Abstract

This research aims to see whether there is an influence between electronic service quality and trust on the decision to use electronic money services and its impact on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study is all people who use electronic money. This study's sample strategy makes use of a probability sampling process. The method of choice is straightforward random sampling. The sample for this study will consist of 100 respondents in total. Questionnaires and literature reviews were the modalities of data gathering employed in this study. The chosen method of research for this study will be quantitative research. The research methodology employed in this study is path analysis. The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis's findings: first, the e-service quality variable directly influences judgments. The trust factor is similar in that it likewise directly affects choices. Second, factors related to e-service quality and trust have a big impact on judgments at the same time. Third, decision variables, trust, and the quality of e-services all have a direct impact on customer happiness. Fourth, customer happiness is significantly impacted by decision variables, e-service quality, and trust all at the same time. Fifth, through decisions to utilize e-money services, there is an indirect relationship between e-service quality and trust and consumer happiness. Therefore, the quality of electronic services, the level of consumer trust, and purchasing decisions significantly shape consumer satisfaction, both directly and through indirect influences. These results provide an in-depth look at the factors influencing consumer decisions and satisfaction in the context of e-services.

Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Is To Ascertain The Degree Of User Acceptance Of Digital Banks And To Test Theories On The Variables That Affect Users' Approval Of These Financial Institutions. This Research Employs A Quantitative Methodology. Questionnaires, observations, and a literature review are used to gather data for this study. The Jabodetabek Area's digital bank customers make up the research population. Purposive Sampling Was The Method Utilized For This Study, And There Were 100 Respondents In All. Statistical Analysis And Demographic Analysis Make Up Data Analysis. The Researcher Conducted Demographic Analysis Using Microsoft Excel And Performed Statistical Analysis By Analyzing The Outer And Inner Models With The PLS-SEM Approach Using Smartpls. The Research Results Showed That The Behavioral Intention Variable Showed An Influence Of 80%, While The Use Behavior Variable Had An Influence Of 70%. Furthermore, The Factors Or Variables That Influence The Behavioral Intention Of Digital Bank Users Include Social Influence, Price Value, Perceived Credibility, Self-Efficacy, Facilitating Conditions, And Habit. Meanwhile, Factors Or Variables That Influence The Use Behavior Of Digital Bank Users Involve Facilitating Conditions, Habit, And Behavioral Intention. With Most Hypotheses Accepted, This Research Makes A Positive Contribution To Understanding The Factors That Influence User Acceptance Of Digital Banks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the benefits of the barcode system in private banks. Researchers employ a quantitative approach, which is a form of survey research. The research design uses a descriptive analysis method. To collect data, the author conducted interviews, distributed questionnaires and observations, and tracked documents related to the barcode system in the bank. The population in this study were employees of the Operation Division. This research employed the non-probability sampling technique. Researchers used SPSS. By using a barcode system, employees gain several significant benefits. First, the barcode system makes it easier to maintain IT equipment at the bank by providing accurate information about the status and location of the devices, as well as creating a greater sense of responsibility for the devices used. Apart from that, using barcodes also helps overcome the problem of data redundancy, maintain data security, speed up the process of calculating asset depreciation, and speed up the decision-making process. Implementing the barcode system also makes it easier and faster to process asset stock-taking using the asset inventory application, thereby increasing overall work productivity. However, the test results show that using the barcode system is not practical in improving the performance of employees. The calculated t value reveals no significant difference in performance before and after the barcode system implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the convenience, security, benefits, and rewards of e-wallets influence consumer buying interest. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all people who use e-wallets. The sampling technique employed in this study is the accidental sample method. The number of samples in this research was 100. Researchers obtained primary data from this research through interviews and questionnaire results. This research analysis uses several hypothesis tests using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Based on the research results, four dominant aspects have the potential to influence consumer purchasing interest in e-wallets. The ease of use of e-wallets, which enable transactions for various needs with just one application on a smartphone, increases consumer buying interest because it eliminates the need to carry cash, credit cards, or debit cards physically. Although the security factor is a priority, the security offered by e-wallets with security codes or pins does not yet significantly influence consumer buying interest. Financial benefits such as discounts or cashback offered by e-wallets are not the main factors influencing consumer buying interest because other factors, such as payment capacity and the amount of discounts from other non-cash payment instruments, are more significant. Rewards such as discounts and promos provided by e-wallets also do not significantly increase consumer buying interest because they are considered less critical than rewards from other non-cash payment tools.
