Abstract

Abstract: Cooperative task is none other than the body tasked to provide services (service) to its members as cheaply as possible, as smoothly as possible and as best as possible, and able to provide a quality service to the needs of its members. Members have a very important role in the cooperative, since cooperatives can only live, grow and develop if it gets the support of its members, namely those who are aware of the membership, to know their rights and obligations and is able and willing to follow the rules of the game in a cooperative organization. This study aimed to determine the quality of service and level of member participation as owners and customers on Women's Cooperative Nurul Amal Pekanbaru. The study began with prariset in March 2015. The population in this study are members of the cooperative who has been a member of the cooperative for 5 years amounted to 130 people using pursosive sampling techniques, the samples obtained as many as 56 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed. The results showed that the five dimensions of quality of service cooperatives showed that overall has a good quality. While the results of the study included the participation of members of the cooperative being. Based on the results of this study concluded that service quality Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru City are in good category and the participation of members of Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru in middle category. To improve the quality of service of the cooperative board is expected to consider the condition of the building cooperative and look for employees to schedule a cooperative operations run as specified. Furthermore, to increase the participation of members, administrators need to increase knowledge of the cooperative and the need for traction in following the annual meeting of members. Besides the need for traction in Waserda cooperative shop.Keywords: Services Quality, Members Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the implementation of the curriculum 2013 and the problems experienced by teachers in implementation of the curriculum 2013 on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru. The subject of this research wass the entire teachers who teach at the accounting and financial expertise on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru with the number of teachers was 22 from 14 schools. The data was collected by using the questionnaire. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative method. The results showed; from 22 respondents who implement the curriculum 2013, 38.95% respondents stated that they were very good in implementation of the curriculum 2013 indicators. And of 47.40% respondents stated that they were good in implementation of the curriculum 2013 indicators. If the respond “very good” and “good” were combined it will be 86.35%. In conclusion, the implementation of the curriculum 2013 on vocational high schools in Pekanbaru is good. The problems which are still experienced by teachers in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 are (1) it is still less of students’ handbook. (2) students are less motivated by teachers. (3) teachers are still not able in managing the classroom (4) teachers do not have well-understanding to the students’ material (5) it is lack of Internet access provided by schools. (6) students have less interest in reading (7) it is less of time for reading in schools. (8) students are still not independence. (9) students cannot be able in scientific problem solving (10) teachers only use one resource (11) it is not only assessment of knowledge but also assessment of spiritual and skills (12) there is still some learners who are less motivated to achieve the competency.Keywords: Implementation the Curriculum 2013

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of certification policy on the performance of middle school teachers throughout the district across the downstream districts kuantanSingingiKuantan. The population in this study amounted to 65 with a sample of 31 people. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The collected data is then analyzed using normality test and test different T with SPSS. This study proves that there is a certification policy impact on the performance of middle school teachers throughout kuantan downstream districts across KuantanSingingi where the average performance of teachers who have been certified higher than the average performance of teachers who have not been certified. The study recommended for teachers who have not been certified to be more motivated to perform better and improve the performance shown to prove that teachers are not certified does not necessarily have a lower performance compared to teachers who have been certified and able to compete with teachers who have been certified in improving the quality of produced by training, upgrading and adding media information.Keywords: Certification Policy, TeacherPerformance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competencies and learning facilities at home on the learning motivation of IIS class X students in Pekanbaru 5 Senior High School. The population in this study were all students of class X IIS SMA 5 pekanbaru which amounted to 143 students. The samples was taken using a simple random sampling technique that is as many as 57 students. Data was collected using questionnaires, data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Descriptively, students' learning motivation is included in the low category, the teacher's pedagogical competence is included in the good category, and home learning facilities are in the inadequate category. Teacher's pedagogic competence and home learning facilities have a significant effect on learning motivation with the regression equation Y = 0.209 + 0.438X1 + 0.305X2 and contribute influence to student learning motivation by 53.4%.Key Words: Teacher Pedagogic Competency, Learning Facilities In Home, and Learning Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know the effect learning motivation to students learning result in SMAN 1 Cerenti. The population of this research is all students of grade X IPS in SMAN 1 Cerenti which is consist of 138 students and this research use proportional sample technique, it is taking sample from some sub population with the proportional quantity. To measure the quantity of population using issac table with error degree 10%. Based on Issac table with error degree 10%, if population in this research is 138, so the sample is 92 students. Data is collected by using quisioner about learning motivation which is given to respondent. Data analysis uses simple linear regresi test. Based on the result of learning motivation effect of X IPS students in Economic subject in SMAN 1 Cerenti is 0,100 or 10%, meanwhile the rest is 90% effected by other factor that is not researched in this research such as intergency factor, attention, interest talent, ripeness, and readiness. For teacher, it is supposed to give praise, gift, and make new and creative learning method that is more interesting, so that it can increase learning motivation and trigger student achievement.Key Words : Learning motivation, learning outcomes.
