Abstract

Evaluasi program dalam lembaga pendidikan menjadi suatu keharusan yang tidak dapat diabaikan mengingat peran pentingnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. Evaluasi program memungkinkan lembaga pendidikan untuk menilai sejauh mana program-program tersebut telah berhasil mencapai tujuan mereka, mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan, dan menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan siswa dan tuntutan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki keberhasilan dan tantangan program Digital Smart Classroom (DSC) menggunakan metode Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP dengan melakukan Evaluasi konteks program, evaluasi aspek input seperti sumber daya manusia dan materi, Evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi produk dalam hal pencapaian tujuan program. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan pendektan Miles and Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program DSC di SMA Islam Al Azhar 22 Cikarang berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan guru dan partisipasi siswa, serta memperbaiki nilai akademik mereka. Kendati demikian, terdapat kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan stok alat belajar dan stabilitas jaringan wifi. Implikasinya, disarankan untuk melanjutkan program DSC dengan menguatkan keunggulan yang telah ada, sambil terus meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi program sebagai langkah yang tepat dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital ini.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan di desa masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan di kota. Salah satu faktor utama adalah rendahnya minat guru di desa untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, khususnya teknolog AIi dalam memudahkan menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya para guru untuk lebih memahami esensi menulis artikel ilmiahberbasis teknologi AI. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakann yaitu menyelenggarakan pelatihan intes tentang tips dan trik untuk menulis artikel ilmiah dalam menuntaskan syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional guru. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sangat diperlukan teknik untuk memudahkan menulis artikel ilimiah bagi guru berbasis teknologi AI, dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis teknologi AI. Pelatihan ini diharapkan nantinya memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya menulis artikel ilmiah serta mempunyai keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah sehingga bisa menerbitkan berbagai karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan teknologi AI. Pengabdian ini berimplikasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan serta professional guru di masa depan agar tidak gagap teknologi.

Abstract

The exchange of information and culture through student exchange programs is becoming increasingly important in this era of globalization. One of them is the Asian Students Exchange Program (ASEP), which aims to evaluate the Asian Student Exchange Program at Al Azhar Islamic Middle School 9 Kemang Pratama Bekasi. Research methodology using the CIPP. Methodology is carried out to analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of the program. Through the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) approach, the evaluation provides a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of the program, from the initial context to its long-term impact. 2) The Input Aspect indicates that the implementation guidance, program management, and participant preparation have been done well. The guidelines are available complete and understandable, the management of the program is organized effectively with clear task division, and the participant is prepared with the required qualifications. 3) The Process Aspect, in which the ASEP (Asian Students Exchange Program) program implementation is generally good enough but still needs improvement in some aspects to provide optimal benefits. 4) The Product Aspects, ASEP Program found that the participants showed a good level of independence during their homestay in Taiwan and confidence in their English presentation. As for the conclusion of the research results based on analysis and interpretation that the implementation of the ASEP (Asian Students Exchange Program) program is generally good enough but still needs improvement in some aspects in order to provide optimal benefits for schools that have this excellent program.

Abstract

Technology, which is transforming rapidly in this era of disruption, is bringing about changes in the old order of social life to a new order. It is certain that this will also bring about changes in the learning of Islamic Religious Education, especially in the use of learning strategies to suit the progress of the era of disruption. This research aims to find solutions to problems in learning Islamic religious education in madrasas in order to achieve effective results in creating students who have Islamic character and are responsive to developments in science and technology. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, data is obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with students, teachers and school principals, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research results show that the Islamic Religious Education learning strategy that is in line with the era of disruption is by utilizing digital media accompanied by the implementation of interactive and active learning methods. This research has implications for the importance of using digital media in Islamic Religious Education learning so that learning runs effectively.

Abstract

The low interest in learning mathematics in elementary schools is a significant challenge in education, which can affect long-term academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the effect of interactive learning media in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics. The research method used is a Literature Study to systematically examine the effectiveness of the influence of interactive learning media in increasing elementary school students' interest in learning mathematics. The collection of articles sourced from Google Scholar published from 2020 to 2024. A total of 10 articles were reviewed. The results of the study show that interactive learning media, such as educational applications and digital simulations, can increase students' interest in learning by making learning more interesting and making it easier to understand concepts. However, its effectiveness is greatly influenced by the quality of the media and the skills of teachers in using it. The recommendation from this study is the importance of training for teachers to improve their competence in utilizing interactive media and developing a curriculum that supports the integration of technology in learning. The implementation of effective interactive learning media can be a solution to overcome the low interest in learning mathematics in elementary schools, thereby improving students' academic achievement.
