Abstract

This article aims to discuss the development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and method, systematic analysis of theories and regulations that are directly related to the research title Development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia, through a library research method approach. After collecting various books and journals related to the discussion, then analyzing the material through literature study with the results of the analysis in descriptive form. The development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia lies in the transformation of Islamic higher education which can be divided into three phases of development, namely: first, in the form of high schools including the types of higher education: Islamic High School (STI), State Islamic Religious College (PTAIN), Academy Department of Religious Sciences (ADIA) and there is a State Islamic Religious College (STAIN). In this phase, the scientific group developed an Islamic scientific discipline. The second group continues, namely a form of institute where scientific development is more widespread, this institution is called the State Islamic Religious Institute (IAIN). This institution has developed a group of similar sciences which include Islamic religious sciences, but often as time goes by there is not only one science. And then the third group, is in the form of universities (UIN).

Abstract

The Golden Age period for children is a sensitive period to stimulate and develop children's brains which can be obtained from receiving lessons in their environment. In this phase, children will optimize their brain development and this will have an impact on their future lives. In order for this phase of development to develop optimally, the role of the family, community and school is needed. The aim of this research is to find out the stages of psychological development of early childhood and their coaching patterns from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an. This research uses the library research method by collecting secondary data such as those sourced from books, scientific journals, articles and other academic documents. Based on research that has been carried out, it was found that parenting style can determine the development of children's abilities, because the family is the first source of treatment that influences the formation of children's character and habits from an early age. Children's parenting and education patterns from the perspective of the Qur'an determine a number of interpersonal skills. The most important training pattern so that children are able to act as khalifatullah on earth is to educate children based on the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith.

Abstract

In the era of globalization that continues to grow, the challenges faced by the education system are increasingly complex. Moreover, due to the current pace of development, with the arrival of the digital era or the era of industrial revolution 4.0 or even 5.0, therefore, there is a need for innovation in curriculum development to prepare students to be ready to face the changes and demands of the times. The aim of this research is to find out how the concept and innovative model for developing the Merdeka curriculum is. This research uses the library research method by collecting secondary data such as those sourced from books, scientific journals, articles and other academic documents. Based on the research that has been carried out, it was found that innovation is the main key in the growth and development of every organization. One of the innovation concepts that is currently receiving attention is the concept of an independent curriculum. The independent curriculum is a new approach in curriculum development that gives students the freedom to choose and develop their own interests, talents and potential. The independent curriculum is an educational innovation that responds to changing times in the era of society 5.0.
