Abstract

This article aimed to improve the ability of teachers and students to create the miniature media of the solar system and improve teachers` understanding and abilities in terms of understanding pedagogical aspects those could be seen from the process of designing a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) especially in terms of choosing a model or learning method. This activity was held at SMAN 2 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency and SMA N 5 Bukittinggi, Bukittinggi City by using training methods, questions and answers, also practices. Participants involved were geography teachers and students representatived in each class with 25 people. The form of the activity was conducting training related to designing effective learning media and conducting training related to making miniature solar systems to geography teachers and students. The results of the training carried out at SMAN 2 Batang Anai in Padang Pariaman Regency and SMA N 5 Bukittinggi in Bukittinggi City were in the form of a miniature solar system and increased abilities possessed by teachers and students in making learning media in this case was a miniature solar system. From this training, teachers had increased the understanding / ability of pedagogical aspects which could be seen from the process of designing lesson plans, especially in the terms of choosing a learning model. Geography teachers also understood more about adequate competence in terms of designing and utilizing media so that quality and effective learning was created.

Abstract

The aims of this article are to improve the ability of teachers and students to create interactive learning media and improve the understanding and ability of teachers in pedagogic aspects that can be seen from the process of designing a Lesson Plan (RPP), especially in terms of choosing a model or method and learning media. . This activity was carried out at SMAN 5 Pariaman and at SMAN 1 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman using training methods, question and answer and practice. The participants involved are geography teachers and students who are represented in each class with 5 participants. With the Covid-19 Pandemic and the appeal from the government to comply with health protocols by checking temperature, washing hands, using hand sanitizers, maintaining distance, and wearing masks, this activity is carried out with limited participants, so that Covid-19 does not become the newest cluster in the region. activity. These activities include conducting training related to the design of effective learning media and conducting training related to the manufacture of interactive learning media for the cycle of hydrology and layers of the atmosphere for geography teachers and students. The results of the training at SMAN 5 Pariaman and at SMAN 1 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman, were in the form of 3D media and increased the abilities possessed by teachers and students in making learning media, in this case, the 3D media of the cycle of hydrology and layers of the atmosphere. From this training, teachers get an increase in their ability to understand pedagogical aspects which can be seen from the process of designing lesson plans, especially in terms of choosing models and learning media. Geography teachers also better understand adequate competence in terms of designing and utilizing media so as to create quality, effective and interactive learning.

Abstract

This article aims to improve the ability of teachers and students to make media maps arise and improve teacher understanding and ability in terms of understanding pedagogical aspects that can be seen from the process of designing a Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) especially in terms of choosing a model or learning method. This activity was held at SMAN 2 using training methods, question and answer, and practice. In accordance with the objectives of the implementation of the activity, it is expected that teachers and students have an increased ability in terms of mastery to make map media arise. Then the teacher can also improve the teacher's understanding/ability in terms of understanding pedagogical aspects that can be seen from the process of designing the LIP especially in terms of choosing a learning model. By carrying out training to improve teacher skills in developing learning media, Geography Teachers are expected to have sufficient competence in terms of designing and utilizing media so that quality learning is created.

Abstract

Pemetaan ekosistem hutan mangrove selama ini banyak dilakukan secara terestrial dan belum banyak memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh. Kelemahan metode terestrial untuk pemetaan ekosistem hutan mangrove bila dibandingkan dengan memanfaatkan data penginderaan jauh adalah lebih baik dari segi waktu, biaya dan tenaga, sementara kelebihan secara terestrial adalah tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana data penginderaan jauh dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memetakan ekosistem hutan mangrove dan juga menghitung luasan dan persebarannya di wilayah administrasi Kota Padang Sumatra Barat. Uji akurasi dilakukan untuk proses reinterpretasi dan perbaikan, sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat akurasi dari citra LANDSAT 8 yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Komposit 563 dan 567 pada citra Landsat 8 dianggap dapat menonjolkan aspek perbedaan hutan mangrove dengan hutan non-mangrove, Pantulan spektrak ekosistem mangrove berbeda dengan vegetasi non-mangrove, sehingga secara visual dan digital cukup mudah membedakan antara vegetasi mangrove dan vegetasi non-mangrove. Hasil interpretasi citra Landsat 8 dan uji lapangan, diketahui ekosistem mangrove di wilayah Kota Padang hanya terdapat pada Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung dan tidak tumbuh pada Kecamatan lain. Luas ekosistem mangrove seluas 84 Hektar.

Abstract

The problems of energy, environment, and, global warming are becoming increasingly prominent in the era of globalization. Where the use of energy can pollute the environment due to the presence of solid waste, liquid waste, and pollutants due to emissions. Energy can change from one form to another, the changes often affect the environment and the air we breathe in various ways. Chemical energy in fossil fuels is converted into heat, mechanical, or electricity through combustion and this is the largest pollutant producer. And thus power plants, motor vehicles, and stoves are the main causes of air pollution. Issued pollutants are usually grouped into hydrocarbons (HC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and carbon monoxide (CO). Pollutants produced in fossil burning are the biggest factors for smoke, acid rain, global warming, and climate change. If the situation cannot be managed properly, it will adversely affect the environment and also the survival of its inhabitants

