Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of technology adaptation-based learning methods on student motivation in class V/B SD Inpres Borong Jambu II Makassar City. This research is a Pre-Experimental experimental research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is class V/B SD Inpres Borong Jambu II, totaling 30 people. The research instruments used were observation sheets and questionnaires to strengthen students’ learning motivation. After analyzing the data, the authors found that the implementation of the technology adaptation- based learning method with a score of 3.5 in the very good category and student activities with a score of 3.4 in the good category. The pretest score on student responsens using technology adaptation- based learning methods is 73.23 and posttest score for student responses to technology-based learning methods with a score of 88.20. so it can be concluded that the learning motivation of students in class V/B SD Inpres Borong Jambu II Makassar city by using learning methods based on technology adaptation is very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reasons why there must be an Adiwiyata program and how the Adiwiyata program is implemented at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Antang 1 Makassar City. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Antang 1 Makassar City. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results obtained were that Adiwiyata is very important in schools because the Adiwiyata program makes all school residents aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preserving the environment in schools. Even the school has implemented the Adiwiyata program. Some of the things they have done include routine activities every Saturday, determining the picket schedule in each class, and competitions at the end of each semester such as class cleanliness competitions, waste sorting, and producing a work using used materials.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of the contextual-based mind mapping model for fifth grade science learning at SD Inpres Hombes Armed, Gowa Regency. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using a contextual-based mind mapping model for class V science learning at SD Inpres Hombes Armed. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative approach with a one group pretest posttest research design with a VA class sample of 30 students. The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, learning results tests and questionnaires, as well as data collection techniques carried out by observation, tests and questionnaires which were reviewed based on student activities, results and responses. After analyzing the data, the researcher obtained an average value of teacher activity of 3.6 which was in the very good category, an average value of student activity of 3.4 in the good category, an average value of learning outcomes of 3.4 in the good category and an average value of -The average student response was 3.6 in the very good category. So, through the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the contextual-based mind mapping model in science learning is effectively used, indicated by the score obtained at 3.3 in the quite effective category.

Abstract

This is a quantitative research with experimental-type research with pre-experimental form of one graup pretest-posttest design. The research samples were 27 grade IIIB. Data Collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with SPSS version 20 computer program. The resuts indicated that the ability of teachers’ activities by applying poster-based ice breaking abtained an average of 3,4 meaning that it was carried out perfectly. The assessment of student activity in learning obtained average 3.3 with good category. The results of grade IIIB students learning interest were described by the inferential analysis results where the normality test was 0.205, the homogeneity test was 0.219 and the T test was 0.000, so the results indicated that therebis an effect of poster-based ice breaking on grade III students learning interest at Antang I Elementary School, Makassar. Therefore, through the analysis results, it can be concluded that poster-based ice breaking has proven to have an effect on grade III students learning interest of Antang I Elementary School, Makassar.
