Abstract

The study was conducted to find out the results of the effectiveness test of the futsal-based small-sided games training model at the high school level. This type of research used research and development with pre-test and post-test. The research subjects used were 30 futsal players at the high school level in the city of Bandung. The type of data collection method in this study uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The research resulted in the effectiveness of the calculation results using SPSS 16 with the mean pre-test = 6.3667 and the mean post-test = 8.4000, the difference in the results of the pre-test and post-test or mean difference = -2.03333, t -count = -15.503, df = = 29 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05. then there is a significant difference in value between the previous value and the value after being treated with a model of futsal passing training based on small-sided games. These results show that the model of futsal passing training has effective small-sided games used for futsal passing exercises.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of futsal passing training models based small-sided games at the high school level. This type of research was research and development design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used in this study was futsal athletes in high school students in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques in this research were collected by test and observation. The results showed that the mean score of experimental group was 7.3333 and control group was 8.4000. Then, the results of the experimental group and the control group or the mean difference was -1.06667, t-count was -4,547, df was 58, with p-value as 0,000 which was smaller than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there was significant effect of using small-side game of futsal passing trainings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek latihan fleksibilitas statis terhadap persendian ekstremitas inferior pada lansia dengan usia >60 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui eksperimen dimana desain atau rancangan penelitiannya adalah the one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi berjumlah 40 lansia dan teknik penentuan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 34 lansia. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes chair sit-and-reach. Penelitian dilakukan pada 19 Februari sampai 20 April 2019. Analisis data diperoleh melalui program SPSS versi 16. Hasil tes chair sit and reach memiliki nilai rata-rata tes awal 0.56 cm dan tes akhir 4.51 cm dengan nilai signifikansi atau p-value 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga latihan fleksibilitas statis berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap persendian ekstremitas inferior lansia. Hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan di dalam memberikan latihan fleksibilitas adalah latihan harus sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah latihan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan agar tercapainya tujuan latihan bagi persendian lansia.

Abstract

EFEKTIFITAS LATIHAN SPEED PLAY DAN INTERNAL TRAINING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PRESTASI LARI 1500 METER PADA KLUB INDONESIA MUDA ATLETIK JAKARTA Deni Afrizal1, Bambang Kridasuwarso 2, Ika Novitaria Marani 2. 1Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan 2Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Kampus B, Jakarta Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas latihan Speed Play terhadap peningkatan prestasi lari 1500 meter, untuk mengetahui efektifitas Interval Training terhadap peningkatan prestasi lari 1500 meter, untuk mengetahui efektifitas antara latihan Speed Play dan Interval Training terhadap peningkatan prestasi lari 1500 meter. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan di lapangan D Senayan Jakarta pada tanggal 24 Maret sampai 28 April 2014 menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik studi korelasi. Sampel yaitu, Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 orang dari populasi 30 orang atlet Indonesia Muda Atletik Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik secara sengaja (purposive sampling) yaitu berdasarkan ciri-ciri atau karakteristik yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian tes 1500 meter bersama-sama melakukan tes awal sebelum melakukan latihan lari speed play dan latihan interval dan melakukan tes akhir setelah mendapat latihan-latihan lari speed play dan latihan interval. Teknik pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistika standar deviasi dan varians yang dilanjutkan dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikasi α = 5%. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditemukan hasil penelitian menunjukan: pertama, terdapat pengaruh peningkatan prestasi yang berarti dari kelompok latihan Interval Training, dengan rata-rata deviasi MD = 1,47 simpangan baku SD = 0,24 dan standar kesalahan mean SEMD = 0,09 hasil tersebut menghasilkan ttabel pada derajat kebebasan (dk) = n-1 = 7 dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai kritis ttabel = 2,365. kedua, terdapat pengaruh peningkatan prestasi yang berarti dari kelompok latihan speed play, dengan rata-rata deviasi MD = 0,53 simpangan baku SD = 0,25 dan standar kesalahan mean SEMD = 0,09 hasil tersebut menghasilkan ttabel pada derajat kebebasan (dk) = n-1 = 7 dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai kritis ttabel = 2,365. Dalam penelitian ini maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian (Ha) diterima. Membuktikan secara statistik bahwa latihan Interval Training lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan latihan Speed Play pada klub Indonesia Muda Atlet Jakarta.
