Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing UMKM di Kabupaten Buton menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Fisbhone menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitiatif dengan jumlah informan 5 – 10 % dari jumlah total untuk setiap usaha. Metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Kabupaten Buton Tengah menghadapi kendala SDM, permodalan, bahan baku, manajemen, dan teknologi, sehingga daya saing rendah. Pemberdayaan berbasis digital diperlukan, tidak hanya kemudahan perizinan atau bantuan finansial. Kolaborasi Pentahelix antara pemangku kepentingan merupakan model potensial untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kabupaten Buton Tengah, melalui dukungan komprehensif bagi UMKM dalam bersaing di pasar lokal maupun global.

Abstract

Agribusiness is a business based on agricultural business or other fields that support it, both upstream and downstream sectors that refer to the main view that agribusiness works on the food sector chain (food supply chain) in other words, agribusiness is an economic perspective for food supply businesses. This study aims to assess the potential of agribusiness hubs in increasing the added value of the agricultural sector in Kolaka Regency which consists of identifying agribusiness products, economic and institutional infrastructure profiles and formulating pre-feasibility of Agribusiness in Kolaka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach and the results obtained show that Kolaka Regency has several commodities that have potential as agribusiness hub commodities in the food crop, horticulture and plantation sectors. The economic and institutional infrastructure of farmers as part of the Agribusiness Hub support system still faces obstacles, such as limited access to marketing, financing, and digital literacy. The implementation of the Agribusiness Hub model recommended in this study is the Managing Agency approach.

Abstract

This community service is entitled Increasing Sales at Bae-Bae Rice Bowl Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. This community service activity is part of the learning process which aims to provide direct experience outside of the world of work. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the community service program at Bae Bae Rice Bowl, a Micro Small Medium Enterprise engaged in Food and Beverage in Kendari. This service program is focused on activating Tiktok social media accounts with promotional content to improve brand positioning, sales, and build reputation. The results of Community Service show that the service program at Bae Bae Rice Bowl has successfully reactivated the Tiktok account with an effective content strategy. The result is increased social media engagement and product sales, as well as improved brand positioning and consumer trust.

Abstract

Investasi sangat beragam tergantung dari kebutuhan dan karakter invetor masing-masing, salah satu investasi yang menjanjikan adalah berinvestasi dipasar modal syariah. Pasar modal syariah adalah pasar modal yang didalamnya ditransaksikan instrumen keuangan atau modal yang sesuai dengan syariat islam. Pasar modal syariah saat ini memiliki perkebangan yang cukup pesat, berkembangannya pasar modal syariah tidak lepas dari peran BEI Salahsatu bentuk nyata BEI dalam investasi yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi untuk mendirikan Galeri Investasi salah satunya adalah Galeri Investasi Syariah yang bertempat di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh religiusitas dan persepsi risiko terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi yang dimoderasi oleh gender pada investor mahasiswa di Galeri Investasi Syariah BEI Institut Agama Islam Negri Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian inii adalah seluruh investor mahasiswa aktif di GIS IAIN Kendari. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner offline. Analisis data menggunkan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunaan bantuan program aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, religiusitas dan persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi yang dilakukan oleh investor mahasiswa di GIS IAIN Kendari, sedangkan Gender memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi selain itu Gender juga tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderator. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki tingkat religiusitas dan persepsi risiko yang sama dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Digital payment is a type of payment that uses electronic means such as Internet Banking. Digital payments have become an integral part of modern life, driven by technological developments, changes in consumer behavior, and the need for efficiency.. This study aims to determine the influence of demographic factors (gender, age, education, and area of residence) and economic factors (occupation, income, and internet access) on the use of digital payments in Indonesia. Based on the results of data processing using StataMp17 (64 bit), the results of the study show that demographic factors of gender, education, and area of residence have a significant influence on the use of digital payments, but demographic factors of age show results that do not have a significant effect on the use of digital payments. While economic factors of work and internet access have a significant influence on the use of digital payments, but economic factors of income show results that do not have a significant effect on the use of digital payments.
