Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to predict the sea surfce salinity, so that it can be used as refractory material for salt production. Salinity is the soluble salt content in water and the suitable the salinity standard in salt industry will give an impact on the quality of the salt produced. The method of this research is Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The system in this research works by extracting landsat 8 image to produce some value variable which is used as dataset in ANFIS system such as red , green, blue, Longitude and Latitude value. Its dataset will be divided to training and testing data. Training data is used to train the ANFIS system while testing data is used to measure the prediction accuracy resulted by ANFIS. in order to know the level of accuracy by using Root Means Square Error ( RMSE ) method is used to measure the accuracy level. The system has been able to make predictions with error rate of 2,0267 in average.Keywords: Salinity, Landsat Image, Smart System, ANFIS.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi salinitas air laut yang bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan refrensi untuk produksi garam. Salinitas adalah kadar garam terlarut dalam air, dengan salinitas yang sesuai standart dalam industri garam akan berdampak pada kualitas garam yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ( ANFIS ). Sistem kerja dalam penelitian ini dengan mengekstraksi citra landsat 8 sehingga menghasilkan beberapa variabel yang dijadikan sebagai dataset dalam sistem ANFIS diantaranya adalah variabel red, green, blue, Longitude dan Latitude. Dataset tersebut akan dibagi menjadi data Training dan data Testing. Data Training digunakan untuk melatih sistem ANFIS sedangkan data Testing digunakan untuk mengukur akurasi prediksi yang dihasilkan oleh ANFIS. Pengukuran tingkat akurasi menggunakan metode Root Means Square Error ( RMSE ). Sistem yang dibuat telah mampu melakukan prediksi dengan tingkat error rata – rata 2,0267.Kata Kunci: Salinitas, Citra Landsat, Sistem Cerdas, ANFIS.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to audit and evaluate the Dispendukcapil e-Government services in Pamekasan Regency using COBIT 5 Framework. The audit was conducted at the Dispendukcapil Office of Pamekasan Regency. The samples are four Districts and twelve Sub-districts / Villages that were considered quite representative. .The results show that overall capability audit results of the level of ICT services in the Pamekasan District Dispendukcapil are at level 3 (Establish) meaning that the process of ICT services has been implemented according to the existing ICT service standards. The detailed index value of the capability level of each domain is the BAI 2.85 domain (Established), DSS 2.50 domain (Established) and MEA domain 2.83 (Established). Field findings show that business processes in ICT governance of e-government services at the sub-district, village and village levels are at an incomplete level, meaning there is virtually no ICT governance process at that level. The need of fuller more authority on governance is suggested and recommended to be done at the sub-district and village / kelurahan levels by adding competent human resources in the ICT field to provide better e-government services.Keywords:E-Government, Capability Level, COBIT 5.0Abstrak. Audit dilakukan di Kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sampel Layanan e-Government ialah empat Kecamatan dan 12 Kelurahan/Desa yang dianggap cukup representatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan hasil audit capability level layanan TIK Dispendukcapil kabupaten Pamekasan berada pada level 3 (Establish) dimana proses layanan TIK sudah terimplementasi sesuai standard layanan TIK yang ada. Rincian nilai indeks capability level masing-masing domain adalah domain BAI 2,85 (Established), domain DSS 2,50 (Established) dan domain MEA 2,83 (Established). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis dalam tata kelola TIK layanan e-government di tingkat kecamatan, kelurahan dan desa berada pada level 0 (incomplete), berarti hampir tidak ada sama sekali proses tata kelola layanan TIK di tingkatan tersebut. Diperlukan kewenangan yang lebih banyak pada tatakelola di tingkat kecamatan, dan desa/kelurahan dengan menambahkan SDM yang kompeten dalam bidang TIK untuk memberikan layanan e-government yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: E-Government, Capability Level, COBIT 5.0.

