Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran dan fungsi-fungsi pemasaran karet rakyat serta menganalisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran karet rakyat di Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2020 di Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 380 orang dan sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.(a) Terdapat dua saluran pemasaran. Saluran pemasaran I terdiri dari petani karet-pedagang pengumpul desa-pabrik karet PT. Bukit Barisan di Padang. Saluran kedua melibatkan petani karet-pedagang pengumpul desa-pedagang besar-pabrik karet PT. Djambi Waras di Muara Bungo. (b) Fungsi- fungsi pemasaran yang dilakukan pada saluran pemasaran dalam penyampaian karet ke konsumen sudah efektif. Lembaga pemasaran telah melakukan fungsi pertukaran, fungsi fisik, dan fungsi fasilitas pemasaran. 2. Secara kuantitatif, saluran pemasaran yang efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I di mana marjin pemasaran saluran pemasaran I lebih rendah yaitu sebesar Rp.4.500, farmer’s share lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 59.09%, dan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya lebih besar yaitu sebesar 1,34. Tetapi volume karet rakyat yang dipasarkan melalui saluran pemasaran I lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan saluran pemasaran II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows: 1). Analyzing the efficiency of carrot farming (Daucus carota L.) in District Ten Koto Tanah Datar District 2). Analyzing marketing efficiency in carrots (Daucus carota L.) in Sepuluh Koto District, Tanah Datar District. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with population criteria are (1) Farmers who carry out carrot farming activities in the planting season from April to August 2019, (2) Land area cultivated at least 0.25 Ha, (3) Land under cultivation alone. Based on these criteria there are 53 people so that the entire population that meets the criteria is sampled. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data   analysis   was   carried   out   qualitatively   and   quantitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to find out the general picture of carrot farming and marketing, while quantitative analysis is carried out to find out about cost structure and revenue analysis and marketing efficiency seen from the marketing margin, farmer's share and the ratio of profits to marketing costs. This research was conducted in July to August 2019. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1). Carrot farming in the District of Ten Koto is worth the effort, this is evidenced by the R / C value obtained at 2.16. 2). There are 2 patterns of marketing channels with different final destination markets, namely Marketing Channel I (Farmers-PPD-PB-Pasar Raya Padang Retailers and West Pasaman) and Marketing Channel II (Farmers - PB - Long Strait Retailers and Padangsidempuan). The marketing functions performed on the marketing channel in the delivery of carrots to consumers have been effective. The most efficient channels are I.a marketing channels with a marketing margin of Rp.4,000.00; farmer's share of 50.00% ¸ and the profit-to-marketing ratio is 2.48 with a sales volume of 57,895 kg.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). Analyzing the financial feasibility of Balado AA fried peanuts in Padang City 2). Analyzing the added value of Balado AA fried peanuts in Padang City. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were owners of balado AA fried peanuts in Padang Pasir Village, West Padang District. The sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The types of data to used are qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing the feasibility and added value. Based on the research results, it is found that: 1.) Balado AA fried peanut business in Padang Pasir Village, West Padang District is feasible to be looked at from the R / C ratio value of 2,29; BEP for Rp. 21.837,71 and BEP for volume of 384,34 Kg. 2.) The added value obtained in the agro-industry of Balado AA fried peanuts is an average of Rp. 56.663,45 / kg or a value added ratio of 56,66% with a profit of 58,33%. From the research results it can be suggested: 1). Business owners are expected to maintain the quality of Balado AA Fried Peanuts. The company is advised to improve financial management in the Balado AA Fried Peanut business. 2). Marketing research needs to be carried out to increase the demand for products produced by Balado AA Fried Peanuts, so that it is expected to increase the production and income of entrepreneurs optimally