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data, mengolah, menganalisis dan membahas tentang Kehidupan Sosial Masyarakat Penambang Emas Kelurahan Pasar Hilir Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal ditinjau dari: 1) hubungan kekerabatan masyarakat penambang emas, 2) cara pandang penambang emas terhadap pergaulan masyarakat, 3) cara pandang penambang emas terhadap budaya gotong royong masyarakat, 4) kehidupan rumah tangga masyarakat penambang emas. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong pada penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga yang memiliki profesi sebagai penambang emas di Kelurahan Pasar Hilir Kecamatan Panyabungan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dari anggota populasi dengan menggunakan acak tanpa memperhatikan strata dalam populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket terbimbing, Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode Likerts Summated Rating (LSR), dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) kategori jawaban setiap jawaban responden menggunakan interval 1 sampai dengan 5.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Kehidupan Sosial Masyarakat Penambang Emas Kelurahan Pasar Hilir Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal sebagai berikut: 1) Hubungan kekerabatan masyarakat penambang emasdalam kategori baik dengan skor 1890, 2) Cara pandang penambang emas terhadap pergaulan masyarakat dikategorikan cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 1442, 3) Cara pandang penambang emas terhadap budaya gotong royong masyarakat dikategorikan cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 1434, 4) Kehidupan rumah tangga masyarakat penambang emas dikategorikan baik dengan skor rata-rata 841.

Abstract

KawasanTelukMandeh atau Taman Nasional LautMandehterletakkecamatan Koto XI TarusanKabupatenPesisir Selatan. Kawasan Mandeh memiliki potensi yang beragam terutama adalah potensi wisata bahari seperti wisata pantai, snorkling dan selam (diving). Fungsi terumbu karang dalam berbagai aspek sangat penting, dari aspek fisik, kimia, ekologis, sosial, ekonomi, dan aspek lain.Tujuanpenelitianuntukmelihattingkattutupandankesehatanterumbukarang di KawasanMandeh, danjenis-jenisterumbukarang yang terdapat di kawasanini, selainitukelimpahan biota megabenthosdanikankarangjugadihitungsebagai data pendukungkeseharanterumbukarang. Metode yang digunakandalampengumpulan data adalah LIT (Line Intersept Transect), ditentukan 3 stasiunpengamatandanmasing-masingstasiundiambil data pada 2 kedalaman yang berbedayaitukedalaman 3 meter dan 10 meter.Diketahui tutupan karang hidup pada stasiun I (PulauMarak) sebesar 21,4 %, stasiun II (Kapo-kapo) 24 %, dan stasiun III (PulauSetan) padakedalaman 3 m sebesar 47,13 %. Genus Diadema (Bulu Babi) merupakankelimpahanmegabenthostertinggidan paling banyakditemuipadastasiun II mencapai8500individu/ha, danjenisDrupella/Gastropodapada CB/ACB merupakanjenismegabenthos yang paling sedikitditemuidanhanyaditemuipadastasiun I yaitusebesar 200 individu/ha. Dijumpaiikankarangsebanyak 39 jenis, IkanNeopomacentrusazysronmerupakanjenisikankarang yang memilikikelimpahan yang tertinggidibandingkanjenisikankarang lain yaitusebesar 6094 individu/ha. Kelimpahanjenisikanekonomispenting (target) yang ditemukanpadaketigastasiuntersebut 1267 individu/ha, Kelimpahanjenisikanindikator yang ditemukanpadaketigastasiuntersebut 520 individu/ha. Kondisikualitasperairanmasihtergolongbaikdenganhasilpengamatansebagaiberikutsuhu 30,33 0C, kecerahan 5 m, sanilitas 33,33 0/00, pH 8.

Abstract

Abstract This research aim to analyze the noise intensity in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang. Analysing physiological trouble, psycological trouble, trouble of communication and hearing trouble from noise to employees in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang. This research have the character of quantitative descriptive that is see the noise intensity and its influence to employees in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang. For the data of noise intensity conducted by measurement use the appliance of sound level metre and while for the data of employees feeling noise influence conducted by giving kuisioner. Analyse the data use the analyse of univariat and bivariat. Result of measurement of noise intensity in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang by using appliance of sound level metre at five visible measurement dot that its intensity have exceeded the value float the boundary specified for the workplace of by ministrial decree of labour No 51/Men/1999 that is 85 dB (A). physiological trouble of laboring employees in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang the field got that experiencing of physiological trouble with the sigh at most happened that is headache. Psycological trouble of laboring employees in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang the field got that experiencing of psychological trouble with the sigh at most happened that is concentration less in working caused by his is clunk. Laboring employees communications trouble in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang got that experiencing of communications trouble with the friends work to scream. Laboring employees hearing trouble in PLTD Sentral II PT Semen Padang got by that experiencing of hearing trouble with the sigh which is at most happened by that is ear often felt to be stuffed up.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of the community on the flora and fauna and community behavior in land use in the forage nagari Pakan Rabaa, Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh, Kabupaten Solok Selatan. The data used to complete this study is the primary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with Nagari Pakan Rabaa, Wali Nagari Pakan Rabaa, Head of Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) of Pakan Rabaa, Chairman of Nagari Forest Supervisory Agency (LPHN) Pakan Rabaa. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques that is by way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research are: (1) There is deviation to nagari forest. The irregularities are logging of protected status ie Wood Merantih and Banio by timber agents and the persons concerned. People use dead wood to be used as fuel for cooking. Deviation on fauna also occurs in the nagari forest. Some communities catch protected animals such as Deer, Deer and Goat Forest.
