Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Bali. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner yang disebar kepada 57 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (t = 5,943, p = 0,000) terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara iklim organisasi, meskipun berkaitan positif, tidak menunjukkan signifikansi individual (t = 1,200, p = 0,235). Secara simultan, kedua variabel secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai (F = 20,183, p = 0,000). Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, serta memberikan wawasan bagi praktik manajemen kepemimpinan dan organisasi.   This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the Bali Province Education Quality Assurance Institute. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaire surveys distributed to 57 respondents, and analyzed using SPSS. The results reveal a significant positive impact of transformational leadership style (t = 5.943, p = 0.000) on employee performance, while organizational climate, though positively related, does not exhibit individual significance (t = 1.200, p = 0.235). Simultaneously, both variables significantly contribute to employee performance (F = 20.183, p = 0.000). This study sheds light on the importance of transformational leadership and organizational climate in enhancing employee performance, offering insights for leadership and organizational management practices.