Abstract

This study aims as follows: 1) To analyze the income and efficiency of sweet corn farming with paddy fields in Pisang Village, Padang City. 2) To analyze the difference between sweet corn and lowland rice farming income in Pisang Village, Padang City. The basic research method is descriptive and comparative analysis and implementation with the survey method. The selection of this research location was carried out by purposive sampling, based on the consideration that Pisang Village is one of the villages that cultivate sweet corn with lowland rice in turns. The population in this study were sweet corn farmers with lowland rice in Pisang Village, Padang City. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique (deliberately), ie farmers whose main job is sweet corn farming with lowland rice with a minimum land area of 0.1 ha which is harvested at the time of the study. The number of samples was set at 60 farmers, consisting of 30 sweet corn farmers and 30 lowland rice farmers for research using primary and secondary data analysis. The analytical methods used include comparative analysis of farm income with the concept of operating costs. Comparative analysis of farm income using t test. The research was conducted in May-June 2018. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1). The average income earned by sweet corn farmers is Rp. 14,518,518,52/Ha 1 (one) planting season with R/C ratio, 2,41 while for paddy Rp. 14. 837,814, 17/ha per growing season with R/C ratio, 2.43. Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). Analyzing the business feasibility of Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency 2). Analyzing the added value of Pinukuik Enggi's business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were business owners Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was carried out with feasibility analysis and added value. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1.) Pinukuik Enggi business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is feasible, seen from the R/C ratio value of 1,79; BEP price Rp. 8.376,06 and BEP volume 205,99 Kg. 2.) The added value obtained in the Pinukuik Enggi business is an average of Rp. 36.692,30/kg or the value-added ratio of 63,22% with an entrepreneur's profit of 55,82%. From the results of the study it can be suggested: 1). It is hoped that business owners can maintain the quality of the pinukuik taste. 2). Trying to make new innovations for processed pinukuik products or creating new recipes without eliminating the uniqueness of the taste of pinukuik itself which will be sold/marketed later

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing channel and efficiency of hybrid corn in Luhak Nan Duo District, West Pasaman Regency. The selection of this location as the research area was carried out purposively with the consideration that the area is one of the centers for hybrid corn production in West Pasaman Regency. This research was carried out from March 20 to April 20, 2021. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method. and quantitative with a sample of 62 hybrid corn farmers. The data collected in the form of primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively for data related to marketing channels and functions and descriptively quantitatively for analysis of marketing efficiency. The results obtained that 1). Based on the existing marketing channel pattern, the number of hybrid corn produced from Luhak Nan Duo District reached 483,000 kg and distributed to the final consumer, namely the animal feed factory in Payakumbuh through the I.a channel. Farmers – PPD - Factory CV. Ed Farm, channel I.b. Farmers – PPD – Factory UD. Rajawali, and Channel II. Farmers – PPD – PAD – Factory PT. King of Livestock Facilities. 2). Quantitatively, the efficient marketing channel is channel I.b where marketing margin is lower; farmer's share is higher, and the profit-to-cost ratio is smaller and the sales volume is larger.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha pada karupuak jariang Ibu Eliwarti. 2) untuk menganalisis nilai tambah jengkol menjadi karupuak jariang pada usaha karupuak jariang Ibu Eliwarti. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan usaha dan analisis nilai tambah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1). Usaha pengolahan karupuak jariang Ibu Eliwarti layak diusahakan dilihat dari nilai R/C ratio >1. BEP harga untuk karupuak jariang lebih kecil dari harga perjualan dan BEP volume lebih kecil dari produksi baik karupuak jariang goreng maupun rebus. (2). Nilai tambah per kilogram bahan baku yang diperoleh karupuak jariang tergolong tinggi (>40%) yaitu; nilai tambah untuk karupuak jariang goreng 70,17% dan karupuak jariang rebus 73,56%. Kemudian tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh karupuak jariang termasuk bagus yaitu; 73,68% untuk karupuak jariang goreng dan 77,87% untuk karupuak jariang rebus. Sehingga usaha ini dinyatakan menguntungkan dan layak diusahakan.