Abstract

Peningkatan proses berkelanjutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah aspek yang sangat penting dalam organisasi pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web untuk memenuhi tujuan organisasi yang hemat biaya. Berdasarkan bukti-bukti penelitian sebelumnya, menunjukkan sebagian besar organisasi pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web menghadapi hambatan besar untuk mengadopsi model dan standar perbaikan manajemen proses perangkat lunak yang ada. karena mereka menganggap mereka berorientasi pada organisasi perangkat lunak tradisional. Pada artikel ini, kami ingin mengetahui pengaruh nyata penggunaan model kematangan peningkatan proses perangkat lunak untuk memandu organisasi pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web dalam meningkatkan program implementasi peningkatan proses perangkat lunak yang mereka miliki dengan belajar dari pengalaman organisasi lain yang sudah ada dalam mengembangkan proyek berbasis web. Kekuatan pada model yang kami gunakan adalah pemeriksaan dan analisis pendekatan peningkatan proses perangkat lunak yang ditemukan dalam literatur. Selain itu, model ini terinspirasi dari model CMMI dan didasarkan pada faktor penentu keberhasilan dan praktik terbaik yang diidentifikasi melalui literatur. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan ada pengaruh positip model dengan implementasi di dunia nyata.

Abstract

Currently, almost every country struggles to apply city management to the concept of intelligent cities. Several previous studies have modeled the success, maturity, and success of information systems to use smart city principles. However, there are significant differences between city and district definition in terms of governance frameworks, regional size, livelihood differences, population, socio-economic, and socio-cultural dimensions. Therefore, work on the Smart District IT assessment requires new and unique studies that can differ substantially from smart cities. This study aims to explore the determinants of the success of Smart Regency services with mobile technology. The model and approach are the TRUTAUT model, which combines the concepts for the TRI and the UTAUT model. Two hundred eighty-nine participants could collect data with a smart cellular district service system - data processing using the SmartPLS v.3.2.8 software. Recent findings indicate that the variables proposed in the TRUTAUT model are a positive and essential relation. This study helps to determine the success of the application of intelligent mobile regional services applications. This study confirms that policymakers pay more considerable attention to critical questions that affect the district's smart cellular services' success.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an audit and evaluation of the Pamekasan District e-Government Dispute Settlement services on EDM and APO Domains. The method used is the COBIT Framework.5, a framework for measuring information system governance maturity issued by ISACA in 2012. The audit was conducted at the Pamekasan District Dispendukcapil Office and took samples of e-Government Services in 4 Districts and 12 Districts considered quite representative to be audited.The results showed that overall the results of the audit capability level of ICT services at Pamekasan district Dispendukcapil were at level 3 (Establish) with capability level index values in establish and 2.O (established) EDM domains. Field findings show that business processes in ICT management of e-government services at the sub-district, village levels show that they are at level 0 (incomplete), which means that there is almost no process of governance of ICT services at that level. Suggestions and recommendations that can be made are more authority is needed at the sub-district and village level by adding competent human resources in the ICT field to provide better e-Government services.

Abstract

E-learning is the application of Information and Multimedia Technology in the field of Education which is currently the main trend in the learning process in the classroom. E-learning is currently designed by integrating the learning process using features in social media so as to facilitate the interaction of teachers and students that are expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of classroom learning. However, in practice there are still few teachers, educators and students who can apply e-learning well, because they think that the application of e-learning is difficult to implement in classroom learning. Edmodo is one of the most used e-learning framework because of its ease in its application. This study aims to measure the level of student acceptance of the application of edmodo-based e-learning by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method used uses the survey method for 160 upper secondary students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results showed that the application of Edmodo-based e-learning had a positive and significant effect on students' motivation and learning outcomes in the classroom.

Abstract

Pengenalan ucapan (Speech Recognation) merupakan salah satu bagian dari bidang ilmu komunikasi yang melibatkan pengolahan sinyal (Signal Processing). dalam beberapa dekade sudah dilakukan riset tentang pengenalan ucapan, beberapa bidang telah menggunakan sistem pengenalan ucapan seperti robotika, sistem sekuriti dan lain - lain. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan kombinasi metode antara Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) dengan K-Nearest Neighbor (K NN) dalam proses pengenalan ucapan, K-NN dipilih karena memiliki algoritma dan perhitungan yang sederhana sehingga akan berpengaruh pada efisiensi waktu di dalam eksekusi program, dengan penggunaan kombinasi metode tersebut, telah menghasilkan akurasi yang baik,, hal itu dibuktikan dari 16 data uji yang diujikan, hasil atau keputusan yang dihasilkan oleh sistem memiliki akurasi sebesar 62,5% dibandingkan dengan target yang telah ditentukan.
