Abstract

Extracurricular learning is the process of providing assistance to students in order to overcome the problems they face and to deepen their understanding of learning materials, especially religious basics, this is the basis for community service at SDN 79 Lajae because based on the results of observations made, the authors found that grade VI students still did not understand on basic religious material, especially in terms of the procedures for performing ablution and prayer, strengthening the material for the pillars of faith and the pillars of Islam, and providing material on moral aqidah. The importance of Islamic religious education for adolescents, one of which is applied in formal education, in this case elementary school, at this level of education, students are in a fertile situation to construct their religious understanding. The method used is the lecture method. The implementation of additional extracurricular activities is able to make further enhance their religious understanding. The implementation of providing additional learning shows that students experience an increase in knowledge in other words the lecture
Pemeriksaan Kultur Darah Dengan Menggunakan Alat Vitek 2 Compact Laboratorium Mikrobiologi RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Raudah, Siti; Damayanti, Firda

Abstract

Bakteremia adalah terdapatnya bakteri dalam darah, kondisi ini dapat menjadi infeksi yang lebih parah jika tidak diobati seperti sepsis. Baku emas diagnosis bekteremia adalah kultur darah. Pemeriksaan kultur darah adalah tes untuk mendeteksi mikroorganisme seperti bakteri dan jamur yang terdapat di dalam darah. Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemeriksaan kultur darah dan identifikasi mikroorganisme yang terdapat dari kultur darah dengan alat Vitek 2 Compact. Pelaksanaan tugas akhir ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 November s/d 31 Desember 2021 di laboratorium mikrobiologi RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Dari hasil pengamatan didapatka 100 sampel pemeriksaan telah di dapatkan hasil sampel positif sebanyak 17 sampel dan sampel negatif sebanyak 83 sampel. Pada sampel positif ditemukan bakteri Staphylococcus hominis ssp hominis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, dan Alcaligenes faecalis ssp faecalis. Kesimpulan pemeriksaan kultur darah yang dilakukan di mulai dari tahap pra analitik, analitik serta tahap pasca analitik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat Vitek 2 Compact di laboratorium mikrobiologi RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda telah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur.
