Abstract

In order to increase the learning interest of class V students of SDN 02 Taman Kota Madiun in learning mathematics about types of angles through the use of wordwall learning media is the purpose of this study. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of several stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. This study used research subjects, namely 10 class V students of SDN 02 Taman Kota Madiun. Observations, tests and documentation were used to collect data in this study. In this study, the results obtained stated that in cycle 1 the average score of learning outcomes using wordwall learning media was 64% in classical completeness. Meanwhile, when cycle 2 the average score of learning outcomes using wordwall learning media increased by 86% with very good completeness. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' learning interest in learning mathematics on the material of types of angles in class V students of SDN 02 Taman Kota Madiun can increase with the application of wordwall media.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the interest of class IV SDN 02 Taman Madiun in learning science and science material on plant parts by applying the TGT type cooperative learning model. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was carried out in two cycle meetings. Stages include observation, planning, implementation, and reflection consisting of each cycle. 7 class IV students at SDN 02 Taman Madiun were used as research subjects. Data collection instruments consist of interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the research prove that fourth grade students' interest in learning science and science material about plant parts has increased after implementing the TGT type cooperative model. The percentage of interest results increased, initially 68.52% in the first practice cycle meeting, then increasing to 85.26% after the second practice cycle meeting. These results become an alternative strategy to achieve interest in learning for class IV SDN 02 Taman as expected through the implementation of the TGT type cooperative model.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in inclusive schools by applying the Jarimamatics approach of multiplying numbers from 6 to 9. This research was carried out at SDN 02 Taman Kota Madiun. The study method employed is Classroom Action study (PTK), which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were all eight class V pupils.Tests, observations, and documentation are some data collection approaches. The Jarimatika technique was used in this research to improve learning outcomes in mathematical multiplication. According to research data, the use of the Jarimatika technique can improve the multiplication skills of class V students. This is proven by an increase in student learning completion by 37.5% from cycle I to 75% in cycle II. Thus, using the Jarimatika approach can increase the accuracy of multiplication calculations for class V inclusive children. It is hoped that teachers can use the Jarimatika technique to improve mathematics learning in subsequent learning materials.
