Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Laundry Bunda dan Laundry Violet yang kekurangan sumber daya manusia dan perangkat lunak yang memadai untuk mendukung administrasi pelaporan keuangan menjadi target mitra pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi UMKM tentang persiapan keuangan secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Menerapkan penyusunan laporan keuangan terstruktur dengan komputerisasi Microsoft Excel merupakan solusi yang disarankan untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada pada usaha Loundry Bunda. Pendampingan dengan cara memberikan bantuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan praktik di bidang akuntansi dalam rangka penyusunan laporan keuangan merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam parktik pengabdian masyarakat ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kedua usaha laundry tersebut telah mampu membuat laporan keuangan usahanya.

Abstract

The process of data prevention and filtering is necessary because the development and advancement of the internet has led to excessive use of technology by students. Through counseling or socialization from community observers about current conditions and situations that can have a bad impact and bring many losses to adolescents, which will definitely interfere with their mental health and productivity as adolescents. As a result, counselling and mentorship are the goals of carrying out this service projec. teaching the people, especially vocational students about the impact of digital literacy on the smart and wise use of the WhatsApp group application by students and teachers. Lecture, discussion, and simulation methods are used to carry out this activity as counseling. 32 students from SMKS Muhamamdiyah 9 Medan became participants. The results of counseling activities show that students are very proficient in digital literacy. Not only has moral awareness in communicating, but also has beneficial skills to receive, create, and disseminate information. Pupils can recognise when to utilise WhatsApp as a learning tool to communicate between teachers and students. This was shown by partners how important short information collected through the WhatsApp application is to make people use social media intelligently without misusing it, starting with themselves. The WhatsApp application is very important to provide knowledge to participants and help teachers and students provide and get learning information. It can also be shared with friends, companions, family and other close people

Abstract

Information system is a system that combines human activities and the use of technology to support management and operational activities. A library is a place that contains a collection of books and other reading materials that are systematically arranged according to the rules so that they can used as a source of information. SMK Tritech Informatics Medan is one of the schools that have library facilities. In library management, it is generally not systemized or computerized, still doing data processing is still manual, by writing in ledgers related to information laying of reading books, writing library memberships, borrowing books and returning books and the difficulty of calculating late repatriation penalties. Another problem is also the difficulty of library employees finding member data and free libraries from each member. Based on this, it is hoped that later the existence of a digital library management information system can help librarians in solving problems and managing libraries well, easily and effectively at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan.

Abstract

The Internet of Things is automation in all fields of activities and aspects of life through technology, electronic connections or digital connections across devices and fields. IoT is the latest technology trend that continues to develop and provides the latest innovations in various sectors, one of which is controlling electrical devices remotely through the internet of things. This system can help make it easier to control without the need to do it manually. With many rooms in a building, it can shorten the time so that you don't have to check the rooms one by one again. The system is implemented using NodeMCU, relay, Apple HomeKit, and Siri (voice) as the system interface. The system takes an average of 0.4 - 3.3 seconds to respond to commands from Apple HomeKit and Siri via a Wifi connection with a distance of 1-10 meters based on monitoring results, and the electrical power control and monitoring system can function properly. The length of the system's response time is not affected by distance, but rather by the network. This system accessed using Wifi is the most effective alternative compared to using longer SMS and Bluetooth with a shorter range. With the implementation of IoT technology, humans can be more effective, efficient, economical, and easy in monitoring and controlling electrical devices at home.
