Abstract

Abstract:The aims of this study are to examine and prove empirically the role of uncertainty business environment to organizational culture of Islamic Commercial Banks (Bank Umum Syariah/BUS). This research is an explanative study which examines and explains the research variables in cross-sectional manner. Quantitative approach was used as the main analytical method and supported by qualitative approach. The population of the study was all BUS branch offices located in East Java, as many as 34 branch offices. All BUS branch offices in East Java were used as sample; thus, this study is a census study and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software.The results of the study indicate that: The business environment provide a significant impact on improvinga stronger organizationalculture. Abstract

This study explains the effect of compensation, competency, and motivation on employee performance directly and indirectly. The method used is quantitative - explanatory. The sample is 33 Financial Administration Officers (PPK) in Pasuruan City. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that compensation can increase motivation. However, it has not been able to improve performance. Furthermore, competence can increase motivation and be able to improve performance. On the other hand, motivation can improve performance. Other results, indirectly it is known that motivation has not been able to mediate the relationship between compensation and performance. In addition, motivation is able to mediate the relationship between competence and performance

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to examine and to prove empirically the role of business environment, organization culture in producing the right business strategy and improving the performance of Islamic Commercial Bank (Bank Umum Syariah/BUS) organizations. The population was all BUS branch offices in East Java, consisting of 34 branch offices and this study was a census study. The study was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The result of the study showed that: (1) The business environment had a direct role in strengthening organization culture and improving business strategy, but did not have a direct significant impact in improving the organization’s performance. (2) The stronger organization’s culture had an important role in improving business strategy, but did not have a direct significant impact in improving the organization’s performance (3) The right business strategy would improve the organization’s performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze how an organization in improving the performance of its employees through job satisfaction, workload and motivation. The research object chosen was the employees of PT PLN (Persero) the Main Distribution Unit of East Java. This type of research includes causality research, the sampling method uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, hypothesis testing and to produce a suitable model (fit), the number of samples is 228 employees at PT PLN (Persero) the Main Distribution Unit of East Java. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM), with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study obtained a conclusion where job satisfaction, workload and motivation have a direct and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: job satisfaction, workload, motivation, employee performance ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana sebuah organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya melalui kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan motivasi. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This article aims to explain the direct influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction variables. Organizational mediation role variables. The method used is quantitative - ekpanatory. Population and sample are 93 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using smart PLS 3. The results show directly that first, leadership style has not been able to increase organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Both work motivation can increase organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment that can increase job satisfaction. In the indirect research results, first it is known that organizational commitment has not become a mediator of the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction. Second, partially, organizational commitment is able to mediate work motivation on job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction ABSTRAK  Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh secara langsung variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Serta peran variabel mediasi komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif – ekpanatory. Populasi dan sampel adalah 93 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara langsung bahwa pertama, gaya kepemimpinan belum mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Kedua motivasi kerja mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Ketiga, komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatan kepuasan kerja. Pada hasil penelitian secara tidak langsung, pertama diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi belum menjadi mediasi dari pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kedua, secara partial mediation komitmen organisasi mampu menjadi mediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the Role of Empowerment and Leadership towards Performance through Work Motivation in Gadingrejo District.  The population and sample of this research were all employees in Gadingrejo District of Pasuruan City which numbered 45 people. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling. The reason for taking total sampling was because the population was less than 100. Thus, the entire population was sample of the research. The sample taken from this research was 45 people. The instrument used in the study was intended to produce accurate data using a likert scale with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research used Partial Least Square (PLS) ranging from model measurements (outer models), model structures (inner models) and hypothesis testing.The results showed that empowerment played a role in increasing work motivation. Leadership played a role in increasing work motivation. In addition, empowerment played no role in improving performance. Leadership played no role in improving performance. Work motivation played a role in improving performance. Work motivation played a role in mediating empowerment with performance. Work motivation played a role in mediating leadership with performance.Keywords: Empowerment, Leadership, Work Motivation, Performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Peranan Pemberdayaan dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja di Kecamatan Gadingrejo.  Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Alasan mengambil total sampling karena jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 100, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 45 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan data yang akurat yaitu dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) mulai dari pengukuran model (outer model), struktur model (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Kepemimpinan berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Pemberdayaan tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Kepemimpinan tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memediasi pemberdayaan dengan kinerja. