran using the Iqro model, quizzing learning questions, singing, and giving gifts in the form of snacks and textbooks. Community empowerment in the form of Strengthening faith and destiny as to why earthquakes occur, and information about knowledge of how earthquakes occur. Abstract

This research aims to find strategies, methods, evaluations, media, and obstacles to implementing PAI for mentally retarded students at SMPLB Negeri. The research method uses qualitative analysis. Data sources are PAI teachers, administrative staff, and students' parents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The findings in this research are (1) PAI learning strategies with expository and contextual strategies on the cognitive aspect, value clarification technique strategies on the affective aspect, and direct learning strategies on the psychomotor aspect. (2) PAI learning methods are the lecture model, question and answer model, demonstration model, and exemplary model. (3) PAI learning media is prayer equipment, namely sarongs, mukenas, prayer mats, and prayer rooms. (5) Evaluation of PAI learning using the question-and-answer model and memorization tests. Written test and oral test models. Meanwhile, the non-test technique is observation. (6) Obstacles to PAI learning are students' limitations in remembering lessons, students' limited language skills, students' lack of discipline during school hours, and the absence of accompanying teachers.

Abstract

Research Objectives To find out (1). The Concept of Curriculum Development at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah, Sukabumi Regency. (2). Implementation of curriculum development at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah. The objects of this research are the head of Madrasah, deputy head of Madrasah curriculum, teachers, documentation and literature related to curriculum development. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The research results show that (1). Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah Sukabumi Regency have not all met academic quality at the madrasah level education unit, some teachers have completed undergraduate education (S1), according to academic qualifications there are 15 people who have not graduated as many as 10 people are in the process of studying. All teachers are involved in developing the curriculum with the main discussion on the concept of curriculum development which includes the principles of curriculum development, principles of curriculum development. Curriculum development is goal-oriented, relevant, effective, efficient, flexible, integrated and sustainable, based on the national, psychological and sociological philosophy. (2). Implementation of curriculum development consists of annual programs, semester programs, learning implementation plans and minimum completeness criteria.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the management of lecturer performance appraisal and the steps of lecturer performance in quality improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach to describe lecturer performance. Data collection techniques through (1). in-depth interviews with the quality assurance unit as the main informant, senior lecturers, and the dean, (2). Observation observing the events at the research location. (3). Documentation studies include meeting notes, photos of activities, lecturers' scientific work, and those related to the research focus. The conclusion is that management of lecturer performance evaluation, including lecturer performance assessment in Teaching, Research, and community service, has been carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Lecturer performance can improve the quality of Higher Education. Systematic lecturer performance can enhance academic quality. Based on an integrated value data system in the educational section in each semester, with very good accreditation, a cumulative grade point index of 3.5 with lecturer performance fulfilling lecturer certification and available positions. Based on LAM-PT accreditation. That the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in the English Language Study Program and Economics Education is Very Good, fulfilling the indicators of human resources, education, Research, and community service

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1). Provide education and assistance to the community which includes counseling activities regarding the dangers of free sex for the younger generation (2). Providing services to the community includes consulting services, health services, career guidance, cooperative development services, and entrepreneurial development. This research method uses a qualitative approach, to describe the phenomenon of events in the research field. Data collection technique. Interviews with guidance participants, village officials, and people who are infected with the disease. Field observations to observe events that arise in the local community. Documentation studies in the form of archives in Setu Patok District, Cirebon Regency, and books that are the focus of community service research. Conclusion: Free sex behavior in adolescents because they do not understand sex education, and the rapid development of the era. Factors that cause free sex that can be known that pay attention to and avoid adolescent behavior. The impact of free sex on teenagers damages the future. Need to be given a good and correct understanding of free sex.
