Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of infrastructure on students' learning interests at the Amiruddiniyah Islamic Boarding School, Bandar Tinggi Village, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. The method used is quantitative research. The population in the study were all grade IX students of the Amiruddiniyah Islamic Boarding School, the sample taken was 30 students. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis method used was instrument validity testing, and instrument reliability testing. The results of the study obtained many respondents who argued that infrastructure had an effect on students' learning interests. This is evidenced by the results of the instrument validity test which amounted to 0.00. Meanwhile, it is said to be significant if the results of the instrument validity test <0.05. In this research hypothesis, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so what is accepted is the research hypothesis Ha is accepted which has an effect of infrastructure on students' learning interests at the Amiruddiniyah Islamic Boarding School, Bandar Tinggi Village, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam Pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 6 kelas yang terdiri dari Audio Video, Teknik Kenderaan Ringan 1, Teknik Kenderaan Ringan 2, Teknik Komputer Jaringan 1, Teknik Komputer Jaringan 2, dan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Dengan jumlah seluruh siswa 203 orang. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang dijadikan sebagai kelas penelitian, yaitu kelas Teknik Komputer Jaringan 1 berjumlah 36 orang siswa, terdiri dari 7 orang siswa laki-laki dan 29 orang siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh metode problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam pada peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan terbukti. Metode problem based learning memberi pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam sebesar 40,2%. Secara otomatis Hipotesis nol (Ho) Tidak ada pengaruh metode problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam pada peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan di tolak. Hal ini bermakna bahwa penerapan Metode problem based learning memberi pengaruh yang positif. The research population was all students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan, North Sumatra Province, totaling 6 classes consisting of Audio Video, Light Vehicle Engineering 1, Light Vehicle Engineering 2, Computer Network Engineering 1, Computer Network Engineering 2, and Electrical Power Installation Engineering. The research sample was class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan, North Sumatra Province which was used as a research class, namely the Computer Network Engineering 1 class totaling 36 students, consisting of 7 male students and 29 female students. The results of the study showed that the influence of the problem-based learning method on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education in students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan was proven. The problem-based learning method has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education by 40.2%. Automatically, the null hypothesis (Ho) There is no influence of the problem-based learning method on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education in students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan is rejected. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keluarga broken home terhadap mental dan moral anak di SMK-S Pemda Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK-S Pemda Rantauprapat, sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di ambil menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas instrument, dan uji reliabilitas instrument. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh banyak responden yang berpendapat bahwa keluarga broken home sangat berpengaruh terhadap mental dan moral anak di SMK-S Pemda Rantauprapat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji validitas instrument yang berjumlah 0,00. Sementara itu dikatakan signifikan apabila hasil uji validitas instrument < 0,05. Dalam hipotesis penelitian ini terdapat Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka yang diterima adalah hipotesis penelitian Ha diterima yang terdapat pengaruh keluarga broken home terhadap mental dan moral anak di SMK-S Pemda Rantauprapat.Kata Kunci:, Mental dan Moral. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tahfidz Qur’an Terhadap Kualitas Hafalan Al-Qur’an Peserta Didik MAN Labuhanbatu, baik secara Tes maupun Non Tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Siswa yang mengikuti program ekstrakurikuler tahfidz qur’an di MAN Labuhanbatu yang bejumlah 18 siswa, waktu penelitian dari bulan februari sampai April 2024 yang tidak dapat ditentukan waktu pastinya. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus arikunto dengan jumlah 18 orang dan Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis Tes, Uji Validitas Tes, Reliabilitas , dan Uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tahfidz Qur’an berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Hafalan Al-Qur’an Peserta Didik MAN Labuhanbatu. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung < ttabel yaitu 2,428 > 1,734 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tahfidz Qur’an terhadap Kualitas Hafalan Al-Qur’an Peserta Didik MAN Labuhanbatu. Kata Kunci: Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tahfidz Qur’an, Kualitas Hafalan Al-Qur’an. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Tahfidz Qur'an extracurricular activities on the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of MAN Labuhanbatu students, both in tests and non-tests. The population in this research is students who take part in the tahfidz Qur'an extracurricular program at MAN Labuhanbatu, totaling 18 students, the research time is from February to April 2024, the exact time cannot be determined. Determining the number of samples used the Arikunto formula with a total of 18 people and the analysis method used was the Test analysis method, Test Validity Test, Reliability, and Hypothesis Test. ‎ The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the Tahfidz Qur'an extracurricular activity has a significant and significant impact on the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of MAN Labuhanbatu students. The results of the hypothesis test showed that tcount < ttable, namely 2.428 > 1.734, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so there was a significant influence between Tahfidz Qur'an extracurricular activities on the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of MAN Labuhanbatu students. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Di MAS Al Washliyah Marbau, baik secara Tes maupun Non Tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru di MAS Al Washliyah Marbau, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Di MAS Al Washliyah Marbau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Untuk mengetahui Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Di MAS Al Washliyah Marbau. 2) Apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang ditemui Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru Di MAS Al Washliyah Marbau. 3) solusi yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAS AL Washliyah Marbau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati sekolah dan lingkungan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru. Metode wawancara yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara terencana-tidak terstruktur. Metode yang terakhir yaitu dokumentasi berupa dokumen, file sekolah, foto dan data-data lainnya. Kemudian teknik dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi.Dari penjelasan diatas dapat disimpulkan Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru, Kepala Sekolah melakukan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), mengadakan pelatihan (Diklat), Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) dan mengikut sertakan para guru dalam Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme guru Di MAS Al Washliyah MarbauKata Kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah, Profesionalisme Guru. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the Principal's Strategy in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau, both through tests and non-tests. The population in this study were teachers at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau. This research was conducted at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau with the aim of finding out 1) The Principal's Strategy for Improving. To find out the Principal's Strategy for Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau . 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors encountered by the Principal in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau. 3) solutions implemented by the Principal in increasing the professionalism of teachers at MAS AL Washliyah Marbau. ‎This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The observation method is carried out by observing the school and the school environment in relation to the Principal's Strategy for Increasing Teacher Professionalism. The interview method used was a planned-unstructured interview. The final method is documentation in the form of documents, school files, photos and other data. Then the technique for analyzing data in this research uses triangulationFrom the explanation above, it can be concluded that the Principal's Efforts to Improve Teacher Professionalism, the School Principal conducts Teacher Working Groups (KKG), holds training (Diklat), Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP) and involves teachers in the Principal's Efforts to Increase Professionalism teacher at MAS Al Washliyah Marbau.Keywords: Principal Strategy, Teacher Professionalism.‎
