Abstract

This research is aimed to obtain an overview of the implementation of the use of technology in learning in early childhood. In research, qualitative method is used with a literature review research approach or literature or library study. Some of the data sources used are textbooks, scientific journals and statistical references, research results in the form of theses, theses, dissertations, and the internet as well as other appro-priate sources. The information collected then analyzes the data to draw conclusions to get correct and accu-rate results when analyzing the data through content analysis. The research results show that at the PAUD level, the use of technology in the learning process is possible. There are technological tools that are easily adapted for this and help children in moral development, motor skills, cognitive abilities, language acquisition and social learning. In connection with its application, technology can have both positive and negative impacts. If the use of technology is not properly monitored, the positive effects can become negative because technology can be used in the classroom or at home. Therefore, teachers are expected to be able to make maximum use of technology in the classroom, requiring training and support from the relevant government.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to gain an understanding of the innovative practices in PAUD management at RA Darul Falah I Samarinda, which contribute to the enhancement of education quality. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive nature. The research participants were selected using convenience sampling and included administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The accuracy of the gathered information was verified through careful monitoring, active participation, and referencing. The findings reveal that management innovation in early childhood education encompasses the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning involves formulating the institution's vision, mission, goals, annual and semester programs, as well as appropriately allocating human resources based on their abilities. The implementation of PAUD management commences with a SWOT analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses within the institution. Program and activity implementation should align with the existing conditions and planning documents, such as the RPP. Evaluating the achievement of success indicators for the PAUD program aligns with the desired profile of graduates from these early childhood education institutions. This evaluation can be accomplished through program evaluations of PAUD institution activities. It is essential to enhance PAUD management innovation to provide outstanding service to the community, particularly for early childhood education.

Abstract

Perbekalan farmasi merupakan komponen penting dari suatu pelayanan kesehatan, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan yang benar, efektif dan efisien secara berkesinambungan Pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di Puskesmas meliputi perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemusnahan dam penarikan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai di puskesmas Binanga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif, wawancara dan kuisioner kepada pengelola obat Puskesmas sebagai data primer. Perencanaan dan permintaan sediaan farmasi dilakukan berdasarkan laporan yang telah dibuat setiap bulannya, penerimaan sediaan farmasi dilihat dari kuantitasnya tidak selalu diterima sesuai dengan permintaan puskesmas ke UPDT Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mamuju, dalam penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem FEFO, pendistribusian dilakukan oleh puskesmas ke jaringan-jaringan dan ke sub-sub unit yang ada, pemusnahan dan penarikan sediaan farmasi belum pernah dilaksanakan di puskesmas, pengendalian dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman, pencatatan dan pelaporan juga dilakukan dengan baik di Puskesmas sesuai dengan pedoman, pemantauan dan evaluasi dilakukan oleh kepala puskesmas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu didapatkan bahwa pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di puskesmas Binanga sudah dilakukan dengan baik namun memang sumber daya manusia di bagian kefarmasian puskesmas masih kurang dan hal tersebut sering membuat tenaga yang ada kewalahan dalam proses pengelolaan tersebut.