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memediasi kepemimpinan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci:    Pemberdayaan, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel Karakteristik Individu, Komunikasi Efektif, dan Iklim Organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta melihat sejauh mana ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, yang tersebar dalam beberapa bagian. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda dalam menganalisa data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Karakteristik Individu, Komunikasi Efektif dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Wimilak Inti Makmur Tbk Surabaya. Hasil uji secara parsial Variabel Karakteristik Individu, Komunikasi Efektif dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening teamwork. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk enganalisis data 78 perawat di ruangan high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, yang diambil secara sensus. Temuan empiris yang diperoleh bahwa hasil path coefficiency menunjukkan komitmen organisasi terhadap teamwork berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif, tetapi beban kerja tidak signifikan dengan arah negatif. Kemudian, hasil path coefficiency komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, tetapi beban kerja terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, artinya beban kerja yang sangat tinggi pada perawat tidak mampu menurunkan kinerja, bahkan sebaliknya semakin meningkatkan kinerja, lebih efektif dan efisien. Temuan lainnya adalah hasil specific indireck effects komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork adalah signifikan, tetapi specific indireck effects beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini hanya didasarkan hasil isian angket sehingga dimungkinkan adanya unsur kurang obyektif dalam proses pengisian seperti adanya saling bersamaan dalam pengisian angket. Kemudian,  dalam pengisian angket diperoleh adanya sifat responden sendiri seperti kejujuran dan ketakutan dalam menjawab responden tersebut dengan sebenarnya. Mereka juga dalam memberikan jawaban tidak berfikir jernih (hanya asal selesai dan cepat) karena faktor waktu dan pekerjaan. Selain itu, faktor yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerja perawat sangat terbatas pada faktor beban kerja, komitmen organisasi dan teamwork, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lain yang lebih luas untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerjanya secara menyeluruh Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Teamwork, Kinerja, Perawat, high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.   Abstract: The aim of this research was to obtain empirical evidence of workload ability and organizational commitment in improving nurse performance, either directly or through intervening teamwork. The quantitative approach of Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data of 78 nurses in the high care room of the IRNA I hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, taken by census. The empirical findings obtained are that the path coefficiency results indicate organizational commitment to teamwork has a significant effect in a positive direction, but the workload is not significant in a negative direction. Then, the results of the path coefficiency of organizational commitment to performance have a positive and significant effect, but the workload on performance has an insignificant positive effect, meaning that the very high workload of nurses is not able to reduce performance, on the contrary, it increases performance, is more effective and efficient. Another finding is that the specific indirect effects of organizational commitment on nurse performance mediated by teamwork are significant, but the specific indirect effect of workload on nurse performance mediated by teamwork is not significant. This research is only based on the results of filling in the questionnaire so that it is possible that there are less objective elements in the filling process, such as the simultaneous existence of the questionnaire filling. Then, in filling out the questionnaire, it was found that the respondent's own characteristics such as honesty and fear in answering these respondents actually. They also do not think clearly in giving answers (only as long as it is finished and fast) due to time and work factors. In addition, the factors used to reveal nurses' responses to nurses' performance are very limited to workload, organizational commitment and teamwork factors, so it is necessary to conduct other, broader studies to reveal nurses' responses to their overall performance.  Key Words: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Teamwork, Performance, Nurses, high care unit, IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja. Teknik sampel adalah sensus, yakni 42 orang Pegawai Kecamatan Konawe Kabupaten Konawe. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda, maka  diperoleh hasil bahwa Karakteristik Individu dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Iklim Organisasi memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan dengan Karakteristik Individu. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi secara simultan, parsial dan faktor dominan terhadap prestasi kerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan survey yang bersifat ekplanatory. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai badan pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah kabupaten konawe sejumlah 38 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Konawe dalam penelitian ini dapat terbukti atau dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien beta yang distandarisasi variabel komunikasi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai koefisien beta yang distandarisasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Hasil tersebut bermakna komunikasi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Prestasi Kerja Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence on leadership style and communication simultaneously, partially, and the dominant factors of work performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Konawe Regency. This research uses an explanatory survey approach. The population and sample of this study were 38 employees of the financial agency and regional assets of the Konawe district. The results showed that the leadership and communication styles simultaneously and partially affected the work performance of the employees of the Konawe Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in this study, which could be proven or acceptable. The beta coefficient value standardized by the communication variable is greater than the beta coefficient value standardized by the leadership style variable. These results are the communication variable that has the most dominant influence on work performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Job Performance
