Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku agresif merupakan sebuah perilaku yang diberikan oleh seseorang dengan rasa keinginan/hasrat yang muncul dalam diri seseorang untuk menyakiti individu lain, dengan cara mengekspresikan perasaan negatifnya seperti permusuhan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Adanya emotional intelligence ini difungsikan untuk memberikan hubungan yang positif agar siswa dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara emotional intelligence dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa SMP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dari siswa kelas 7 dan 8 sebanyak 100 responden dengan kriteria responden berusia 13 – 15 tahun . Data dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara emotional intelligence dengan perilaku agresif. Hubungan natara kedua variabel berapa pada arah yang positif. Kata kunci: Emotional Intelligence, perilaku agresif, siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Social Psychology in the field of Law on how an individual can influence and be influenced by others, but it can also reveal the motives of the perpetrator through the psychological side and personality analysis both from the suspect's background to what trauma or mental disorders are experienced, so that he dares to commit acts that violate the law. Just like the case that has occurred in 2016 but due to being filmed, this case is again a concern because there are still some of the perpetrators who have not been arrested, namely the Vina Murder case in Cirebon. Social psychology certainly plays an important role in this case, because it can help to understand the motivations, perceptions and social interactions that underlie the actions of criminals as well as the responses of victims and society, because the involvement of social psychology can also help the legal field in seeing from the psychological side, its effectiveness in law enforcement and determining verdicts and sentences for the defendants of the murder of Vina.

Abstract

Social perceptions, attitudes and social behavior in the context of human social interaction are discussed in this journal. Attitudes are formed through social interactions and learning that can influence a person's behavior, while individual characteristics and situations influence a person's social perceptions. Also discussed are contributions, nonverbal communication, the theory of reasoned action, and the effects of emotional distress following environmental disasters. The study of consumer attitudes also emphasizes attitudes, with discussions of attitude formation, theories explaining attitudes, attitude measurement techniques, the function of attitudes, and predictable relationships between attitudes and behavior. To understand human social interactions, these concepts are very important.

Abstract

Building and maintaining a healthy love relationship is everyone's dream. However, amidst the busyness and complexity of modern life, this is not always easy. Interpersonal skills play an important role in human life, especially in the context of love relationships. Effective communication is considered one of the main components in building and maintaining healthy relationships. However, many relationships or couples still experience difficulties in communicating, causing conflict and dissatisfaction in the relationship. This research was created to determine the importance of effective communication skills in love relationships and their impact on relationship health. The main aim of this research is to explore how interpersonal skills, identifying various factors that can influence the quality of communication in love relationships, especially effective communication, can contribute to the formation and maintenance of healthy love relationships. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data from relevant sources through literature searches in academic databases and digital libraries. The goal is to gain a deep understanding of individuals' experiences and how they build effective communication in their relationships. Research results show that couples who have good communication skills tend to have more harmonious and satisfying relationships. Through open, honest and empathetic communication, couples can understand each other, respect, respect, support each other, and resolve conflicts constructively. This creates strong bonds and strengthens emotional involvement between family, partners, friends and the surrounding environment. The conclusions of this study confirm that effective communication and the development of good interpersonal skills are key in building and maintaining healthy love relationships.

Abstract

Social interaction and cyber literacy are the main topics in the digital era today. Social media has become the main platform for people to interact and share information. However, low digital literacy and a lack of understanding of social realities in cyberspace can have negative impacts, such as social deviance and social media addiction. This research uses a literature study method to determine the factors that can influence interaction and literacy in cyberspace and their impacts. The results show the importance of digital skills, ethics, and vigilance when interacting on social media to create functional and positive interactions. Therefore, digital literacy is a necessary skill for individuals to interact healthily and responsibly in cyberspace.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social psychology in dealing with negative prejudice directed at someone, as well as finding out how this prejudice can occur through chronology and clarification from the victim. The case that occurred on June 6 2024 was regarding a Plaza Indonesia security guard who beat a dog which turned out to be a misunderstanding due to lack of information from the author and the public. Social psychology plays a role in this case, in helping the victim overcome the misunderstandings and dismissal they experienced as well as providing education to the public not to be prejudiced and spread misinformation widely.

Abstract

Motivation is what causes, channels and supports human behavior so that we can work diligently and enthusiastically to optimum results. Extrinsic motivation as part of the work motivation itself is also believed to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Stefan Ivanko (2012; 70) defines motivation as the desire and energy of a person directed towards achieving a goal. Motivation is the cause of action.To try to influence someone in order to give motivation means to get and then want to do what is known and what is done. Motivation can be intrinsic and extrinsic.Performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his or her duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him or her. (Mangkunegara, 2004:67). The success of a company anywhere and moving in any field depends fundamentally on the success of management in carrying out its work. The degree of success of a company can be seen from the performance of the company in managing its human resources. It requires the company to be able to have quality human resources, because these resources are invaluable assets for the company. The achievement of the objectives of the company does not depend only on modern equipment, facilities and complete equipment, but rather more on the man who carries out the work.

Abstract

Social psychology is the study of how individuals are influenced by their social environment, including their interactions with others, social norms, and existing social situations. Social psychology covers various aspects, one of which is in the field of entrepreneurship. Psychology in the field of entrepreneurship is a development of industrial and organizational psychology. In running entrepreneurship, one of the important factors is the characteristics of the entrepreneur and the problems he faces so that it will lead to innovation in business. Innovation in the culinary field will never end especially in the digital era like today. Creativity and innovation in the culinary business will have an impact on the psychology of consumers who will be interested in trying the culinary.
